• Henry Hui (1/5): Horrible experience - Nothing We were not provided an address but a google location, very hard to find. The Google Maps showed we were there but had no idea where the property was. With the help from an owner of a local resident, we were able to get in touch with the property. We were told surprisingly that we had to move to another location due to some problems with the property we booked. We told the property that we needed to get refunded they agreed and asked us to cancel in order to get refunded instantly. It was not our fault so I didn't agree to cancel and asked them to refund. They also lied to us claiming that they have noticed us that the property we booked which was totally a lie. Horrible experience!

Palazzo poco chiassoso nonostante abbia diversi appartamenti. Bagno e balcone molto piccoli. Appartamento prenotato per 6 persone, ma comodi si sta in 4 (il divano letto non è letto) Alcune cose rotte nell'appartamento. Pulizia approssimativa. Un solo armadio piccolo e privo di appendiabiti

• Solabomi (1/5): Bad experience, felt unsafe with my kids. Cancellation request not granted. Building is a scam - I am displeased as the the attention level on my request for refund on this property. After our first night, we realised the location was not a particularly safe one and the host were not helpful but only interested in tourist tax. COmmunication was a challenge and the building had no security or anyone to attend to. We requested for a cancellation as we only spent 1 night. The host says he cant cancel that it has to come from Booking.com. I did the request on the app and sent several emails. No action has been taken since then. I placed a call last week, the robot was unable to help and the call center agent who picked up decieved me by saying he didnt see my information and was going to call me bac. I never got a call back nor did I get any email. Right now I have been charged for a service I didnt utilise or enjoy, no body is reprimanding the host to address the concerns I raised. My cancellation request was not granted and booking .com is not in any way helpful. I require a response and a REFUND!

• Sunny (6/5): - It's a nice little apartment (in the picture it looks bigger than it is) The location is tricky, it took us very long to find where it was and although we had let them know what time we would be there, they came about 30 min after.

• Abdelhakim (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very nice and the apartment was very clean and comfortable, the beds smelled nice and I slept very well. The guy arrived quickly even when I booked at the last minute.

• Stephen (7/5): Good - A little tricky to find but Ibraham was able to meet us and show us to the apartment. Everything in the flat that we need, towels and soap.

• Bernard (9/5): Superb - Good communication with Brahim. The doorman was polite and helpful. Good security. Great location to the tramways, busses, trains, and shopping. The apartment is very comfortable and clean.. Good kitchen facilities. Bed, pillows and covers very good. As mentioned to Brahim, some minor improvements would be providing the basics like salt, pepper and dish soap. We prefer to travel with our own soap and shampoo, so for other guests, that may be important.
