• Springfield (8/5): Nice but dated and a bit expensive for what it was. - Location was great. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Could have been cleaner. A/C took away while to regulate the temperature. Faucets in the bathroom were temperamental.
• Troy (8/5): The room had what I needed; the location was convenient. - I like the location. The room was organized. The water, air, and lights worked. I liked having the appliances. The shower rod is very rusty. I don't believe this next problem is yours, but the hallways have little air circulation. It was very dry, and the smell was very offensive at times, including the elevator. If the building owner could put a cheap air purifier in the hall where the outlets are, it could make a big difference.
• Wallace (10/5): - Nice place! Great location The cleaners did not do a good job at all. There was still a used coffee pod in the kuereg, about ten half or better used bathroom products in the tub, alot of hair in the tub. I get the whole if you want to leave something for the next guest that isnt used, its a good idea, but the cleaners shouldn't leave ten almost used products.
• Steven (10/5): Stay here instead of a hotel! - Close to the food city center and stadium, clean and way nicer than just staying in a regular hotel! Easy to follow rules for check out. There was nothing I didn't like. This is a great place to stay.

• Nicole (10/5): Great location, not a huge place but everything you need to explore UTK and the surrounding area! - My son and I were visiting UT Knoxville and the location was perfect! We could walk to the campus for the tours and for exploring. There were coffee shops and dining options walking distance as well. We had a parking space in the building’s garage which was so helpful and made it easy to come and go when we went into Knoxville and explored the surrounding area. There was a comfortable bed and a fold out futon couch which was ideal for us. The unit provided everything we needed to explore the area. And the owner, Joshua, was very responsive and accommodating and allowed us to check out late which was so helpful since we had a morning campus tour on our last day - we didn’t have to pack everything up before the tour. The futon was a little uncomfortable when made into a bed but we cushioned it with one of the extra blankets which helped. Overall it was perfectly fine as a second sleeping option, especially for a child.

• Brian (9/5): Super convenient for walking to campus or the World’s Fair Park. Walkable to Historic Market Square if you like walking. - Great location and free parking! Easy access from the highway. Plugs by the bed are convenient for charging. Internet and TV (Roku) work well. Full fridge with freezer. Bathroom faucet drips slightly. Building is dated but functional.

• Dawn (9/5): Great location, great price, will consider staying here on my next trip. - Unexpected trip to drop my daughter off at UTK, so this was a last minute booking. Free parking and close to the campus were great perks. We didn’t stay that long in the condo but everything was great.

• Melissa (8/5): Very good - This was absolutely worth the trip. Walking distance to the stadium. Used door dash for food. The space was great. Would definitely recommend staying here.
