Το μπάρμπεκιου πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και λειτουργικό. Κλειστό πάρκινγκ για δύο αυτοκίνητα. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία κοντά στη θάλασσα σε ήσυχο σημείο. Πραγματικά ήταν όλα τέλεια και συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα για μεγάλες παρέες και οικογένειες. -
• Samuel (10/5): see above - Having just return from a stay at Villa Acropolis, Loutraki, Greece, I have to say we as a group of 4 we were totally delighted and surprised. The pictures do not do it justice, it has been built to the highest specifications, roomy, clean and a totally relaxing place to stay. Very private and secure with off street parking, 5-minute walk to the seafront and 5-minute drive by car to the numerous supermarkets. The main beach/seafront promenade with fantastic bars & restaurants is only a 15 to 20 stroll. This was our 5th year in the Corthin/Loutraki area, and as sportsmen return to the villa after a day competing it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We will be return to Loutralki next year and it will be our number one place to hopefully book. Yes a 5 Star place to stay 😊 N/A
• Eva (8/5): NO Willa by the sea / beachfront - - The villa is beautiful, clean, and the kitchen is fully and well equipped. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher. Each room has a TV, internet access, and there is a barbecue area. The beds are very comfortable. There is also a large fridge. The owner is very friendly. The villa is described as beachfront, but it is not actually beachfront - you need to walk 5-10 minutes to reach the beach. Also, you cannot see the sea from the bedroom; the sea is only visible from the roof terrace. In the photos in the listing, you can see the beach and umbrellas, which also suggests that the villa is directly on the beach. The listing photos also show 5 bicycles. My son had already chosen one while booking and was delighted that he would be able to ride a bike. When we arrived at the villa, it turned out that there was not even one bicycle, even though there were 5 shown in the photos.
• Kanavaros (10/5): Όλα ήταν εκπληκτικά!!! - Όλα ήταν τέλεια. Είχε όλες τις ανέσεις και παροχές. Πήγαμε τρεις οικογένειες και μείναμε όλοι πολύ ευχαριστημένοι.Τοποθεσία κοντά στην παραλία για περπάτημα Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Σίγουρα στο μέλλον θα ξαναπάμε. -

• Γεωργια (10/5): - Το σπίτι ηταν καθαρό είχε μεγάλους χώρους Πλήρως εξοπλισμός σε όλους τους χώρους. Κλιματισμος και τηλεόραση σε όλα τα δωμάτια Άνετα κρεβάτια και άνετα.. Ήρεμη περιοχή κοντά σε θάλασσα και εστιατόρια/καφέ.
• OLGA (10/5): Μια υπέροχη διαμονή σε μια άψογα εξοπλισμένη και πολύ άνετη βίλα. - Η διαμονή μας στη βίλα ήταν εξαιρετική από κάθε άποψη. Η βίλα είναι πολύ άνετη, ευρύχωρη, πεντακάθαρη και διακοσμημένη με ιδιαίτερο γούστο. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς — πραγματικά δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας από την πρώτη στιγμή. Περάσαμε υπέροχα και σίγουρα θα θέλαμε να επιστρέψουμε ξανά, αυτή τη φορά για περισσότερες ημέρες. Τη συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

• Monica (10/5): Una villa da sogno - La villa è assolutamente stupenda e di aspetto moderno. All'interno la cucina è dotata di ogni confort e di qualsivoglia elettrodomestico. Il salone gigante con uno splendido divano completo di dormeuse. Ampio tavolo per pranzare corredato di sei sedie. Televisore, WiFi e monitor collegato con le telecamere esterne completano la stanza. È presente anche una camera matrimoniale ed un bagno sullo stesso piano. Al piano superiore sono presenti due camere matrimoniali ed un bagno mentre al piano seminterrato sono presenti una camera matrimoniale, una camera a due letti, un bagno edun grande salotto al pari di quello a piano terra. Completano la villa terrazze complete di tavoli e dondolo. In definitiva una villa coi fiocchi con finiture di pregio che non manca di nulla, compreso parcheggio con cancello elettrico e illuminazione notturna perimetrale. Non posso che consigliare vivamente per un soggiorno indimenticabile. Nulla.

