Heung (5/5): Decent price and spacious, but cleanliness and customer service not up to standard. - The apartment was big. Check-in and out was simple and easy; instructions were very clear and given in a timely manner. Price was decent for the size. Customer service very responsive and replies quickly on WhatsApp. I left my AirPods behind and they managed to find it! The apartment wasn’t cleaned thoroughly and it was not like shown in the pictures. The 3 bedroom apartment did not have animal designs on the walls, or any colour walls. Just plain white walls throughout. There were chocolate and children’s books under the sofa. One toilet’s bidet was leaking so it was constantly flooded. We simply had to turn it off and the floor dried a lot overnight but was still not completely dry. All the cleaners had to do was turn the bidet off and use a squeegee to clear the water, the floor would have dried. However, reading the reviews from months ago, it is obvious that the property has done nothing to fix it - just a simple replacement of the bidet would have worked. There were ants in one toilet and dead insects in the other. Toilet seat had some black substance on it that was easily cleaned away with my hand, shows that they did not even wipe it down. Some of the pillow cases were yellow and smelled. There were 2 extra foldable small/cot mattresses but very dirty and no extra bedsheets were given even upon request, although it was stated that we can pay more for extra cot. Customer service is passable, they were prompt in WhatsApp messages but their only aim seems to be telling the customer what to do and not initially to listen to the customer’s questions and respond accordingly. I had to repeatedly ask about early check in (it is stated that we can pay for that) and they only replied after I asked a few times throughout the day. That’s even though they were continuously telling me to transfer the deposit throughout. They do not seem to check chat history as well or make a record of anything in their side as I was told to provide my passport/identification card details although I have already provided them and they have confirmed it. I was also reminded to check out 30 mins before check out time although I have already checked out more than an hour ago and they have confirmed it.
Noorzila (8/5): It was good value for money. - We love the fact that we can get free parking for 4 cars at the basement parking. 1. We were only provided with 1 access card even though we were a group of 9 people. It was so hard to get in or out the unit separately. Maybe you can consider giving at least 2 access card for a big group like us. 2. We suggest to those who plan to stay here to get full information about the building because we were lost several times before get to the right building 😅😅.

Pamela (1/5): DO NOT BOOK!! - The location between here and Legoland is really close. Grab services are fast, I guess due to the lack of traffic. The surroundings looks very developed and clean. Ease of traffic. Quiet neighbourhood. Zero traffic congestion. Here's the list. 1) Lack of convenient marts nearby. Have to drive out more than I expected to grab household essentials. Tip: Please stock up more than usual to save unnecessary trips to the marts. 2) Apartment IS POORLY MAINTAINED. - There's no mirrors in the apartment (None in the bedrooms... none in the bathrooms) I stayed in. 🤦‍♀️Ladies had to use their compact powder mirrors to get dressed. 🤣🤣 3) The furnitures are so old and overused till there's no cushioning left on the dining table chairs, sofas and the bed in the 2nd room. ( I took a 3 bedroom apartment btw) - Cushions on ALL THE DINING CHAIRS are Non-EXISTENT. BELIEVE me when I say you'd only be sitting on the wooden frame of the chair that is seemingly covered by the chair cover. - The 3 seater sofa cushioning were gone too. ( Wasn't surprised) You could literally feel the spring on the sofas when you sit. Ouch! - The flush does not work in the common bathroom. You have to lift the lid of the cistern to flush and replace it after. - The fan doesn't come with a remote. At least when we checked in. It's on speed 1 only. Not adjustable cos there wasn't remote! Aircon doesn't work well. It's not very cold. - The bed in the 2nd room is sunken in. Certain parts of the bed is so old that you can feel the spring poking through. Needless to say, we didn't have a good rest because of the poor quality of the bed. - Housekeeping was horrible. Superbly stained curtains decorate this horrible apartment. I'm not talking about 1 part of the curtains. There's black and brown strains all over the curtains in all the rooms. It was disgusting to even touch. - Rooms were dusty. There were even stains on the bedsheets. Really really disgusting. - No microwave provided in this apartment - No WiFi provided - Last but not least..... THE SERVICE BY THE MANAGEMENT STAFF IS APALLING, UNHELPFUL AND NONEXISTENT.

Nurul (5/5): its a very good house since its very big, nice and spacious with nice view. facilities also ok. have iron, iron board an - i like the house because its spacious,big and the pool and gym facilities nice and available until 10pm somemore.UHA management also very fast response when we are asking on anything. the parking could be quite confusing as we din know where we could park initially that is nearer to the house since all the lift entrance din indicate its for which block. the house is not so clean so we have to do clean up ourselves for our baby to crawl on the floor. the sofa is very old, dirty under the cushion with leftover food and not really comfy to sit on. the dustbin, tissue (toilet roll only given) is very small and not suitable for long stay and big family. we need to buy outside ourselves. the toilet also a bit smelly and dirty so we also clean ourselves since its for our kids to use also.

