• Tamás Burián (10/5): - B&B Follonica is an amazing mini-hotel! It's located close to the beaches of Follonica, some Bagnos providing discounts if You stay at the hotel. The rooms are extremely comfy, well organized and clean to the max. The breakfasts were soooo amazing, there's a big variety of sweet and savory items, if You want e.g. fried eggs, they just prepare it for You. There's water and coffee is at your disposal during the day, You can enjoy it in the well kept garden of the hotel. The owner and the whole staff made us feel like home during our stay. We'd definitely go back and I do recommend to stay in B&B Follonica, if You visit this town.

Everything was great from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The whole place was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable immediately. The owner truly does everything to make sure guests feel comfortable and welcome. He is extremely helpful, caring, and goes above and beyond for his guests at all times. The location is perfect — the beach is practically right in front of the door, and the city is also just a short walk away. It was the ideal combination of relaxation and convenience. I can highly recommend this place and would definitely come back again anytime. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

• Francesca (10/5): Weekend a Follonica - In posizione centrale con la possibilità di avere il parcheggio privato, il b&b ha stanze accoglienti con un buon gusto per gli arredi e i colori, e un bagno grande dotato di tutto l'occorrente. Tutta la struttura si presenta pulita e curata nei dettagli anche negli spazi esterni. La struttura è eco friendly e dà la possibilità ai clienti di potersi rifornire di acqua sia liscia che frizzante in qualsiasi momento. Il personale è presente, gentile e attento alle necessità dei clienti. Assolutamente consigliato!

Hotel posiada patio z leżakami, można również skorzystać z jacuzzi oraz sauny. Bardzo polecam to miejsce w Follonice. Nie było takiej rzeczy

Gli interni di pregio le camere comode e ben arredate i bagni grandi e ben rifiniti, la strutta oltre a offrirti un welcome frigo bar ti dà la possibilità di avere acqua fresca sia liscia che gassata totalmente free dove puoi prenderla direttamente nella sala colazioni…. Colazione ricca con ottimi prodotti…. Che dire soggiorno meraviglioso! Giacomo è carinissimo gentilissimo e premuroso!

Colazione molto abbondante con dolci fatti in casa, brioche, frutta, affettati e formaggi, uova, di tutto…. e massima attenzione a intolleranze sia al glutine che al lattosio. Giacomo è molto gentile e preciso, ci ha consigliato anche dove andare a cena, oltretutto cena squisita!!! Da ritornare!

Alle Fragen die wir hatten wurden beantwortet, wir wollten auf die Insel Elba fahren und uns wurde sofort geholfen, wo die Fähre ablegt, was sollen wir besichtigen, lieber Strand lieber Dorf der Insel, welche Haltestelle mit der Fähre wäre die beste. Es war sehr nett.

Alles modern und schön, weiche und dicke Badtücher, Minibar kostenlos, ein Thermosfläschchen als Geschenk! Safe und alle Badzimmerutensilien mit einer Badtuchheizung! Bei der Reception 24h Mineralwasser vorhanden, Kaffee und Tee den ganzen Tag in der Kantine, sehr gutes Frühstück, auf Wunsch mit Ei-Variationen. Besonderen Dank an das Personal sowie das BnB-Besitzer!!! Das Bnb bietet auch 5-10% Rabatt in ca 20 rundum gelegenen Restaurants! Das Meer und die Promenade befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe - ca 2-3 Minuten zu Fuss! Ich bin heikel, was Sauberkeit und Service angeht, verstehe oft nicht, dass Leute von irgendeinem "Loch" begeistert sind und sehr gute Bewertungen hinterlassen. Dieses BnB ist besser, als viele 4* Hotels in Europa, das ist unsere Meinung! Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Nichts zu bemängeln
• GMS (10/5): Familiär, nahe zum Meer, mit sicherem Parkplatz - Das B&B wurde mit viel Herzblut renoviert und geführt. Wir wurden erwartet und gleich auf den gebuchten Parkplatz hinter dem geschlossenen Tor geleitet. Die Fussdistanz zum Meer ist super, aber aufgrund des heftigen Windes war es zu kalt zum Schwimmen. Unbedingt Mückenspray mitnehmen, den im lauschigen Garten, wo man tagsüber kostenlos Kaffee und Wasser trinken kann, gibt es kleine Stechmücken. Es gibt einen Lift bis ins Dachzimmer. Die Dachschrägen sind für Menschen mit 180 cm kein Problem. Die kleinen Balkone haben zwar keinen Ausblick, aber man kann zum Sternenhimmel gucken. Das Doppelbett ist ca 150-160 cm. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

• Senta (10/5): Wundervolles Hotel mit Herz und viel Charme! - Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten Hotel, das in einer ehemaligen Villa untergebracht ist. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, absolut sauber und strahlt eine warme, einladende Atmosphäre aus. Besonders angenehm war, dass man sich jederzeit frischen Kaffee oder kühles Wasser nehmen konnte – ein kleiner, aber sehr geschätzter Service. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer, das für uns als vierköpfige Familie vollkommen ausreichend war. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und boten genug Platz. Auch das Bad war groß, sauber und modern gestaltet. Die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert – gerade an warmen Tagen ein großer Pluspunkt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ein großes Highlight ist Giacomo, der Besitzer und Manager. Er ist unglaublich freundlich, jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar und gibt fantastische Tipps – sei es für Ausflüge, gute Restaurants am Abend oder Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Sehr praktisch sind auch die hoteleigenen Fahrräder, die man kostenlos nutzen kann. Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist die Parksituation: Abends muss man manchmal etwas länger nach einem Platz suchen. Aber letztlich haben wir immer einen gefunden, sodass es nie wirklich ein Problem war. Besonders genossen haben wir nach einem Strandtag den wunderschönen Innenhof der Villa, wo man im Schatten herrlich entspannen kann. Insgesamt ein großartiges Hotel, das wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 🌸

