• William (10/5): Very nice place to hangout! - The views of the river were awesome and relaxing. The place was very cozy and had everything we needed. We loved having the screened patio but the screen door needs to be Rescreened.
• James (10/5): Great value at Tiny Home - Tiny home had the affordability & comfort that still allowed us to enjoy the area for dining out & visiting the area. It had everything there so we didn't have to purchase items to enjoy our stay. Loved the futon in the LR. I like to sleep with tv on & my husband likes complete quiet at bedtime. Perfect for us. Basics were supplied & that was a pleasant plus. Our location was terrific as u could walk to the Tiki Hut & downtown. Easy exit to CC Bridge & to Vetetans bridge. Canal pretty but 2 big boats blocked the view a bit. We'll definitely book again. TY for the affordability as these days it's all about the $$.

• Blokker (6/5): Pleasant - The fact that for 7 days the apartment was not cleaned. Linen was not changed, toilet paper was not refilled, I had to ask. The host was not willing to even be a little more accommodating with us checking out an hour later or earlier.
• Michael (8/5): Clean & good value. We’d stay again. - Clean, cute, quiet with nice waterfront screen porch for coffee or reading a book. Cute burrowing owls nearby were fun to see. Would have been nice to have a heads up that electricians were scheduled to work on the dock & side of house on Saturday morning. We were disappointed not to have the enjoyment of this feature which was a big selling point.

• Julianna (7/5): this property was clean and the manager did her best, but they were unprepared for guests at their properties. - nice 1/1 with a water view close to Cape Coral Parkway. This property was not actually available and we were put into one nearby without a screeded porch on the day of our arrival. There was a problem with connecting the tv to the internet so we used our phone to stream a movie. Communication with the manager about this was less than pleasant as she got defensive but we managed to resolve the situation ourselves by preforming updates to their modem & tv.

• Loshondalyn (9/5): Fabulous, comfortable STAY - I loved the beautiful outside patio very nice and welcoming and clean. I didn’t like the outdated front room furniture, and that there was only one TV in the front room and not the bedroom. Other than that it was phenomenal.

• Sharon (9/5): Truly enjoyed relaxing in the backyard with a magnificent view! - Stunning backyard overlook on the water with screened in porch. Host was responsive when we needed some help. Bed was comfortable. Attractive, full kitchen worked well for us. Huge washer/dryer! Easy self-check-in! Instructions as to where the washer/dryer is located would have been helpful. We also blew a fuse, so then took care to not use too many appliances at the same time.