Edlyn (5/5): wouldn’t stay here again. - safe. the bedrooms were clean. carpark was poorly planned and ramps were too sharp and uncomfortable to drive. Signage was poor; we could not tell which block was block A or B in the basement areas. we went up and down both blocks to look for the apartment. the toilets were also not clean, and there were 2 shower heads in 1 toilet for 2 purposes, and it was not ergonomic for showering. aircon was very noisy such that it prevented us from falling asleep. also, suggestion to please provide a few sets of keys for entering the apartment as this accommodation is much larger than usual hence working with 1 key was difficult.
Mun (7/5): It's acceptable but needs more effort to make it good. - Check in and out was easy. Responsive staff over WhatsApp. Inexpensive but there are better options close to Legoland as well. Furniture and toilet fittings showing their age, water trap quite dirty, mold in corner of the room, crockery good for eating with but not cooking. Bring your own toiletries!

The theme was different from what i booked. Collection & returning of key was like 10 mins walk from the apartment. Hard to get a taxi/grab, maybe because during our stay was CNY.

Yuong (7/5): Good - Spacious, suitable for big family. Great location for those visiting legoland malaysia. Clean and comfortable. Great pool, friendly & helpful security guard I have to drive to a nearby management centre to collect the key. This won't be feasible for those who doesn't drive! To check out, many vehicles were cramp at the management office to return the keys. Would be better if the key can be kept at the letter box at the same apartment. Fridge is too small for a family. Please change to a bigger one

Bar (7/5): Good - The location is close to legoland, but do not close to restaurants or convenient shop. If you wish to have light cook yourself, it's hard to get the raw materials. The house is big for enough with fridge, light cook facility and washing machine. The toilets are wet when we check in, guess they just finish wash it. However, they should get it dry. The maintenance in the house is not so well. The bed and sofa are not comfortable. The toilet bowl are leaking.
Emilyleong (7/5): Good - Helpful and honest staffs and cleaners. Keep this up. If the unit can have a long width mirror in the room will be better as we ladies need to dress up. So far only small mirror in bathroom that I can't even see myself because the mirror hang high.
Sk (2/5): Avoid this property at all cost. - Nothing. We was extremely disappointed with my experience at the property. Upon arrival, we was told to collect key from the locker box (located at UHA mangment office) which was empty. We waited for over 20 minutes and was told that the key was left at the property mailbox. However, there was no key in the mailbox too, and had to contact the staff to look for the key and bring it to us, which took us another 30 minutes. The cleanliness of the propery was in a disgusted state. The bathrooms were unclean and absolutely filthy state. To top it off, the bedsheets were horrible with stains. WE would not recommend this property to anyone and will be sure to spread the word about the poor experience.

Else it's advisable to rent car from SOCAR to get around to other locations to get food and shopping. Recommended eateries would be from Puteri Harbour where you could order from Grab app. Swimming pool was not that big 1. Floor is dirty and dusty 2. Mouldy walls plus doors 3. Stained bedsheets & towels, hard mattress. I could feel the spring. Stained cutlery &, pots 4. Broken faucets, broken washer pipe, lots of ants 5. Check-in procedure was given late. Should have been provided 1 day prior to arrival. 6. Fridge was not cold at all 7. Heater was not working. 8. Sofa seemed old and smelly

Husam (10/5): imagine the unit like a family holiday home that none of your family members want. but once u settle in, it’s pretty com - view is really stunning. if medini remains like it is, this unit will continue to have view of Singapore. unit is massive. kids can run inside. entry is easy. park at B1 for direct access to lift and straight to the unit floor. very quiet and calm. facilities are awesome! love the pool. security is friendly and helpful. this is an apartment, not a hotel. so we managed our expectations at the time of booking. but the place is really filthy. bump into a maid who claims she just cleaned the unit, if it’s true, she did a lousy job. we end up going to the mall to buy some cleaning items to clean the unit ourselves. it’s a distance away from medini mall. u will need to drive there. we also brought our vacuum and steam mop. omg! the dust on the carpet! kitchen utensils are limited. if u need anything specific, bring your own. there’s also limited plug points. bring your own extension.
Ahmad (9/5): Worthwhile with the money spend - Rooms are large. Great facilities like swimming pool. very near to Legoland Cleanliness need to improve. Dirty toilet and Dusty floor. The host asked to leave the key on the next day to allow their maintenance to come and clean the house.
