• Romela (10/5): A convenient place to stay. Clean. Covenient. Homey. - The location is very good esp if you are using the MRT in most of your stays. The condominium is connected to the Magallanes station which is very convenient. Had a really comfortable stay at San Lorenzo Place Mall & Residences Tower 3 by Magallanes MRT station Makati. The location was extremely convenient :) directly connected to Magallanes MRT, making it easy to get around Makati and Manila. The unit was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with great amenities and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The area felt convenient too with restaurants, cafés, and essentials just downstairs. Perfect for both short and long stays in Manila.

• Beatrice (9/5): Beautiful and clean stay - The place itself was amazing, the photos do it justice. It is a small place so definitely maximum of two people, however, everything was wonderful and clean for us. It was hard to communicate with the pool staff about the pool policies.
• Zachary (7/5): very clean, very cute, - The unit was very clean! You can tell that the owner put time into decorating it. The decor was very cute and felt homey. The was plenty of seating so you can have guests. I would book again. Everything was great except for the A/C situation. I was confused to why the living room didn't have A/C but the bedroom did. The bedroom was nice and cold but the living room was hot. There was a fan in the living room but it blew hot hair. The A/C in the bedroom made a rattling noise that made it hard to fall asleep.

• Darius (1/5): Not recommended for more than 1 person. - Location was okay. There's a small shopping center attached to the building. It's even smaller than the pictures make it look. Would probably be fine for a solo traveler, but was cramped for me and my partner. Additionally the glass door to the shower exploded while I was showering and the host tried to pressure me into paying for it in-spite of Booking.com's policy. Host did not offer to move me to a different room or cancel the booking despite glass shards still being in the room.
• YUMIN (9/5): - 1、客廳、浴室、臥室都有，廚房設施也很方便。2、地點極佳，旁邊就是美食街、購物中心，還直捷運/鐵路。3、室內擺設用心。4、大樓入口有2-3位保全管理人員，住宿安心。 1、沒有冷氣機熱了沒冷氣可以吹（客廳有大、小風扇）。2、個人問題，枕頭太高（相較外地住宿數十次以上經驗），導致睡眠品質很差。

• Yoann (10/5): Super séjour - Tout était vraiment super, j’ai passé un excellent séjour. Appartement nickel et bien fourni, que ce soit le wifi, la chambre et l’accès à Netflix sur chaque tv, la vaisselle ou bien la literie et les serviettes. Il y a vraiment tout pour s’y sentir bien sans se prendre la tête dès qu’on franchit la porte. Il y a aussi un mall juste à côté du bâtiment pour y faire ses courses, trouver un restaurant ou bien faire sa lessive, le service de lessive étant d’ailleurs très efficace, j’ai pu y déposer mon linge et le récupérer plié et emballé. De plus les propriétaires étaient joignables facilement par la messagerie booking et se sont toujours assuré de répondre à mes questions et sollicitations. Encore merci à eux.
• Federica (9/5): THE RIGHT PLACE TO STAY - l'appartamento e' situato in un bel palazzo con security all'ingresso, nelle immediate vicinanze c'e' una mall con supermercato, ATM e ristoranti. l'appartamento e' in ottime condizioni e molto confortevole, non troppo distante dall'aeroporto . la proprietaria e chi se ne occupa sono molto gentili, mi hanno organizzato anche un driver per portarmi a visitare il vulcano TAAL . LO CONSIGLIO ASSOLUTENTE
• Maria (10/5): Lovely little apartment! - Vanessa was a great host - she was always so quick at responding and answering questions. The attention to detail at the apartment was appreciated and had everything you needed - perfect for one person! The location was in a great location with the MRT downstairs and the mall with food and supermarkets. The security were friendly and helpful. There are food vendors across the street when you wanted that late night dinner. I loved the TV in the bedroom, it was cosy and comfortable. Would definitely come back! There is no AC in the living room although equipped with a ceiling fan and an electric fan, so it can get warm! It would be good to have a little clothes dryer to hang out small items that have been washed like underwear.

• Livia (10/5): Beautiful feminine apartment - This is such a comfortable, beautifully-decorated apartment - I wish I could move in! It has everything you need in a compact space, and lots of nice decorative objects. It also has AC and a fan. It is right next to a mall with food options, grocery stores and some shops. Very easy to move around with Grab. Loved my stay!

The location offers easy access to malls, restaurants, and the Magallanes MRT station — making it an ideal base for exploring the city. As a minimalist myself, I found the space to be the perfect introduction to the Philippines. The unit is clean, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. Both Lillian and Vanessa were exceptionally hospitable, warm, and caring, making me feel right at home during my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Makati. I loved everything.
