- Bruna (1/5): Tive que ir procurar outro hotel, cansada e exausta, depois de várias tentativas me cobraram esse valor, fiquei insegura - Fui impedida de fazer checkin pq cheguei às 12:30 e o checkin era às 11:00 Avisei com antecedência que iria chegar às 12:30 Sendo que o início do checkin seria a partir das 11:00, viajei 1.000 km de carro peguei chuva e trânsito só queria descansar. Empresa pelo WhatsApp me informou que para abrir uma exceção e me deixar fazer o checkin atrasado em 1 hora e meia me cobraria o valor de 100,00 para o pix de uma pessoa, ou seja metade de outra diária do hotel. Não falo por questão de valor mais sim por honestidade.
