Guest Reviews
- Mg (7/5): Reasonable accommodation - Good location, easy access Was not properly clean, bed was not made up properly, shower/toilet lights very dim.
- Daniella (7/5): Good -
- Williams (7/5): Good - Serenity
- Gemma (4/5): Would not stay again - That it had attached small bathroom Room wasn't clean, bedding wasn't fresh, very noisy
- Browne (8/5): Very good - Room was very nice and neat N/A
- Iliyana (3/5): Nice location and garden, unclean - Nice and easy to self check in, however the bathroom is tiny, bed is sinking and slanted on one side. When you go to the kitchen, it was very dirty, like someone was meant to come clean but laundry was left behind and no one came to clean up the kitchen at all during the stay, who knows when they come to clean. mouldy bread left for who knows how long in the designated cupboard
- Lindsay (1/5): AVOID- filthy, Will never stay there again - Nothing Filthy, bed was low to the floor and I struggled to get up from it. It was lob sided and gave me a painful back.
Mold in shower, mold on window, food stain on wall next to bed. Room 1 right next to the front damper that was slammed regularly so unable to sleep. Damp on the walls. Had to clean the cooker before I could use it. No proper cooking equipment. No baking trays to use in the oven. Had to put my food in the metal pans and put the whole pan in the oven. No oven gloves to get it back out. Had to use my bathroom towel. No tea towel or clean cloths to wipe down the surfaces. A putrid sponge was in the sink with goodness knows what germs breeding on it.
- Nina (1/5): The worst mould I’ve ever seen in my life - Location was okay It was a health hazard. As soon as we opened the front door we could see the entire house was in a state. When we entered our room we immediately saw mould all over the walls that had progressed significantly. I currently am suffering with mould toxicity and had a bad reaction to the mould when I walked in. It is a disgrace to allow anyone to stay there. You couldn’t even pay me to sleep in that room let alone take my money to put my health at significant risk. The host messaged me right before to say that there was a leak in the bathroom and that it would get fixed on Monday. We looked at the leak and it had clearly been there for a long time as it was a dark orange colour. It’s a disgrace that the host is even allowing this room to be slept in and it should be taken down immediately. It’s very clearly not new mould and has been there for a very long time. You could see the damp all over the walls. Disgusting and unethical.
- Nazmul (5/5): Passable -
- Marta (7/5): All as you'd expect from the property/room description, photos and price. Generally a positive stay. - The room (Room 1) was as seen on the photographs, and the property manager was very quick to respond to my initial queries about my arrival. The set up is perhaps more like a hostel than a guesthouse, but the room was spacious and had everything I needed for a four-day stay. Room 1 is ground floor and front-facing with a window to the street, but it was very quiet (though I was there Sunday to Thursday, so perhaps not the busiest time in the week). I had no disturbances other than occasional, minimal noises from other people coming into or out of the house or using their shower/loo facilities; I consider this normal in a shared house. It could do with repainting and covering old stains in the ceiling -from old leaks that have been sorted, from the looks of it-, but I thought it was as you'd expect given the price. The heating worked well. The en suite also had shampoo, conditioner and body gel, which was useful. I also cooked my meals in the kitchen, it was generally well equipped (microwaves, kettles, toasters, pans, utensils, plenty of crockery, etc). Other than the points mentioned above: the space between the bed and the wall could do with more thorough cleaning; if you're light sensitive when sleeping, the corridor light coming through from under the door might be a nuisance (it didn't bother me as I use a sleeping mask); and while the kitchen is generally well equipped (see above) there were no forks, just a couple of spoons, and no tin-opener while I was I was there. But all in all it was a good experience and good value for money.
- Sadikur (10/5): Exceptional - There service is excellent really I stay here 3 time and again I come here Very helpful
- Seyi (4/5): Disappointing - it was too noisy. I was woken up in the middle of the night with people coming in and out and being noisy. The room is moldy. The room I was given. I would have preferred a more silent area and cleaner room.
- Alison (7/5): Good value - Convenience and price are great. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen facilities were good. The room looked a little tired and could do with a lick of paint.
- Harem (5/5): Passable -
- Leonidas (4/5): The room smelled bad upon entering, the room was not clean at all (hair, stains, etc). Good location - the location and the staffs response time room was not clean AT ALL, it had hair, stains and stank
- Joepeter (1/5): Room 1 is a smelly room, shit smell & piss smell! - T.V. Room 1 Toilet exhaust fan was not working that is why all the smell from other toilet in the other rooms goes through my room. Please fix the toilets exhaust fan in room 1!

- Jonie (1/5): Bad - Toilet seat broken

- Laura (7/5): Good - The location The cleaning
- Susannah (1/5): Discusting - I didnt like anythink the area was fine not happy with the place at all Where do I start
The shower way to small, u couldn't turn round it and had difficulty bending down to pick my shower
Gel up, the room wasn't cleaned properly, they was stains on the ceiling, the windows was dirty. kitchen well where do I start..... it was a mess 😳 the oven was disgusting every spot the kitchen was dirty cutlery , the cupboards, the sink had rice in it. The floor was dirty they wasn't a part in this house where I went was clean apart form the white towels that people used. I wouldn't recommend staying here I had to clean the shower and toilet and sink myself and also the tray that u put food on, the cutlery was dirty, everything I used I washed myself because I didn't feel comfortable using anything with out myself washing it.
The garden wasn't up to stands either they was a dirty saucepan out side that had food in full with water the pots and pans in the cupboard was dirty please don't stay here I'm not happy at all
- Jessie (8/5): Awesome! - Quiet and the Relaxation
- Nero666 (6/5): I left after the first night because it was really cold. - Quiet and the self check in was easy to make. Alex was an amazing host giving me all the information I needed before arriving at the property. Mould on the sealing and one of the walls and the heater didn't work at all. There was an old sock blocking the smoke alarm.
- Sorin (7/5): Good -
- Marcus (10/5): Exceptional - very good size room, great options to watch TV and films, good work space desk, and nice garden :) shower a lil clogged, but having an ensuite is a luxury
- Irene (5/5): Passable - It was quite clean and definitely cheap! The room was on the ground floor at the front of the property and the blinds were broken and snapped, leaving the window partly uncovered.
- Shivani (9/5): Overall it was a good stay - Nice property in a good price The bed was a little problematic
