• BO (7/5): 整体非常好! 美中不足的地方只有空调! - 性价比极高! 地理位置还是挺好,就是在小巷子里面,第一次找比较难.房间整体来看是比较干净和整洁的.水压充足!我们住的套房有厨房,里面有微波炉!乘坐的电梯需要刷卡,相对也比较安全.前台在公寓的2楼.态度非常友好!退房也非常方便. 空调制冷有点不足,使用的是中央空调,可能需要维修吧.希望房东能够看到进行优化!

Tried several rooms, all either had active cigarette smokers next door or rooms had recently been smoked in and smelled badly like rotten third hand smoke on bedding, sofa and curtains. No management intervention. It was miserable.

• Leonie (4/5): Terrible first apartment, nice second one - Once I got to the second apartment on day 4, I was much happier - it corresponds to the photos. I'm torn about the review: when I arrived, they told me the studio I had booked was not available and they would give me another room. While that apartment was bigger, it was also much worse and I would have never booked it: a lot of mold in the bedroom and bathroom; AC in the bedroom didn't work; washing machine didn't work; shower head was broken, and zero natural light. As I was staying for 8 (!) nights and was planning on working from there, this was important. The photo shows the room in the middle of the day at full sunlight. When I complained, they promised to get me another apartment, but delayed that changing two nights. Communication was also not easy with them. In the new apartment, the cooking surface didn't work, though that was fixed the same evening. In short: would absolutely not recommend for the first apartment, would recommend it for the second.

Short powercuts were quickly dealt with. Could have done with some drinking glasses TV reception poor and more international channels would have been appreciated..

Máquina de lavar velha mas serviu as nossas necessidades. Fomos avisados no check-in que a hospedagem já não tinha disponibilidade para o tipo de quarto que reservamos. Queriam cobrar um valor adicional para acomodarmos no apartamento duplo, o que claramente rejeitamos. Após mostrar a reserva confirmada pelo Booking, o anfitrião nos levou para o apartamento.

• CLAIRE (6/5): Emplacement central à Toul Tom Poung, lit confortable, plutôt tranquille pour Phnom Penh. - L'emplacement, la taille de la chambre, la kitchenette adjacente (pas de bruit de réfrigérateur), le niveau d'anglais très bon et l'accueil charmant de la responsable à qui j'ai payé. L'état de la machine à laver, boutons apparents, saletés, très vétustes, dans doute fuyant car des vêtements avzient été jetés sur l'évacuation. Bouilloire inutilisable aussi mais on me l'a changée. Très peu de vaisselle, la cuisine n'apporte rien.

• David (10/5): Idéal pour voyager à plusieurs familles - Nous avons passé un séjour de 10 jours à plusieurs familles. Chacune avait un appartement de 2 chambres. Les appartements étaient spacieux, très confortables, bien équipés, climatisés, et avec tout le nécessaire indispensable à la vie quotidienne. Ils sont très bien placés, à quelques minutes du marché russe. Nous recommandons vivement !

• Nareth (9/5): A wonderful hotel, just a short walk from Russian Market. - The room is large for a budget hotel and has full kitchen area with a large fridge. I can see myself staying here longer and cook my own food. The room even has a washer. Other basic amenities are good, though Wi-Fi could be faster. The bed is clean and comfortable. There are dining table and work desk. I have stayed here a few times before and have always liked it. I wish they could provide packets of coffee. And I wonder why there were mosquitos in my room, on the 5th floor! Someone must have left the door open.

I love everything and will return to this place on my next visit. close to the main market and the area is really lively and nice. Balcony has no privacy. so you can see on the other room balcony. maybe some chairs and a table would be a good addition.

• Rose (7/5): Safe enough for my family and that’s the thing that matters most. - Location was great. Walkable! If you want to ride a tuk tuk nothing should cost more then $2-3 US dollar even to the Chip Mong 271 mega mall near by. Lots of restaurants and shops near by like the Russian market or Phnom Penh night market. Use your phone to check out the area. Security was great at the apartment we stay in! Felt safe with my family here. Staff is wonderful. The security guard I believe his name is Kam? He’s very nice and also has an awesome greeting everytime. His wife makes a very good chicken and fish curry too. Give it a try! You won’t be disappointed. Don’t forget to check the rooftop view from the building! It’s beautiful especially at night with the nice breeze. Cambodian/khmer are friendly and some are rude. One told my Caucasian husband to go home for no reason. Another thing is tipping the security guard/cop who opens the doors for you when entering certain place is a good thing too. Like about 100-1000 Riel. Remember 4,071.00 Riel = $1.00 US dollar. It might be their only income. Overall I will definitely come back. The washing machine! You have to shake the damn thing until it works. A very hard shake. I spent like 30 mins shaking the shit if of it. 😑 Bathroom and kitchen needs some updates looks a little run down because of years being use. But those are the kind of things are expected. It didn’t bother me. TV wasn’t clear for my 7 years old to watch. We kept getting kick off the WiFi according to my teenager. We didn’t hear the loud music that was mention in other review. Maybe it’s an event that happens when someone book a party? What was annoying to me that has nothing to do with the apartment or the staff was another guest(s) would put trash in our hallway/floor instead of putting directly in the trash can which was provided on every floor. Please be respectful regarding other guests, staffs, and the building to CLEAN UP after or during your stay.

Additionally, they offered us a larger room at a great price when we wanted to extend our stay. Fantastic! The only slight inconvenience was obtaining the keys from the guard due to the language. Suggested improvements for the option for room service requests.

• Peter (8/5): Very good - The area was great. Room was spacious and clean. Full apartment, so it had everything we needed. There was an extra switch for the hot water in the shower. This was off when we arrived so we had cold showers for the first 2 days. We only worked out where reception was on day 3, up until then we were dealing with security and the cleaners. The pillows were absolute rocks. I swear my head was 2ft off the bed.
