Guest Reviews
- Phil (8/5): - Good location, nice old building Difficulty in getting the door fob, although the support staff did an excellent job by phone to help and support me and the fob was eventually forthcoming. No electricity upon arrival, although this was soon rectified.
Have stayed here many times and it is becoming a bit shabbier. I couldn't get the extractor hob and living room radiator to work for example.

- Moutusi (10/5): - The apartment was super clean. Location is the best. It exceeded my expectations. Every thing was amazing. I received good help from the host to check in. Finding the way to spot the keys was a bit confusing.
- Guest (4/5): Could be lovely, but poorly maintained - The fundamental structure of the flat and building itself was very grand i.e. high ceilings, big windows, nice architecture. It was relatively peaceful and quiet for the most part. There was plenty of space to spread out. Though the fundamentals of the flat and building were mostly fine, it felt as if neither of them had been looked after or maintained very well.
When I arrived, the main entrance hall was dirty and covered with litter and cigarette butts. There was graffiti on one of the walls and there was literally a half-open bag of rubbish propping open one of the doorways leading to the flat. Someone had also clumsily scribbled in ink the name of the floor on the same doorway. Honestly these things made it feel more like a squat than a welcoming apartment building.
In the flat itself, there were various parts of the blinds that were missing, the covers on the trickle vents in the windows were broken so sound could come through, the knob to control the temperature on the oven was missing, the integrated freezer had separated from it's surrounding unit, the coffee table was covered in stains and dirt as was the carpet. Also, the kitchen utensils provided seemed to be lacking on the whole.
Honestly, it just felt like it was in dire need of someone deciding to take proper care of it. It felt a bit like the surrounding area of Bradford, once rich and prosperous but having since fallen into a state of disrepair.

- Guest (1/5): Horrible - Nothing Tv didn’t work bed was broken building was filthy
- Audley (10/5): Comfort on a high level scale! - It was a bit confusing trying to locate the accommodation & then the key boxes but once we got them, it was plain sailing from there. N/A
- Adele (5/5): - Clean and nice to have coffee shampoo etc How to get in just struggled with code but did it
- Alan (7/5): Good - Nice self contained flat Confusion in accessing the property plus an £80 deposit
- Nilkanth (10/5): Exceptional -
- C (6/5): Pleasant - Location, flat itself was good size Non smoking building smelt of stale, covered up smoke. Obvious burns to table, bits of furniture chipped and needed fixing or replacing, not clean enough - radiator with some form of liquid stains on it. The common space in the building was 3 /10 at best, and it looked like someone had tried to jemmy the apartment door open in the not too distant past.
