• Alyson (9/5): Nicely furnished and well equipped modern property. - Modern property, well equipped and with lovely unexpected bonuses such as bath robes, quality toiletries, fresh milk and lots of biscuits!! Perfect for our overnight stay to attend a family event. Great communication from the hosts before and after our stay. Nothing - but beds feel like small doubles so be aware if you are used to a king size!

The house was spotless and perfect for my Aunt and I. Was a real home from home. The milk and biscuit were an added bonus. Nothing it was perfect.

• Yvonne (10/5): This property and its location were ideal for ourselves and two teenage children We would definitely book again - Perfect for our needs. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. We appreciated the provision of basics and quality toiletries. Nothing we didn’t like.

Ken (10/5): This truly A Little Luxury Getaway. - Breakfast was not included but there is a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine (which takes large and small capsules), kettle, fridge/freezer and washing machine plus cutlery/ crockery/glasses for eight people and cooking utensils. The two bedrooms have very comfortable double beds plus 2 bathrobes each, the living/dining room is furnished with a 2-seater and 3-seater sofas, dining table with 4 chairs and TV with multiple channel and app options. The bathroom good size walk-in shower, basin and toilet. All facilities and furnishes are excellent quality and the property has a home from home feel in a quiet neighborhood off a main road. Nothing.

• Jodie (10/5): Perfect stay - Booked as a surprise for a friend.. chose this location as was visiting the Emmerdale Tour which is nearby. Everything was perfect.. the hosts were in contact with information about the property and how to access the key in advance of our stay which made everything less stressful. The actual accommodation was amazing, extremely clean and tidy.. very modern with absolutely everything you could possibly need included. Would highly recommend and will be staying again should we need to visit the area. Absolutely nothing.. everything was perfect from start to finish.

This property was ideal , not too far , clean and everything catered for at a reasonable price for 2 couples .. Netflix is included along with lots of little extras . The beds were very comfortable and sofas too . I would say this property has recently been renovated or at the very least decorated. Plenty of parking for 2 cars , maybe 3 . Communication was quick and very helpful, thanks for a great weekend ! Kitchen was a bit dark but that’s being picky

• A (10/5): If I could rate 10 star I would!! - This is a hidden little gem in Leeds, I was taking my mum on the Emmerdale tour and after a 4 hour drive checking into this little house was just perfect. It was spotless, much better than a 5 star hotel! It has everything you could possibly need from Molton Brown full size toiletries to tea, coffee and biscuits. The lounge is very comfortable with 2 sofas and a small dinning table and chairs, The two bedrooms are stunning, with lovely decor and comfortable beds, pillows and soft bedding. Each bedroom has two fluffy robes and plenty of fluffy towels. The 2nd bedroom has french doors leading out to a sunny garden. I also loved the fact that I could park my car on a private driveway and not struggle with bags from a carpark miles from my room. I would absolutely stay here again if I ever get back to Leeds. One small nag, only because my mum isn't very mobile, one of the slabs on the patio was raised and not level, which means someone could trip and hut themselves.

• Rosy (10/5): Excellent - Excellent stay, everything brand new, very clean, really comfortable beds and lots extra little luxuries provided. Hosts very friendly and quick to help on phone with a couple of little things we weren’t sure about because all so new, and they have already sorted for the next visitors. Location very good for us on a very quiet side street in North Leeds, enabling us to pick up our son from Leeds station then set off early driving further north.
