• Rachel (8/5): - Excellent location - very close to station and perfect for Wembley. Able to use both National Rail and Central Line. Apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Little noise and a good base for visiting London. Good value for money for a two night stay in London. Communal area of apartment needed some looking after but didn't affect the stay.
• Jon (1/5): Very disappointing, wrong pictures, dirty, and no sofa-bed as advertised!! - Location was good for what we wanted, direct travel to Wembley. How this property has a rating of 8.8 is a mystery, the pictures of the kitchen are not of the kitchen in the apartment! The entranceway is very dirty and smelt. The property was not very clean at all, the bed was fairly comfy but made lots of noise every time we moved, the spare pillows were badly stained. Tiles are falling of the wall of the kitchen, this affects one of the sockets, the fridge was not very clean, there are not enough mugs, glasses etc for a party of 4, there was a half used loaf of bread in the cupboard. The frying pan is scratched and I would not like to use it. The rear windows of the property are all cracked. The bedrooms are very basic, no bedside lights so all you have is the main light. Quite a few of the walls have damaged parts that have been badly repaired. There is no sofa bed as advertised in the description, this resulted in one of our party having to sleep on a sofa, we asked for bedding for the sofa-bed but were advised on the day before we arrived that it wasn't a sofa bed and no bedding was available, I'm glad we were advised of this as it enabled us to take our own bedding as it was too late to cancel and find somewhere else! Overall it was very disappointing!! I would not recommend booking this place!

• Samoon (10/5): Exceptional - Very tidy and clean apartment. Well equipped for cooking and cleaning etc. Friendly and fast communication with the owner. There is a parking restriction in the street, but the owner sorted the problem really quickly . It's a few minutes' walk to the tube station . We had a fantastic holiday out in London. Bit confusing to find the property. It's on the 1st floor and needs signs (door no) on the door.
