We had a nice stay , - I liked the size of the room and the location , it was near to the popular panfilow-Park and Zankow cathedral. It is good from the price , you could rent the accomodation as a a group , it has enough space. I couldn’t complain about.

- Liudmila (7/5): В целом нормально, но цена завышена - Удобный заезд в любое время суток , вход по коду. Квартира 3х комнатная, просторная, 3 спальни, маленькая кухня. Есть стиральная машина, сушилка на балконе, утюг. Кондиционер, что удобно Расположение хорошее, близко к центральному парку. Рядом супермаркет Магнум, множество кафе. Квартира расположена в доме старой постройки - отсюда минусы проживания - очень сильная слышимость. Если ночью сверху бегают дети , как будто у вас в комнате. Грязный подъезд, неприятно было . Выдаются только 1 большое полотенце на человека , я попросила маленькие для лица. Было сказано , что это не проблема, пользуйтесь большими. В целом нормально, но цена завышена я считаю.
- MEIJUAN (6/5): - 总的来说还算可以 房屋装修清爽 我们到的时候很不巧停电了 网络也用不了 房东之前给的密码打不开 等了半个多小时他来了 英语沟通不了 停电没网络手机翻译软件也不能用 房东催着我们付钱 很凶的对着我们大吼Money！Money！我和朋友都是女生，从来没遇到这种情况，真的吓到我们了！好在后来房东妻子来了，英语沟通顺畅，解释说他们急着回家照顾小孩子，也不是不能理解，我们还是决定住下。整体还行，但洗衣机很脏，洗衣机门上的胶条发霉了，希望能清除干净。还有就是今天收到订房信息更改，价格变成4000坚戈了，不知道为什么，我们付了76000坚戈的现金给房东。

- Seeta Rama Raju (9/5): Had an excellent stay here as the location is quite near to many tourist places like Green Bazar and Chocolate Factory a - Nice Appartment with all the required like A.C, Washing Machine, Micro wave and good kitchen and all required cutlery along with Refrigerator. There is also an ironing machine with stand and clothes rack for drying. Beds are comfortable but they sag a bit. It was said 3 Rooms but there are only 2 rooms and 1 hall with a bed in it. There was no A.C in one bedroom With 3 rooms there was provision for only 1 bathroom which is very small.

Near to everything specially the tourist spots like the panfilov park, green bazaar, chocolate factory. At one point the lock was not working and 2 times at very strange hour midnight or past, someone was knocking/opening our door but it’s not the fault of the host.
