GUY (8/5): Nice - big rooms, clean and modern. no TV, windows at street level,
Elke (8/5): Toller Urlaub - Die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen, da die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel schnell zu erreichen waren. Der Check in via Schlüsselbox war unkompliziert. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und es gab tolle Duschtücher die riesig und flauschig waren. Der Kühlschrank war sehr sauber. Die Küchenausstattung war etwas dürftig und die beschichteten Töpfe/Pfanne sollten ausgetauscht werden, da zerkratzt. Es gab keine Mikrowelle, doch dafür war der Herd mit Backofen top. Da es keinen Fernseher gibt, wären ein Kartenspiel oder ähnliches schön gewesen, aber wir hatten zum Glück Spiele dabei und haben die Abende sehr genossen

Dorothea (8/5): Günstige und schöne Unterkunft für eine Städtetour! - Wir haben die Lage wegen der Nähe zu unserer Tochter gewählt, aber sie war direkt an der Bahn und grundsätzlich sehr gut, Supermarkt/Bäcker gegenüber, colles Yppenviertel in der Nähe. Wohnung war sehr schön, groß, ausreichend ausgestatttet, für Frühstück fast alles da, das ein oder andere wäre noch nützlich gewesen, zum kochen fehlte uns zu viel, aber man kann ja gut essen gehen!! ;-) Ich würde sie wieder buchen. Es hing ein Rauchgeruch in der Wohnung, der immer bei Rückkehr auffiel und beim Lüften verschwand. Das war etwas schade. Die Lage ist an Bahn/Kreuzung nicht ganz leise (wir kommen vom Land, für uns war es laut ;-)). Und es war nicht gut gekennzeichnet, dass das 2. Schlafzimmer gleichzeitig Wohnzimmer ist, das finmde ich immer ein bisschen schade, hat aber da´nn auch gepasst.
Viktor (5/5): Lehetne felszereltebb - Volt garázs, minden 15 perc sétára volt, látványosságok is max 20 perc autóval Nem volt mosógép, pedig a képen szerepelt, így csomagoltunk ruhát. Nem volt mikró, sütőkesztyű, fakanál...

Viorica (10/5): Lovely Stay - Excellent location right next to public transport — there was a tram stop just in front of the property. I left my car in the Ottakring parking (4 EUR/day). Public transport in Vienna is very well organized — the same ticket is valid for all means of transport, so we had quick and easy access to any tram, bus, or metro. There’s also a service area right across the street (supermarket, shops, and restaurants).
Fatmira (10/5): Siamo stati benissimo, un viaggio da reiterare ... anche perché non siamo riusciti a visitare tutto! - Ci è piaciuto praticamente tutto a partire dall'appartamento che si presenta meglio che nelle foto postate sul sito ... un appartamento spazioso, luminoso, dotato di tutti i comfort, ben ubicato, in una zona fornita e ben collegata con il centro
Massimo (6/5): Bella casa, comoda, ma sporca e distante dal centro - Lo spazio della casa e la possibilità di fare colazione e cena in modo agevole, anche se mancano alcune stoviglie come colino, scolapasta, pela patate. La casa è ben arredata con una buona lavastoviglie e una doccia e un bagno nuovi e moderni. La disponibilità del gestore. La struttura è scomoda in quanto lontana dal centro; in questo periodo a causa dei lavori sulla linea 43 è ancora più disagevole andare in centro. La casa non è pulita, avrebbe bisogno di una pulizia a fondo, in quanto è molto spiacevole notare che nelle diverse parti conserva lo sporco delle persone che vi sono state.
