Malhotra (8/5): Very good - Air conditioning was in main room, had to leave door to bedroom open to receive it, and our kids were sleeping on sofa bed, so not much privacy and they were too cold.

Donna (9/5): Wonderful location - Central location in the heart of town within a few blocks of the Duoro River and Rua Flores, a very lively street. The hallways leading up to the 4th floor were sometimes dimly lit but once in the apartment, it was very pleasant!

Harry (9/5): we enjoyed the Merc Porto Ribeira apartments and look forward to coming back. - My wife and I were pleased with the facility and loved that it was in the center of all the activities and within walking distance to the ribeira and a short walk across the Dom Luis bridge to the many wine tasting venues across the river. there is nothing we did not like.
Pekka (7/5): Good - Great location and flat was very good. Metro construction works opposite of the flat, it was very loud and working was even at nighttime. I knew about construction before and that's why I asked that from the host almost two months before arriving: "Hello, I read that there are metro construction works going on just behind the apartment and it makes noise so that you cant sleep. Is that so? Br Pekka" Host answered: "Hi, yes there is metro construction above 500 metres away and NO it can't bother you at night because it's work 08 am through 5 pm!" If I had known that construction works are just opposite of the balcony and they are working even at nighttime, I would not have been ordered that flat.
