• Md Zulmajdi (6/5): A fun and memorable stay with a nice loft concept and good location, but cleanliness and maintenance definitely need imp - I liked the loft-style room concept, it felt unique and quite comfortable for staying with friends. Overall, the experience was good and enjoyable. The location is also convenient, and I liked that there was entertainment and places to hang out downstairs, which made the stay more fun and lively. I also liked the hanging/chill space area where you can relax and enjoy the city view from the hotel anytime, especially if you want to smoke and just unwind at night. It gave a nice vibe to the overall experience. The staff were helpful during our stay, especially when assisting with the door issue. The property also has good potential because the atmosphere and concept are nice. I would definitely consider coming back again if the cleanliness and facilities are improved in the future. Not to forget, There’s kenangan coffee also next to our hotel. There are several things that need improvement, especially cleanliness and maintenance. I saw cockroaches near the bed area, and there was also a rat during our stay, which was quite uncomfortable. The mattress also needs to be replaced because there were yellow stains visible. The facilities could also be improved overall, and it would be better to provide a rubbish bin in the living room area. Another issue was the room door battery suddenly stopped working, so we had to wait around 15 minutes for the staff to replace it.

• Celina Ysabel (10/5): 5-star hotel experience on a 3-star budget - Went to Jakarta for two nights to attend a concert, and this was the perfect place to stay near the city center on a budget. The bed was huge and comfy, with very comfortable pillows, with conveniently placed plugs and fast Wifi. Was not expecting the smart TV. The bathroom was very clean with a great shower, and I liked that the sink was placed outside. There was just enough closet space for one person, might have been more difficult for two. The breakfast buffet was good but lacked variety.

Im Empfangsbereich stehen ein Billard,- und ein Airhockeytisch, welche gratis genutzt werden können. Das Frühstück war sehr lokal geprägt und gut. Ich habe meine persönlichen Sachen am Abreisetag noch bis 17 Uhr unter Aufsicht im Hotel zurücklassen können👍 Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Bantal lembut & selesa 3. The breakfast doesnt have many option but okay lah boleh makan. 1. We just checked in & noticed that the room bau asap rokok yang sangat kuat. Did went to the receptionist requested to change our room but he said no rooms available at the moment. Next day baru boleh tukar bilik but turns out tak dapat tukar bilik pun. So we went to Indomaret nearest to buy air freshners since i am pregnant with a toddler and baby. My mom & sister got asthma. 2. We booked for 3 rooms & 1 room got problem with aircond & requested to change room. Yes we got the new room but we requested for an extra comforter. We did aware that theres extra charges of IDR50,000. We okay to pay but they said that theres no extra comforter at the moment. 3. My toddler vommited and we request housekeeping to clean up but they only sent mop to the room and ask us to clean ourselves. Mind you we booked for 3 days 2 nights stayed here. 4. The shower is not functioning well. Kejap panas kejap sejuk. 5. The location of the sink is outside of the toilet and thats should be okay buat the sink is too small & end up basah habis lantai. It would be better if the sink located in the toilet or put a bigger size of sink. Forgot to take picture.

• Apolinar88 (8/5): Breve y agradable estancia en un hotel de precios asequibles en el centro de Yakarta - Lo cierto es que era un hotel bastante económico en la zona central de Yakarta si no me equivoco y fue una alternativa bastante buena para los precios que se ofrecían en la zona. El personal del hotel fue en todo momento atento y simpático y la habitación, pese a que no era muy grande, era bastante cómoda y estaba limpia. Lo único que no me gustó del hotel era que las paredes de la habitación o el sistema de aislamiento no funcionó muy bien. Durante mi estancia, había una obra que se estaba llevando a cabo cerca y por la mañana me despertaron los ruidos ya que se podía escuchar todo.

• Micah (10/5): Hip and value for money - The place felt like a modern hostel vibe especially the lounge and common areas yet it was a full fledge hotel. The staff were very good and fantastic. I loved the lounge and restaurant area. Breakfast was also great overall. Location wise its near the Central Business District yet not right smack on the main road so its nice and quiet with many great places which is walkable to eat around the area The wash basin or sink was a little bit too small for my fancy.

Hotel není velký ani hlučný. Jidlo v restauraci nebylo moc dobre. Několik jídel z nabídky neměli k dispozici. Hotel je sice blíže centru, ale v bezprostředním okolí neni nic zajímavého, žádná restaurace či tak neco. Obchodní centrum par minut taxi.

• Hanna (10/5): I had a very pleasant stayed at Luxeur Hotel Setiabudi Jakarta and it was exceeded my expectation. - I would like to express my huge thanks to Chef Sofian and the kitchen team for preparing such an authentic Indonesian dishes I had really missed those flavors for instance (Soto mie, Indomie corner, Bubur section, Bihun goreng and traditional herbal drinks) everything was so delicious! If I may share a small thought in mind, it would be nice to have a bit more space in the bathroom to place toiletries, as it felt a little limited. Moreover, some areas of the room, such as the wall paint, it could use a bit of maintenance just to keep the room’s well maintain appearance at its best.

Stazione della metro abbastanza vicina per chi vuole spostarsi in altre zone della città evitando il traffico caotico di Jakarta. Colazione molto buona e con una discreta varietà di pietanze. Staff gentile e disponibile L'unica nota negativa è dovuta al fatto che la notte dagli scarichi di doccia e lavello risaliva un cattivo odore di fogna che era veramente insopportabile. La prima notte ci ha addirittura svegliati. La seconda notte è andata meglio perché ho preventivamente otturato gli scarichi bloccando la maggior parte della puzza

• Marco (10/5): FABULOUS BREAKFAST, CLEAN ROOM, SUPER FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF - I booked a 5-night stay at this hotel for my parents during the riots in Jakarta between the end of August and the beginning of September. Despite the situation, my parents felt completely safe throughout their stay. They were even able to walk around the neighborhood to get lunch or dinner and pick up essentials. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. When they saw that my parents had brought fruit from the local market, they offered to peel and cut it, then brought it to their room with cutlery—such a thoughtful gesture! The breakfast was FABULOUS—far better than what you'd find in many European hotels, even those charging much higher rates. One morning, my parents had to leave early and missed breakfast. When they returned around 10 AM, the chef still offered them a meal and personally cooked it according to their dietary needs. The room was spotless and without any issues. For the price, this hotel far exceeded expectations. I highly recommend it and will definitely book it again for my parents in the future. Many thanks to the staff for taking such great care of them! • Aline (10/5): Great place - Beautiful place near (by car) from malls and business centre. We loved this place, they offer a social area where you can have some drinks and chill by the pool table. The room was very comfy and the shower was soooo good, very good pressure and hot water. Breakfast was also great. Very clean room and lovely staff. Nothing bad.

The breakfast buffet included a wide selection of tasty food. The corridors can be extremely noisy since they echo really loud. The sink was too small and it's in the room, so I hated the mess it could cause. It was uncomfortable for me to even wash my face.