Коты со всей округи пробираются во двор, но ведут себя воспитанно, в основном сидят перед крыльцом в ожидании угощения Микроволновка не работает, но это легко поправимо

Πολυ ωραία δωμάτια άνετα, καθαρά και εξυπηρέτησαν απολυτα τις ανάγκες 10 ατόμων...Φουλ εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και υπέροχο σαλόνι με όλα τα απαραίτητα!!!! Ιδιαίτερα ευχάριστο το εξωτερικό μέρος με πολύ ωραία μπαλκόνια και περιβάλλον χώρος με barbeque. Σας ευχαριστούμε για την πολύ ωραία φιλοξενία.

• Σωτηρία (8/5): - Ήταν άνετο για δύο τετραμελεις οικογένειες και περιφραγμένο οπότε αρκετά ασφαλές για τα παιδιά. Αρχικά είχε υπερβολικά πολλά κουνούπια με αποτέλεσμα τα παιδιά να γεμίσουν τσιμπήματα. Δεύτερον, αν και αναφέρεται φούρνος στις παροχές τελικά υπήρχε μόνο φούρνος μικροκυμάτων. Τέλος, αν και όχι εξίσου σημαντικό, όμως δείχνει έλλειψη τυπικότητας, το ότι δεν υπήρχαν φρούτα και ένα μπουκάλι κρασί για καλωσόρισμα όπως αναφερόταν στις παροχές.

• Natallia (10/5): Идеальный дом для отличных греческих каникул - Хозяин очень гостеприимный и приветливый, радушный человек.Русскоязычный. На столе нас ждали приветственное вино и фрукты. В доме есть все необходимое как для короткого отдыха, так и долговременного проживания: , посуда, техника, пляжные полотенца, банные принадлежности, необходимый набор специй, чай, кофе, аптечка и тп. Дом реально как картинке, чистый, большой, ухоженный, просторные комнаты с кондиционерами, сменное белье и полотенца. веранда на 1м, 2 м этаже и на улице зона отдыха и барбекю. Можно заказать трансфер до/до аэропорта, экскурсии в монастырь, на озеро и маяк, Афины и Пелопоннес. Море очень близко, 5 мин небыстрым шагом,, рядом есть пляж от рыбного ресторана, можно заказать на 20 евро еды и напитков и на весь день зонт и 2 шезлонга бесплатно. Можно ходить и на пляж казино, тоже рядом, там придется заказать на 60 евро , если хочешь огромный зонт на большую компанию 5-6чел. Такой принцип почти везде в Лутраки. Рядом с домом есть 1 домашний ресторан с рыбным и мясным меню, и чуть в сторону небольшая таверна с мясными блюдами от Аристофана. Все очень вкусное, с домашней едой. Городская набережная с кафе тоже рядом , при желании можно договориться на счет подвоза продуктов из супермаркета. По средам и субботам в городе рынок с фруктами, овощами, домашним вином, рыбойи др продуктами, которые дешевле магазина. Все супер, очень рекомендую.! Если что-то вам будет не хватать (что трудно представить), то Дионисий решит эти вопросы.

• Ofer (9/5): Wonderful Villa, super luxurious, at a great location. - They waited on-site and could send us specific instructions when we got slightly lost at a wrong turn. When we met, the host walked the whole property with me. Showed how to get the water heater work, the grill, the locks and gates, etc. There was a minor issue with the WiFi. They came first thing the morning after, and a technician fixed it, but the tech person messed up the passwords, and it took us almost a day to figure out how to reconnect to the WiFi. All in all, it was a minimal matter that did not influence at all.

With a fully equip kitchen, we managed to make beautiful home cooked meals every night we were there. Coffees in the morning! They had also provided us with a pram for the kids - so thoughtful! So many toys, scooters and a bike! The whole house was secured with a tall fence, and every window has security blinds it was amazing! Can’t wait to go back

We loved the clean rooms, the big spaces, the equipment of the kitchen, the quiet neighbourhood, the proximity to the beach and the welcome fruits and the wine. (Thank you) Highly recommended We missed a furniture for storage clothes in the cellar rooms (with the single beds) - but there is a wardrobe in the lower living room. Also there could be some hooks for towels or bags on the walls in the rooms and bathrooms. Some information could be useful for finding a supermarket easily. The first day we had lukewarm water… it was not switched on. But the owner explained quickly how to fix it.