• Britta (10/5): Komfortables B&B in sehr guter Lage mit zuvorkommendem Personal! Sehr empfehlenswert! - Das Frühstück war sehr ausreichend, für jeden etwas dabei. Sogar glutenfreie und vegane Speisen wurden angeboten. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend und höflich. Bereits beim Check-Inn wurde mir alles genau erklärt, mir Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge empfohlen! Ich habe mich gleich rundum wohl gefühlt. Auch die Einrichtung des Zimmers war sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, schnell zu Fuß an den Strand und zur Innenstadt mit den Geschäften, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind durch die Lage in der Innenstadt etwas rar. Es gibt zwar reservierbare Parkplätze direkt am Hotel, die aber in der Hauptsaison schnell besetzt sind.

• Matthew (9/5): Follonica B&B is better than most hotels - The bedroom was small but functional, and the bathroom was very practical. The outdoor terrace breakfast area was excellent, as was the breakfast and the free unlimited drinking water. My wife broke her ankle two days before we arrived, and on arrival at 5.30pm, Giacomo the manager was able to find us a wheelchair to rent for just 4 Euros a day. I collected it that evening, purchased it the following day and its still with us in England. Fantastic service, nothing it seemed was too much trouble. This allowed us to visit several very good fish restaurants nearby that were recommended to us by Giacomo. If anything, we would have liked the double bed to be a little larger.
• Katja (10/5): Best B&B I’ve experienced in a long time. - Everything was well thought out, down to the last detail. Extremely comfortable stay. The only thing I’d suggest changing is the very lengthy check-in process. I understand the desire to explain every aspect of the amenities, especially since so much work has been put into them, but I wouldn’t recommend withholding the key to the room from exhausted travelers for over 20 minutes in order to do so. Usually guests can figure things out themselves. And if not, they’ll ask. :)
• Martin (10/5): the best B&B far and wide - As a seasoned traveler, I can confidently say that B&B Follonica exceeded my expectations. It’s a modest, newly renovated, and cozy place, with great attention to detail – from cleanliness to genuinely warm and helpful staff. Special thanks to Giacomo, the manager/owner who was incredibly helpful from the start. He clearly explained everything and remained available throughout our stay – offering advice, directions, and excellent restaurant recommendations. We opted for covered, gated parking on-site, which was €15 per day. There is also street parking nearby, which is slightly cheaper, but we preferred the secure, in-property option behind the gate – much more convenient and worry-free. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well equipped – with a fridge, safe, and a beautiful, large bathroom. They felt bright, comfortable, and inviting. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with scrambled eggs or omelets made to order. Breakfast is served in the hotel’s open garden, which adds a fresh and relaxed touch to the mornings – a truly pleasant experience. The private wellness and sauna (available for €30/hour) was a welcome bonus and a great way to unwind. The location is ideal – close to both the beach and city center, as well as to great local restaurants. Giacomo is happy to recommend places based on your preferences. Also worth mentioning is the 24-hour self-serve bar, where you can refill still or sparkling water into reusable bottles – a thoughtful and eco-friendly feature that reflects the hotel’s sustainable mindset. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay at B&B Follonica and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Giacomo is a perfect host who takes care of all his guests' needs and creates a warm, family-like atmosphere. The location of the B&B is ideal - situated right in the heart of Follonica, all important shops, restaurants, and the beach are within walking distance. Despite the central location, even the ground floor rooms were surprisingly quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We were completely satisfied with our stay and would book this B&B again anytime. • Matt (9/5): A perfect B&B option with everything you need and easy access to the best Follonica has to offer. - Beautifully finished, maintained and serviced and in a perfect location just a stones throw (literally) from the beach and all the beachfront bars and restaurants. Giacomo and his team were wonderful and welcoming and could not do enough to help us have an enjoyable stay. The rooms were well appointed, spotlessly clean and perfect for a weeklong stay. Follonica is on the main rail links to both Pisa and Rome so is easily accessible even without a car. There were more wonderful bars and restaurants within short walking distance than you would ever need and yet, although you were so close to the beach and central areas, you were not disturbed once inside the B&B. So many lovely little touches that made it an extra special experience and if we come back to the area again, we wouldn’t hesitate to book. Nothing at all.

• Kai (10/5): A perfect stay! - B&B Follonica is a true gem. Giacomo runs this place with so much love, dedication and passion that you instantly feel like home. He really makes you feel welcome and special! The location couldn’t be any better. Super central, just round the corner from the beach, loads of restaurants and bars super close by but still quiet. The lovely breakfast is served in the beautiful garden, and there’s water, coffee and some snacks available all day. Giacomo arranged a sunset boat trip for us, which was absolutely amazing! He always had an open ear and great recommendations for everything we asked. We were even able to charge our electric car at the B&B! If you’re looking for a place to stay in the area, don’t look any further! Nothing. It was just perfect!
