• shazan (9/5): - This is a lovely apartment in a great location. Very spacious and tidy. A short walk to the nearest metro station and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The host was very helpful and provided everything that we needed for a short stay in Athens.
• Rae1707Livo (9/5): Great value for money - The apartment was very clean and spacious. It looks just like the pictures which was reassuring. I received very clear instructions from the host and communication was seamless. Visiting in the summer would be an absolute treat with the outside social area. The things that I disliked were to do with the area and transport. Not really relevant to the apartment. If you're a light sleeper you may struggle with the morning sounds e.g. builders outside, people leaving for work and pigeons. The beds in the apartment are slat beds which might be uncomfortable if you're not used to them.

• Maria (10/5): Good location and the host’s helpful support - We really liked the location. It’s close to the city center, yet situated in a neighborhood where you can truly feel the spirit of Athens. The area has an authentic atmosphere and is within walking distance of many local restaurants and places to eat, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The host was extremely helpful and supportive throughout our stay. We kept in touch regularly, and they kindly assisted us with organizing our transfers. This really helped us optimize our stay in Athens and make the most of our time there. The only small issue was that in one of the bathrooms the water was draining a bit slowly. This is just a minor detail that could be improved. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

• Kenneth (8/5): Nice modern, clean apartment, equipped nicely, but could use some baking dishes for the oven. - The location, although in an older part of the city, was situated nicely and within a reasonable walking distance of the Syntagma Square (within two miles) which has numerous restaurants, changing of the guards, and numerous museums. There is also a tourist information office located in the square where one can find out about a lot of different activities. The property manager, Ioannis, was super helpful and responsive throughout our stay. All in all it was a nice place and I would consider staying there again being assured that the issues I encountered would be addressed. There were some initial problems at the apartment that were taken care of promptly by Ioannis who was very helpful and available throughout our stay. One of the bedrooms had a mildew problem from water leaking from the adjacent bathroom. The cooktop worked but had cracks. These two problems are due to be fixed very soon. Be aware that in the older parts of the city, some buildings, this property, have plumbing systems that do not handle toilet paper disposal well. The flushing of toilet paper is not advised. It took some getting used to, but we adjusted to the alternative disposal process well.

But overall great apartment.

• Silvia (9/5): Good apartment - The location, very central but still not too close from the touristic places (less crowd and no touristic traps). You can easily find supermarkets, restaurants and bar within walking distance. The apartment is really spacious (perfect for 4 people) and the balcony is amazing. Ioannis, our host, has been incredibly hospitable, letting us check in earlier and checking out later. Definitely a very good choice if you are planning to visit athens with some friends. Broken sink in the second bathroom, the house is lacking some fix. For instance, there are some bumps in the stove or in the wall, in one of the bedroom you can't close the door, the bathroom was a bit dirty but overall is a good place.

• Sindi (10/5): Exceptional - Location is top, right in the city center. Plaka neighborhood is also only a 10 min walk from the apartment. Property is very good for two couples, as each bedroom has its own toilet. Good value for money.
• Gordon (9/5): Had a wonderful stay in a newly refurbished apartment in a great Athens location. - very new and well presented. great location near centre of city. the response time and communication with the host (Nasos) was excellent The power tripped the safety switch if too many appliances were running, e.g. stove and air conditioner. this meant calling the host to reset the power external to the apartment. The street was a bit unique with its graffiti and some of the people.
