• Jonathan (9/5): - Handy spot near the train station. Very helpful host who was so accomodating for our arrival and departure. Room wasn’t tidy when arrived, but the host cleaned the place himself while we went for a walk. Also have to share the air conditioner remote between the other rooms and the other guests locked it in their room. Thankfully the host managed to get our air conditioner working remotely.

Aunque no tuvimos problema con este detalle, es mejor que se tenga claridad en la página de booking al momento de hacer la reserva
• Bose (6/5): - It was as shown in the picture , Not very far from the Santa Maria Novella Station in Florence . Our stay was fine, but the check-in experience was very upsetting. We arrived before 10 PM after informing the host in advance about a slight delay due to the the delayed running schedule of train.Despite this, he behaved very rudely, shouting at us and even saying we could go to another hotel if we had money. We had tried calling and emailing him (the emails bounced), and he had confirmed he would come for check-in. He messaged us way but we missed that .Since he had our contact number, he could have easily called or WhatsApped. as these days these two are the easiest way to reach anyone.His behavior was unwelcoming and caused us panic, especially with our child present. Very disappointing experience. We were stunned to experience such an awful behaviour of a host . Whatever may be the reason, there may be some miscommunication but such behaviour is not acceptable at all. I need to tell that the temperment of the host was horrible.
• Stephen (8/5): A comfortable room - We can not say a lot as we arrived in the evening and left very early in the morning. Room is good, bed is very comfortable, air-conditioning works well and the owner is very friendly. Shared bathroom relatively big and clean with a comfortable shower. Kitchen seems good too, but we have not used it so no real idea. The apartment is very close to Florence main railway station Santa Maria Novella so of course you will hear city noises from the street.

• Rhona (6/5): Ok for 1 night near train station - The location was good near the train station although a little hard to find. Our host was friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. I had misread the property description and did not realized it was a shared bathroom and i was exhausted our plane delayed and my bag was missing. The host offered a refund but I was so tired we stayed. He gave me ideas where to buy some clothes and a dinner recommendation. The shared bathroom - my fault I didn't notice on the booking I would not have booked. The bathroom was clean but no toiletries as advertised. I messaged the host he answered the next day after we had checked out. The room felt more like a university dormitory. Everything is shared. We paid the equivalent if $200 Canadian for a shared bathroom and kitchen. The bed was hard. I had canceled some other places nearby as based on the photos I thought this would be much nicer. I wasdisappointed. I do appreviate the host offered a full refund so i want to mention that. But I was too exhausted to find another place it was already early evening. I felt very awkward sharing a bathroom with several male university students. I only saw one if them and I'm sure they are fine but I am senior female and it was awkward for me. I was also very frustrated that some reviews were a 10 which is ridiculous in my opinion it gives a false sense that the place is fabulous. It's just marginally ok.

• Diego (1/5): Nothing like what they describe. - The only thing that I liked is the mattress, very comfortable. The room is not how they describe it. I booked the Double Room with Private Bathroom, which is described like this: "The double room's kitchen, which features kitchenware, is available for cooking and storing food. The double room provides air conditioning, a sofa, a balcony with garden views as well as a private bathroom featuring a shower. The unit offers 2 beds." The description is misleading. The Kitchen is not in the room, it is shared and opened only during certain hours. So I cannot store food in the fridge and access it anytime or cook anytime. There is Aircon. Ok. There is no sofa, only chairs. The balcony is not in the room, is in the kitchen. The bathroom is not private because it's outside the room in the corridor, where several guys where walking back and forth while my girlfriend was passing to get in the toilet. Also there is no key so it can only be locked from the inside, therefore anyone in the apartment could use it. There is a second bed. OK. The doors are flimsy and they have been smashed before. I did not feel safe leaving my stuff in there at all. What I arrived, although the owner knew I was coming around that time, he wasn't answering the phone. Downstairs nowhere to buzz the interphone, no way to find Zen house. I started climbing the stairs and had to find it that way. When I entered the apartment there was a super heavy, foul smell I stayed the First night because it was too complicated to leave, and told the owner I wanted to cancel the following two days. Once I asked for a refund , the owner refused and only gave me about 30% of the fee. I decided to waste my money and go to a proper hotel for a few extra euros. I think booking also didn't take responsibility even after I provided the evidence in the pictures, so I won't use this platform anymore.

Per fare un esempio, in cucina c’erano le stoviglie sporche dentro il lavabo utilizzate da altri in precedenza. Il padrone di casa è stato gentile, ma questo non basta a lasciare una recensione passabile. Sconsigliato.

Only thing that made us little uncomfortable was that the bathroom, which was private (only we used it) was outside of our room, which we did not expect (Booking description fault). Spędziliśmy we Florencji popołudnie i wieczór. Dzięki właścicielowi apartamentu, zjedliśmy doskonałą kolację w lokalu, w którym stołują się miejscowi (La Boite) - w centrum choć z dala od tłumu turystów i turystycznych cen, a po całym dniu, zmęczeni rewelacyjnie wypoczęliśmy w wygodnym i zaskakująco cichym jak na położenie (ścisłe centrum, niedaleko dworca) apartamencie, usytuowanym w pięknej, eleganckiej kamienicy. Gorąco polecam!!! PERFECT

The accommodations were fantastic—clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our needs in Florence. What truly made our experience exceptional was our host, Ali. He was incredibly nice, welcoming, and went out of his way to make us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Ali was always available for anything we needed, responding promptly and with genuine care. His recommendations for places to visit and restaurants in Florence were spot-on. His accommodating nature and local insights elevated our trip to another level. Very pleasant stay, we recommend!

Le camere sono comunicanti quindi si sente tutto . Andrebbero per lo meno insonorizzate . Il bagno in comune purtroppo è l unica pecca non avendo ogni camera la sua privacy .

Esperienza sgradevole perché su Booking ho prenotato una camera con bagno privato, ma all’arrivo si è scoperto che nessuna camera aveva un bagno privato. Il proprietario sosteneva fosse un problema di traduzione sul portale Booking e, dopo discussioni varie, si è offerto di risolvere il disguido con uno sconto rimborsando una piccola quota. Il rimborso non è mai arrivato! Consiglio di verificare gli annunci che si pubblicano perché l’ospite ha il diritto di trovare ciò per cui ha pagato!

• Leon (8/5): - Muito bem localizado, o quarto é confortável e muito grande! O host nos ajudou a subir as malas. La não tinha elevador, mas isso é muito comum na Itália como um todo. O fato do banheiro ficar fora do quarto é um pouco ruim, já que outros hospedes usam o mesmo apartamento. O que ficou bem ruim foi o fato do banheiro não ter tranca.
