• MICHAEL (7/5): While water restrictions outside property’s control, water shut off was flagged by local authorities (in Italian), we fe - Spacious Location : while close to historic centre, the immediate area felt a little run down Access : front gate, doors & lift required to get to front door of property

• 羽涵 (9/5): - 有獨立廚房，冰箱也很大，客廳也很大，房間衣櫥衣架很多，床也很大！房東還有放迎賓小卡片，離超市與市場都很近，附近也有公車站 餐盤沒有分類，有一層抽屜隨意擺放，外面設有分類垃圾桶，但我們到時垃圾並沒有收拾乾淨，外面的露台座位也都沒有很乾淨，甚至有蜘蛛網，浴室只有一罐應該是洗髮沐浴雙效的。
• Mascha (8/5): Nice apartment close to Bologna city centre - Very good location. Only a 10 minute walk from Nettuno square. The apartment has a big outside space and is well equipped. The dishwasher didn’t work and the owner made no effort to get it fixed during our stay.

• Sara (8/5): Viaggio di coppia - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e nel complesso, la nostra esperienza è stata positiva. La posizione è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza: si trova a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, rendendo facile raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni. L'appartamento è spazioso, con due stanze grandi e un bagno, perfetto per 3 persone. Inoltre, il terrazzo è davvero grande e offre uno spazio piacevole, anche se purtroppo, a causa del caldo, non abbiamo potuto godercelo come avremmo voluto. Le informazioni per il check-in sono state molto chiare e facili da seguire, quindi non abbiamo avuto alcun problema al nostro arrivo. L'aria condizionata, pur essendo presente, impiega troppo tempo a raffreddare l’ambiente, il che può risultare scomodo durante le giornate più calde. Abbiamo notato anche che la pulizia sotto al letto non era perfetta, sarebbe stato meglio prestare maggiore attenzione a questi dettagli.

• Yvonne M.K (8/5): prima appartement - ruim appartement met goede bedden en airco. Vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer. Het terras is overdekt, de warmte blijft lang hangen onder de overkapping. Wij waren er in juli, dan kun je er eigenlijk niet buiten zitten.

Very central and easy to get around bologna Would have been good to have had a teeny weeny welcome pack, like fresh milk and a bottle of water (or is that just a Scottish thing). could spend some time tidying up the garden area (removing loads of weeds) and making it a bit more welcoming - couple of loungers wouldn't go amiss 💁🏼‍♀️

• Anton (9/5): Nice spacious flat for comfortable stay - great value for the money - The appartment is great - it is very spacious, with nice yard, big living room and well equiped kitchen. Bathroom is also new and well maintained. A lot of space everywhere, even for bigger groups. That the mattress in the bigger bedroom is too soft and not very comfortable.

• Joyce (8/5): Great location for visiting Bologna. - A good spacious apartment in a great location so near the old city. While the instructions to get in to the apartment were detailed the signs for the apartment are not ver clear and a few arrows pointing which way to go would be helpful.

• Uladzimir (10/5): Exceptional - If you are lucky enough to book this apartment, you will be delighted! Now I'll tell you everything in order: 1. Very helpful and hospitable host. We arrived in Bologna at 9 a.m. and Ludovica did everything to check us in as early as possible (check-in is possible from 15.00, but we were accepted at 11.50). 2. The apartment is in a good location, all the main attractions are within walking distance. We even reached the train station in 20 minutes. 3. The apartment is perfectly clean, well renovated, excellent furniture and plumbing. All rooms have air conditioning. The kitchen has everything you need (all of high quality). It was important for us to have a capsule coffee machine. 4. The Wi-Fi was fast enough, which was very pleasing. 5. The apartment is very quiet, nothing prevented you from relaxing. 6. In three weeks of traveling in Italy, this apartment was the best in terms of price-quality ratio! It was very hot outside (+37C), so we couldn't have dinner on a wonderful area in front of the apartment on a very beautiful table))
