• Cathy (4/5): Cannot recommend, great location but noise and lack of support not worth it - Good location, cute garden Neighbour playing really loud music outside most afternoons, lack of meaningful responses from owner. A lot of vehicle noise from nearby streets on the weekend. Windows are old and not well sealed so no way to keep noise out. Furniture is not comfortable and garage has too much stuff in it to be useful to park in.

• Crumm (10/5): The perfect spot in Belmont. - The house is in a perfect location for 2nd Street and the beach. Glenn is such a great host, always there to answer questions or help in any way possible. Highly recommend this location. Location, comfort, cleanliness, and our host.

Highly recommend. - Great location. 10 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute walk to the high street which was full of bars, restaurants and shops. The property was excellent, two good sized double bedrooms and outdoor areas to enjoy. I would stay here again. I guess some of the furniture was a little dated. Don't be put off though, this is only a minor gripe, we had a great stay.
