• Shadi (8/5): Very good - It is a beautiful apartment, and has an amazing private beach. This is the second stay for me in the apartment. The price is reasonable. Everything is available in it with a private parking. The pillows and bed mattress. It needs a refresh cleaning before a new customer arrives. You need a car or bus to go to Lugano city center.

• Olesia (3/5): Dissapointing - it was clean and new, that’s all about it. never would recommend this apartment and the whole Lugano area to my friends. 1) beach - if you choose this apartment to have a swim in Lugano lake - better choose another one. the whole lake is covered with an oil from boat nearby this zone 2) the apartment is very dark actually, the pictures you see here is just 2 minutes within the most sunny time of the day. 3) on the opposite side there’s a reconstruction, very loud, the view to the lake is covered by the view to the construction. actually the whole area around this apartment is under construction which is also disappointing. 4) neighbours - family with kids, which cry in the morning and I the evening, the whole time you stay there actually 5) you can hear every word your neighbour is saying 6) mattress and pillows are the cheapest and not comfortable at all. better to take your own pillow with you. 7) check in and check out is a kind of quest - you have to go 3 km to another city to get your key and you have to bring back the keys. consider this if you decide to travel without a car. 8) “you have to leave the apartment same clean as you see it during check in” - and at the same time they make a check out at 10:00 and check in at 16:00. 6 hours for what in this case? 9) parking - you have to park into exact parking slot, which is very difficult to park if you are driving a long or big car. you have to be a super professional driver to park a big car here.
