• Valentina (10/5): - Nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállással! Tiszta, igényes és kényelmes volt minden. A szállásadó kedves és segítőkész volt. A bejutás kicsit nehéz volt, viszont kaptunk segítséget.

• Margita (1/5): - Apartmán absolútne nezodpovedá fotkám – ide o klamlivú ponuku. Gauč bol špinavý, fľakatý a zapáchal, podlaha plná vlasov a špiny. Chladnička smrdela, kúpeľňa bola v katastrofálnom stave – vaňa nepoužiteľná, všade mapy od vody a špina. TV nefungovala, posteľná bielizeň bola špinavá a zapáchala. Po príchode tam boli vyvesené veci po predchádzajúcich hosťoch, čo je úplne nehygienické. Parkovanie v podzemnej garáži je chaos – žiadne značenie a nedá sa dostať priamo do apartmánu. Veľké sklamanie a čistý podvod – v žiadnom prípade neodporúčam! Majiteľa aj apartmán som nahlásila na Booking.

• Tereza (5/5): - Byt nebyl prilis uklizeny (prach, drobky, fleky na svetle sedacce), nemohli jsme se dostat do garaze za ucelem parkovani (nefunkcni ovladac) a kdyz jsme se obratili na prislusne telefonni cislo, ukazalo se, ze pani to konkretni misto tak uplne nezna. Mimochodem, nefungovalo to ani ostatnim ubytovanym. Jinak byl pobyt bez problemu, byt novy a pekne vkusne vybaveny.

• Oksana (6/5): - Апартаменти в новобудові, зручна локація, супермаркет на першому поверсі що дуже зручно... Постільна білизна чиста.. Тепло... На цьому позитив закінчується.. Знайти локацію легко , а от потрапити в будинок було нелегко .. Через додаток вхідні двері невідкривались , а допомога від персоналу надана небула...у відповідь було почуто ,,почекайте поки Вас впустять сусіди,, .. ніхто не поцікавився чи змогла потрапити до будинку,.. Диван дуже брудний, пропилососено небуло всюди волосся... Диван не розкладається тому незрозуміло як можна приймати бронювання на 2 дорослих та 2 дітей...

• Dmitrii (4/5): - The location and layout of the apartment are very good. The bed is comfortable and the design is nice. There is a balcony with a beautiful view. There is also a parking space in the underground parking lot. 1. There are already reviews about the dirty sofa. But the management company that rents out these apartments is not responding. The sofa is very, very dirty. It's a nightmare. 2. There is already a review here about the fact that you can't get into the building's entrance because the building's door doesn't open through the app. And the management company that rents out these apartments hasn't done anything about it for months. When you check in, you have to stand outside and wait for someone to come out of the building. If you arrive at night, you'll have a problem. 3. Very, very dirty. In addition to the dirty sofa, there is dirt on the floor, in the kitchen, and the coffee machine is covered in grease. The windows are dirty, but they offer a nice view. 4. And of course, the old, musty-smelling towels. They're no longer white. They're a dirty gray. And yes, when I arrived, the clothes dryer was completely filled with wet bedsheets that would never dry, and they were in the room. I had to spend a lot of time hanging them around the apartment to dry. And my hands smelled terrible, like a musty odor. 5. 5. There is no desk like in the photo. And the TV is not like in the photo, but small and old. P.S. In my opinion, if you are renting out apartments - dozens of apartments - set up a separate laundry service. And bring the clean laundry to the apartments.

• Tomasz (8/5): - Na plus parking i lokalizacja jak również udogodnienia. Apartament śliczny i pomimo kilku minusów jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu :) Sporym minusem jest TV ,na którym nie dało się otworzyć np netflixa . Myślałem ,że w takich apartamentach to podstawa ,wspomnę tylko ,że nic się nie dało za bardzo oglądnąć... Kanapa w salonie bardzo wygodna ale strasznie poplamiona ,myślę że sporadycznie nie dużym kosztem dało by się ją wyprać. Brama wjazdowa nie chciała się otworzyć ,musieliśmy wjechać wyjazdową
• Viktoriia (10/5): - Помешкання має зручне розміщення. Самі апартаменти були чисті, було охайно та затишно. Великим плюсом є наявність паркінгу та балкону з чудовим краєвидом.
• Natalia (6/5): - The flat is quite new and looks nice. The curtains in bedroom do not provide enough shade. The air condition advertised here, doesn't exist. TV is not connected to any cable. The flat is on the 9th floor above a railway station, the noise is very strong. At arrival, the app for the front door was not functioning , had to wait up for some neighbours to open it.

• Jana (7/5): Nice stay - The flat is freshly new and very nice designed. However, I missed few essential accessories, e.g. shoemaker, kitchen towel, shower curtain/glass and maybe a bottle of water as a welcome „gift“. Otherwise, it’s a nice place at a great location.
• Lewis (10/5): Would recommend to stay here - Spacious, balcony with a view, great facilities and location. Needs a curtain over the door in the bedroom.
