Jan (4/5): Parma is beautiful, accommo was not. - Location only Quality of furniture offerings poor, broken kitchen table, polyester sheets, no hanging space in 2nd bedroom, no common seating area like a lounge room. No clothes rack for hanging washing even though machine provided. Lastly check-in process was cumbersome, door codes didn’t work on initial entry and on our final day we left early before check-out time to have breakfast and return to collect our bags but the system had locked us out requiring more communication.
