• Melanie (2/5): Avoid- untrustworthy and pictures do not match apartment - The inside of the property is nicely decorated with lots of potential Almost everything but especially the owner. We arrived around 16.30 having received no clear instructions how to get into the apartment. Construction appears to be happening on the building so it looked quite dodgy and abandoned from the outside. After calling the number the owner/ manager came, went inside and realized it wasn’t cleaned after the previous guests so asked us to leave for about an hour so he could clean it. We were allowed to leave our bags but felt extremely surprised and inconvenienced by this as we had spent all day hiking in wet weather so really was the last thing we felt like doing. Then when we arrived back, the owner had already left and we were only left with a message with the code and nothing else. We were then more surprised to find out that the apartment inside is not the same one as in the photos and there is no washing machine. When we messaged the owner about this as the washing machine was one of the main reasons for booking this place we were met with radio silence. Furthermore the smart tv didn’t work because of no internet. Overall we felt scammed and lied to and feel it is extremely dishonest to falsely advertise with photos of a different place online.
• Emin (4/5): Einfach nicht zufriedenstellend - Enttäuscht von Booking.com, dass so eine Wohnung drin ist Fernseher funktionierte nicht Gastgeber war wenig hilfsbereit und Antwort erst nach zig Stunden Duschwasser-Temperatur war kaum regulierbar Sehr laut wenn Zug fährt
• Edeltraud (10/5): - Sehr hübsch und sauber. Wir haben uns gut erholt. Das Appartement liegt im Erdgeschoss, Parkplatz in der Nähe.Zum Entladen konnten wir direkt vor der Tür halten. Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Es ist sogar eine Waschmaschine da. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal dort hin. In der Umgebung haben wir sehr gut gegessen. Nichts 🥰
• Carla Maria (10/5): - Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, ist sehr sauber und ist wirklich ideal für einen Aufenthalt in Koblenz. Der Host war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und es hat immer alles gut geklappt.
