- Maria Camila (8/5): - The flat is comfortable and located near local attractions as well as cafes and restaurants and the commute to Lisbon is easy. The view from the balcony is amazing. The flat was clean and cosy and the host was responsive and helpful. Overall, a nice little place that is well located. One issue, unfortunately: the noise. Club White Lotus is located nearby and there was loud music throughout the night, typically midnight till 7AM. We found out that there have been complaints from local residents about it. The residents upstairs and at the bottom flat (where there is an external area) were loud till 1-2AM, which is especially problematic if you're sleeping in the sofa bed in the living room.

- Hassan (1/5): Je suis insatisfaite de mon séjour - La seule chose est la belle vue Plusieurs choses : Je commence par le comportement inapproprié du hôte, après avoir réservé le logement j’ai reçu un lien pour le check-in. J’ai effectué l’enregistrement après avoir réservé le logement. Le jour de mon arrivée j’ai vérifié le lien qui n’était plus accessible. Je me suis rentré en contact avec le hôte en lui demandant les codes d’accès vu que le lien n’est plus accessible et la manière du hôte m’a surpris qui m’indique que je dois bien lire et lire attentivement en ignorant que le lien ne fonctionne pas ( il ne répond pas par téléphone) Il m’envoie les captures d’écran en exprimant son mécontentement En arrivant au logement je n’ai pas accès WIFI, aucune feuille laissé ou bien manuel dans le logement. J’envoie un message à l’hôte ( je ne lui ai pas contacté par téléphone vu qu’il était tard) Le matin, il me répond en précisant que tout a été envoyé par mail alors que je n’ai reçu aucun mail c’était des correspondances via une base de données des hôtes dont je n’ai pas accès chose que j’ai répété 1000 fois. Le hôte indique que mon message était avec un ton désagréable ( ce n’est pas du tout professionnel) Le sol est plein de poussière, j’ai dû nettoyer le sol le jour de mon arrivée vu que j’ai un bébé Les équipements sont usés Le lit fait beaucoup de bruit
