• Ferdhousi (1/5): Definitely do NOT book - Nothing Review Firstly, this place cat fished us. The place was above a barber shop. It was difficult to find parking. The notes on booking.com says there’s a reception, which in reality it does not. One room had mould and it was absolutely filthy and seemed like it had not been cleaned. The other room was definitely not hoovered, matress was disgusting, and the bed it self had many various stains. The condition of the rooms were definitely not okay. The en-suite bathroom had pee all in the back of the seat. It had stickers to say hygiene but it definitely was not cleaned. The toilet roll had brown stuff all around unknown if this was rust or poo. Overall not happy with this stay. As we have been drinking we were unable to go anywhere else.

• Drew (1/5): Awful. This property should be taken off the site. - The overall state and facilities. The smell of damp and mould and how the barbers could walk straight in even if the front door was locked. We are still waiting for our deposit to be returned.
• Okoro (4/5): The apartment was very very cold. We tried the heating and radiators but wasn't working properly. - Nothing. I kept ringing for directions and access. Rang several times before call was answered.
• Chloe (1/5): Bad - Never got to the property as the host asked for a £100 deposit to be sent to his private bank account even though this wasn’t listed and asked us to meet at a post office which we went to however he never turned up.

• Tamás (1/5): Absolutely terrible, do not book here. - It was not far from the shopping centers. That's all about it. Last minute change of accommodation due to "renovations", the flat was stupidly cold, and basic amenities like LIGHTBULBS were missing, one window was broken, not suitable - especially in the winter- for any time of the year.
• Andrew (3/5): Poor. - Parking was right outside. First of all, we couldn't stay in the actual flat for some reason and were given a second flat down the road to use. Many things there were broken, including a smashed-in light switch and a broken lamp that was plugged in and turned on. Cleanliness was OK but some of the broken things were dangerous. Also, the curtains don't fit the windows, so the streetlights fill the rooms with light and some of the flooring joins are broken and sharp. They wanted £100 security deposit which they promised to return in 24 hours but kept for 72.

• James (8/5): It was a generally good stay - My wife loved the TV and the big room was good. The stairs were a little narrow and steep.
• Man (1/5): Nosiy and feel not secured - can watch YouTube and Netflix on TV It’s located above a barber shop and the people there kept making noise even after 11pm and throughout the mid night. The barber shop has a side door which can access to the property but not all bedrooms can be locked. That’s incredible fear of safety problem! The room radiator is broken and there were some clothes left in the washer.

• Hank (3/5): Awful. regrets as soon as we arrived. - I liked the lighting in the room, and the taps in the bathroom. It's a good location for the City centre I was given the keys by the hairdresser in the shop below the property, he asked me for a £100 deposit which I refused to give him. Was then told, it says it's written in the contract on booking.com, which I knew it wasn't. No sign of the owner but did get a quick call off of him to check if everything was alright. Thin curtains with a street light outside, kept me awake at night. The pillows were wafer thin. I could write more but won't.
