• Chiara (10/5): La nostra camera era spaziosa, pulitissima e arredata con gusto, dotata di tutti i comfort moderni e di un letto comodis - l'esperienza: è stata impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista. La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, vicinissima al centro ma in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Livello di pulizia molto alto. Tutto nuovo. Parcheggio comodo. Confort altissimo

• Raphael (10/5): Un viaggio di bellezza e piacere a Nettuno. - La struttura è moderna, pulita e dispone di una bella vasca idromassaggio. Il personale è molto gentile, efficiente e amichevole. Tutto nella struttura era di alta qualità, nulla mi ha deluso. La posizione non è nel centro storico della città, ma si arriva facilmente, dopo una breve passeggiata sul lungomare.

• Erwin (9/5): Wunderbare Lage und gehobene Ausstattung als beste Voraussetzung fûr einen perfekten Urlaub. - Lage, Lage, Lage und gehobene Ausstattung der Wohnung. Super freundliche Betreuung. Das Sprudelbad brummt des nachts etwas laut auf dem Balkon, weil es selbst bei Nichtbenutzung beinahe ständig sprudelt. Das muss offenbar so sein wegen der Selbstreinigungsfunktion. Die hochwertigen Fenster sind zwar schalldicht, stellen aber keine Lösung dar, wenn man gerne bei offenem Fenster schläft - auch um das Meeresrauschen zu hören. Ansonsten wäre eine Lese-/Nachttischlampe an der linken Bettseite praktisch. Es fehlt dort eine Steckdose, aber es gibt neuerdings günstige Akku-Lampen zu kaufen.

• Adriana (10/5): - The room and view was perfect! It was clean and comfortable. The elevator was very helpful since we were travelling with my mom who has trouble walking far. The beach is less than a five minute walk from the hotel and to get to the old town area is a 15min walk along the boardwalk. Angela was incredibly responsive and helpful the whole trip. It was really nice getting to use the hot tub on our first days there adjusting to the jet lag. They clean it regularly and a technician came to make sure everything was working right on our first day.

• Maksim (10/5): Полный восторг. Очень удобные и современные апарты. - Новый. Чистый. Рядом с пляжем. Хороший дизайн. Укомплектованы на 5+. Кухня с посудомойкой. Жаль, что нет стиралки, но можно отдать на ресепшн и за 15Eвро постирают и высушат целый таз белья. Тоже самое, что идти в селфлондри. Есть закрытая парковка с розетками для электромобиля. Уборка с заменой полотенец была каждый день. Рядом (20 метров) кафе, где можно утром купить вкусный кофе с круассанами. Классная огромная терасса с джакузи лежаками и большим обеденным столом. Персонал очень милые люди. Встретили, все рассказали и показали. Постоянно были на связи в WhatsApp. Я бы добавил на кухню кофе машину Nespresso. Хотя, на второй день уже привыкаешь ходить в соседнее кафе.

Bom estacionamento. Um dos quartos não tem ar condicionado, dependendo da climatização indireta do equipamento localizado na sala de estar.

Szybki i sprawny kontakt przez WhatsApp z panią Angela, która jest przemiłą osobą. Nie trzeba nosić kluczy, ponieważ są kody. Jacuzzi na balkonie cudowne po całym dniu zwiedzania Niczego mu nie brakuje ;)

The beach was very beautiful and close. We stayed as a family for 1 week. During this time we had the opportunity to visit the surrounding towns. In addition, Rome is 1 hour away and can be added to the places to visit after the sea. We already know where we will be on our next Italy vacation. Location en comfort.

• Marc (10/5): Great little find in a lovely location. - Absolutely spotless apartment - looked brand new and has a spectacular sea view. Host was genuinely thrilled to help us and to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was provided via a nearby beach bar and was small but perfectly adequate. Would definitely stay again, if only for the hot tub!

The unit was so very clean and modern. The hottub was well maintained and very inviting to use. The huge balcony with the view was very pleasant. The pasteries and cappucino at the cafe were amazing! The staff there was very friendly and the service was great! We were able to walk to some wonderful restaurants. There is a bit of construction near the unit. (I did not hear the work.) This cannot be helped but it does look like the town is getting spruced up. It will only make the town better.

We had a wonderful balcony overlooking the sea with a hot tub, chase lounges and a table and chairs. The beds are very comfortable and we found everything to our liking. Very attentive staff. We also really appreciated the free parking behind a gate at the property. Great stay!

The location and the views are perfect as certain windows and balconies look onto the beach and ocean. There is nothing to dislike about this property.
• Michael (9/5): Great view. Great apartment. All amenities are within walking or a short car ride away. - Waking every morning to a sea view puts you in a great mood! Breakfast is provided by a Cafe, a short walk away. Very good. The owner is extremely helpful and overcomes language difficulties with the use of a smart phone! Laundry is reasonably priced and is taken away and returned by the staff. A few more kitchen utensils would have been helpful. But it's no showstopper. Parking with a medium-sized car (or larger) is a challenge.

Nothing beats hanging out outside at the jacuzzi while enjoying a cold drink as well as the view with your friends or family. The daily cleaning service is on point and the staff is very nice and always available. We got exactly what we wanted and even more.

All communication woth Angela (our ost) was superb, and helpful. Nothing much. But maybe som more things for cooking in the kitchen, and also one more lamp next to the bed in the bedrooms.

• Allisons (10/5): Immaculately clean apartment - Angela is an amazing host. She looked after our family of 4 even before we arrived, helping us book train tickets from Rome to Nettuno. She is very responsive, helpful, hospitable & kind. The place is new, very clean & close to the beach with restaurants & grocery stores in walking distance. Angela helped organise transport as we were attending a wedding at a nearby church, she recommended & booked restaurants for us too. Nothing was a problem for her. We would definetly come back & stay at IBordin.

• Raimund (10/5): If it is available ,try it out ,you will not regret it. - It was a very nice experience from the check in till check out. Everything about automatic check in with codes and location for door looks was clearly communicated via email or whatssapp before arrival. Angela where available all the time if you had some questions .Just write and after some minutes (did not matter which time of the day )you got a answer. One time we had a little problem with our jacuzzi Angela and Fabiana arrived within 10 min and fixed the problem even it was already 21:00 o clock in the evening on a holiday. This is really service AT ITS BEST. I just can highly recommend this place . Wifi signal in some corners of the bedroom not good enough .but everything else was great.

On a big balcony with a breathtaking view on the sea there’s a jacuzzi. The room will be cleaned daily. The hotel has its own parking lots . The sea is just 1 min walking away from the hotel. The landlord is very kind . Administrator is always available. It’s a pleasure to stay there. The sea is just beautiful.

Building itself was very modern and clean. there was plenty of things to do apart from using the jacuzzi - there was a very soft artificial grass where ball games could be played, etc. Apartment was very clean, it had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony and view of the sea was amazing, we enjoyed every single minute of being there. But the best thing about Bordin was definitely the personell - very kind, and helpful, often asking whether we need something. I Bordin Home is truely a great place to stay at in Nettuno.

Sea view was very nice, very good soundproofing. As like exmpl. if there is a little party on the beach, when you put the balcany door closed there does not come to any sound through.
