• Tomasz Majchrzak (9/5): Doskonała lokalizacja, czystość i dobre wyposażenie - Lokalizacja jest doskonała. W samym sercu malutkiej i niezwykle urokliwej Castelmoli, tuż przy słynnym barze Turrisi. Do tego widok na Etnę z tarasu na dachu budynku był wprost fenomenalny. Można by tam siedzieć całymi dniami i oglądać wulkan pykający obłoki dymu. Miejsce jest czyste i zadbane oraz wyposażone we wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego wypoczynku. Spędziliśmy tam tydzień, z dwójką małych dzieci (3 i 6 lat). Apartament służył nam głównie jako miejsce odpoczynku po całodziennych wycieczkach i pod tym względem spisał się znakomicie. Kuchnia jest dobrze wyposażona, można przygotować w niej każdy posiłek. W każdym pokoju zainstalowano wydajną klimatyzację, która nagrzewa lub ochładza pomieszczenia dosłownie w kilka minut. Gospodarz zapewnia komplet (miękkich i pachnących) ręczników dla każdego gościa. Wifi działa bez zarzutu. Apartament jest trzykondygnacyjny (taras to najwyższe, trzecie piętro na dachu budynku), a na kolejne piętra wiodą wąskie i dość strome schody. Dla nas (rodzina 2+2) to nie był problem, ale wcześniej ktoś pisał, że taki układ był kłopotliwy, więc jeżeli wspinaczka po schodach jest dla kogoś uciążliwa, to warto jest wziąć to pod uwagę. Do tego sąsiedni bar Turrisi to gwarne miejsce czynne do późna, a przez ściany słychać praktycznie wszystko. Myślę, że to kwestia akustyki w gęstej zabudowie miasteczka, ale jeżeli ktoś jest "dzwiękoczuły" to odradzałbym ten wybór. Do tego budynek położony jest w bardzo gęsto zabudowanej okolicy, więc dostępność światła dziennego jest ograniczona. Ale - znowu - to cecha miasteczka, tam większość domów jest wysoka i stoi metr od siebie. Za to urok Castelmoli, widoki stamtąd, w tym i z tarasu wprost na Etnę i morze wynagradzają absolutnie wszystko. Dla nas żadna z opisanych wyżej rzeczy nie była uciążliwa, wiedzieliśmy gdzie się wybieramy i czego się spodziewać, więc pobyt był całkowicie udany. Do tego gospodarz, Gaetano był super pomocny.
• Patricia (3/5): We were quite disappointed . We moved to alteree - We didn’t stay at the property. It was not as pictured on the website. Had a difficult time finding the property. Could not carry up our luggage multiple flights of steep narrow stairs to the bedrooms. Stairs to terrace had no hand rail. The view from the terrace was obstructed views on 3 sides and one side facing the water you could look out over the roof tops. Very disappointed. We lost our money and went to an alternate property. Misleading photo of the property.
• Anonymous (7/5): Delightful small town, not the place for light sleepers. - The location was great, although the noise from restaurant workers in the kitchens very loud (till midnight - 1 am). Delightful town away from the tourist town of Taormina. It did really feel like a local home. Both toilets smelt from the old systems - not sure this is fixable.
• Thomas (10/5): One of our most stunning and impressive stays in Sicily and Italy in general. - The view from the terrace is truly fantastic, also in winter. We could not get enough of it. Also the location is perfect, in the very heart of the town, and still well connected to Taormina. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful, and quickly respond to any requests. Just one minor suggestion for improvement: We found that the kitchen could be slightly better equipped. Everything is there, in principle, but a bit minimalistic. It would be nice to have 1-2 more pots / pans, another cutting board, etc., for preparing a proper family meal.
• Tomas (9/5): Perfect location, incredible view, comfortable rooms. - Amazing view, heat pumps in both bedrooms, location is amazing. Terrace was great. Host was responsive and friendly. Kitchen was cold and had no heater.
• Tibiboros (10/5): Fantastic apartment in the middle of the old village - Very well equipped, fully renovated apartment in the center of the old town. The view from the roof terrace to the sea is fantastic. Checking in and out is very easy. We highly recommend it. Castelmola is a beautiful place. Everything was perfect
