• Nikhil (1/5): Pathetic! - The beach was good The braai stand was not functioning at all. The front glass doors were not opening It was a total disappointment having people there and could not use the braai stand! The braai stand was extremely filthy! How do you have a dirty braai stand for your guests?? Terrible! Will never book or recommend anyone to this place!
• Jo (10/5): Breathtaking, easy, friendly, perfect stay 100% - Location absolutely perfect, close to coffee, breakfast, dinners, sunrises, and the list could go on forever. The place itself was BEAUTIFUL, the bed - WOW, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. Everything about this place stole my heart. Will definitely be back! There was nothing NOT to like! SERIOUSLY!
• SELVAM GURCHORAN (10/5): ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS - THE LOCATION WAS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS AND EASY TO MOVE AROUND AND THE BEACH WAS SO BEAUTIFUL, THAT SUNRISE WAS AMAZING AND I GOT TO WATCH IT FROM THE COMFORT OF MY BED, EVERY ROOM AND BATHROOM WAS CLEAN AND NEAT, THE SECURITY WAS ON POINT, WALKING DISTANCE TO SHOPS AND RESTAURANT , LOVELY POOL AND BRAAI AREA, SAFE PARKING AREA EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT

• Noxolo (10/5): Amazing! 🤩 - Very close to the beach, comfortable beds, everything is available in the kitchen, nearby restaurants. It is a cozy apartment and feels like home! The monkeys were everywhere and stole our food 😂🐒🙈 the kids enjoyed the show though, seeing them up close was fascinating for them!
• Deirdre (7/5): Ss long as you were inside, you were okay. - The location, security and the inside of the property. The bath with a stupid shower glass. You cannot bath two children at the same and the taps are on the wrong side! You have to get into the bath to switch it on… Really stupid! Remove it! Loads of everything in the kitchen but very little space for groceries. Why? No dishwasher? It is 2025. And the rest of the facilities leaves much to be desired. The washing machines are rusted. The backdoor passage is darn scary. And the neighbouring units’ occupants leaves lots to be desired for. Scary.

• Prenasa (7/5): Beautiful palace - The place is beautiful and the views are amazing. The owners have really taken time and effort in decorating the flat. The back door you couldn't exit the gate. The key would not work to get you to the car. So we had to exit through the front. The security there was very pleasant and helpful. The bathrooms needed to be cleaned more, and a second check should be done.

• Pasqual (10/5): It was a lovely get away with my family. The unit was perfect for what we needed - The location and the unit it’s self were lovely The monkeys were completely out of control, I’ve stayed at Cozumel many times before and never experienced it this bad
• Priscilla (1/5): Priscilla: My experience - The sea view from the main bedroom. The place was dirty, no effort was put towards cleanliness. The patios were unbearably untidy with the ground floor patio full of messy mops and cleaning buckets. The wifi password was wrong. The unit does not have signal. If you want to make a call you must go out to the streets. I was travelling with kids, no one mentioned that the place was a double storey. It is very unfriendly to kids. The bed in the main bedroom is so uneven I am not sure whether it is old or what but honestly the place needs a lot of work and effort.
• Wayne (6/5): THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, THE UNIT WAS MODERN INSIDE BUT THE REAR DOOR NOT WORKING WAS ISSUE,NOT CLEAN - THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, THE UNIT WAS MODERN INSIDE. THE FURNITURE WAS VERY DIRTY DOWNSTAIRS IN THE LOUNGE, THE WINE OPENER WAS BROKEN. THE BACK COULD NOT UNLOCK SO WE HAD TO WALK AROUND FROM PARKING TO FRONT OF THE UNIT TO GET INSIDE.
