Guest Reviews
- Michaela (2/5): -
- JULIE (10/5): Comfortable and in a convenient location - Clean and tidy Nothing
- Jean (8/5): Lovely - Comfortable and clean A little pricey
- Rosie (9/5): - Enjoyed our stay unfortunately we didn't get the same apartment as in the photos? The bedroom was near enough the same but the living room/kitchen area was very different. Still very nice but would have preferred the one i assumed i had booked. Everything was clean and tidy and the bedroom was lovely and bed very comfy. The shower was amazing although could do with painting windowsill and the mirror fell over if you touched it. Perfect location near to bars, shops takeaways etc . It was a Saturday night and due to location it was very noisy between 10pm and 3am also next to the University so loads of students! Could do with a new living room carpet as large stain and big iron burn.
- Karen (10/5): So good for accessing the University of Sheffield. - It was nicely appointed and clean and comfortable. I really appreciated that it was warmly heated on such a cold day. All the communication was answered promptly. The directions for access where excellent. It was perfectly placed for inexpensive dining and accessing the graduation ceremony at Sheffield University Octagon. There was a slight problem with using the tv but it was resolved.
- Ben (8/5): Location is great if that a priority otherwise an equally luxurious stay can be had in a Prem-Inn - Very spacious, nicely decorated, located perfectly for the Octagon centre. Parking directly behind building was great too. Very cold when we walked in(heating was off)heating then took a while to heat up. And boiler is extremely loud, we could even hear walking up Brunswick Road, a loud rumbling exhaust sound from the flue.
No milk with the tea/coffee condiments so couldn’t have a drink to warm up either.
A few dirty marks on the walls in the bedroom and bathroom, nothing major but attention to detail when apartments are branded as luxury. No shower gel/soap. Stayed in other places for similar price/comfort rating and had more compliments. Just a few biscuits, welcome note, milk sachets etc..lastly the neighbours smoking weed down below, we could smell it in the halls and in the room.
- Mark (5/5): We would most definitely stay again but I think we would need yo know the bed had been replaced. - Fantastic location near city centre and University of Sheffield. Having a parking space in such a location a great bonus. Pleasantly decorated and fairly clean. The big deal was the bed which was way past it's best. Quite important when it comes to sleeping accommodation. There wasn't a tea towel to dry up in the kitchen, we looked everywhere.we were only there one night so not the end of the world. Some cooking oil had spilled and was remaining on the worktop on arrival.
