• Alon (10/5): A great apartment in a perfect location. - A specious and well-equipped apartment in an amazing location, just at the heart of everything and within walking distance from so many attractions and good restaurants. Easy to get to and from. The stairs into the apartment and inside it were a bit steep.

Would have been nice if there was a second toilet. The sofa bed could have done with a mattress topper on it as it was not very comfortable.

• Mike H (9/5): Wonderful stay in West End! - Great location and communication with host. My family loved the top floor of this apartment b/c the ceilings were high. The kitchen had everything we needed including sufficient coffee pods, dishwasher tabs, washing machine tabs, etc. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Beds were comfy and clean. One of the better stays my family has had in a while. We'd gladly stay here again The WiFi signal was rather weak and I don't think it would be suitable for those looking to work remotely consistently. Additionally, the single-pane windows on the top floor allowed some noise in (bedroom windows were double-pane and quiet). If I were to be picky, there were quite a few stairs (mentioned by others; no elevator) and the door to the top floor had a tendency to slam shut. Perhaps that could be fixed.

• Martins (8/5): - The flat is very centrally located The kitchen has everything you need to prepare quick meals and/or breakfast. We didn’t like it when, every time we got home, we’d be met by a nasty smell coming from the bathroom. It smelled of sewage. We had to open the window and turn on the taps and let the water run until the smell went away🤮

• Jesse (3/5): many better options in London - Location. The property provided only three blankets for a group of five people. They also charge extra if you use a pillowcase or duvet cover from the closet, which feels unreasonable. The bathroom setup—bathtub, toilet, and shower all in one space—is far from ideal for multiple guests. There was also a musty odor in the bathroom. The location is excellent, but street noise can be disturbing. Overall, there are many better options in London in this price range. Not recommended.

The room is spacious for 6 persons to stay. The stair is too stiff that challenging for those with difficulty to climb up. It's also too narrow for me to bring up my luggage especially to the upper room.

• Adele (7/5): Good location but take earplugs and know that it is open plan, so no privacy. - The property was very centrally located and it was easy to use the codes to enter. The noise from the street outside was really bad. The first night especially we were still awake in the middle of the night due to people in the street outside. The noise from the property above was also really bad and I had to message about this. Children were running around constantly and we could hear the conversation the 2 adults were having very clearly. We were woken up on the last morning by dripping on to our clothes. This was pouring from the flat above, through a light switch. I had to bang on the door and speak to the man in there through the door as he wouldn’t open it 🥺 Our clothes were soaked and there was nothing offered by way of an apology by the property owners. We were just out the shower when a workman appeared and wanted in. Myself and daughters were wrapped in towels and this was something that should have been spoken about first. Of course I let him in to see where the damage was, but the issue was from above and a simple call to let us know and we would have got out the way.

• Russell (9/5): Literally across the road from the theatre. - Beautiful flat in an extraordinary central location. In very good, modern, clean condition. The only criticism I could have is that the wifi was slow.

• Marilyn (10/5): It was the perfect solution for our family of 7. Much better than getting multiple hotel rooms. - They say in real estate that it’s location, location, location. This couldn’t have been better. Close to restaurants, the theater and the underground. It was a bit warm, but in all honesty, it was probably our fault for not taking the time to read the instructions. Too busy!!!
• Ron Heijmink (10/5): Welcome London St.Martin's West End - The location was perfect, in the middle of the city. Walk distance from the shops and public transport. The must sees of London where close by. The apartment was great and clean. Nothing at all.

Very clean and has almost everything you need for a comfortable stay. Staff were great, we luckily didn’t need to contact when staying as everything was fine. Would definitely stay again. Stairs were a bit dangerous due to the shape of them however I appreciate this might not be easily helped. As long as you’re careful it’s fine!

• Balagi (5/5): A decent apartment but NOT so good for aged people - Location was great It is an apartment with two floors. Very narrow steps & not suitable for aged people. Facilities provided were OK but again just one rest room for the whole family. Check in & Check out time are not flexible which eventually does not suit travelers arriving from long distances.

• Charlotte (9/5): Great - Excellent location. Nicely decorated appartement with lots of space in the living room and everything you need in the kitchen. Comfortable and clean. Nice staff (on the phone and the cleaning lady on the first and last day). A bit noisy in the evening, because of the central location (but I had no problem sleeping). Also, we missed having a reception, for example to leave the luggage on the day of arrival and departure, but we left it in the hallway and that was fine. No safe.

• Eric (8/5): Location, location, location....more than made up for the minor issues we encountered. - The location was excellent, very close to Leicester Square and Covent Garden. There were a lot of great restaurants and shops close by. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was clean. We had plenty of towels, even for four people. Lots of stairs. The layout of the apartment was odd (living area on the top floor, bedrooms on the second floor). Some of the photos on the website were not of the apartment we rented. There was a strong, off-putting odor when we arrived. After opening the windows for a while it was fine. The bottom sheet on one of the beds had a large stain. The ironing board had a large purple stain that bled on to a shirt we ironed and ruined it.

Would stay here again! - Perfect little home away from home with all you need including kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc. You are right in the middle of everything. We ended up walking most places very comfortably. Tons of great places to eat and a grocery store nearby. This is not a good choice if you need quiet. It's located on an extremely busy street that doesn't start to settle until the middle of the night. The hallway is also very noisy and echoes, so it's very loud when other people are walking into the building to get to their rooms.

Trafalgar Sq., Leicester Sq., Piccadilly Circus, 100’s of restaurants, shoppes, dozens of theatres all within a 10 min. walk. Tesco-2 min. walk. Clean kitchen, all appliances, dishes provided. Lots of linens, towels, toiletries. Very helpful staff. Free Prime Video on TV. Nothing to dislike.

It was summer so the fans in the rooms were much appreciated. Only issue for my elderly parents was the number of stairs in the property. There were 5 of us staying, so another bathroom would have been useful, but overall the apartment was lovely.
• Jose (2/5): overprice - The apartment is overpriced; I have rented much larger apartments in better condition in London for the same price or even less. The photographs do not match the apartment we received. The bedroom doesn't have floor-to-ceiling walls, and if someone sleeps on the sofa bed and wants to go to the bathroom, they must pass through the other bedroom. The floor was dirty and stained, there is no air conditioning, the bathroom is extremely small, and the stairs are narrow, making it difficult to go up or down with luggage. I definitely wouldn't stay there again; it seems like a scam to me.

We had everything we need in the House. Sheets beds very comfortable, the Kitchen has everything you ask for. We extented our stay for 2 days because house was so comfortable, and we were so happy in the area. My husband and my 11 years old son are also were very happy. Love everything.
