• Picand (10/5): - Bellissimo appartamento spazioso e pieno di luce, con tutti i comfort. Proprietaria cordiale e disponibile. Da tornarci. Non è imputabile alla struttura: la zona è piena di locali aperti la sera e quindi rumorosa. Particolarmente fastidioso il ritiro all'alba e anche prime dei rifiuti, specie il vetro.

Dall'appartamento ci siamo mossi sempre a piedi, sia da e verso la stazione di Termini sia verso tutti i punti di interesse che ci eravamo prefissati. Il quartiere è meraviglioso, vivo, con un'energia che percepisci dal primo momento in cui ci metti piede! Nell'appartamento c'era tutto e di più, rendendolo esattamente la base di cui avevamo bisogno per questo weekend. Realizzare che appena usciti dal portone è sufficiente fare due passi per trovarsi di fronte il Colosseo ha reso il tutto ancora più speciale! Nulla

Шум с улицы (но возможно так лучше можно прочувствовать атмосферу Рима 😉) но после 1 ночи становится тихо и очень скрипит кровать.

• Darko (1/5): - Only the location is good. Everything else. We never met the owner, but she sounded pretty friendly and helpful with all her WhatsApp messages and adcices for every single detail. The door she opened remotely.. The apartment ist SUPER LOUD! Yes its in the center of Rome, and yes it's something which is consider "normal", but the apartment is old, with the same windows since 1700, which you cant close properly so you hear all the noise all day and all night. When I say night, i mean till 01..00 or more noise of surrounding bars and restaurants, than starts collecting garbage, throwing loud empty glass bottles etc. Absolutely quiet is NEVER. Simce the apartment is old, there is no ceiling lights in the living room nor the bedroom. Only lamps and connecting electricity cables everywhere which you need to switch off every time you leave the house (this I didn't get it, because of risk of blackout, or electricity burning or just saving from owner's side). The pressure of the water is disaster. You can't shower and wash your face or brush your teeth or use toilet sit (of you are more than one person). Every time you switch the hot water, a loud peeping sound is coming out of the heating machine in the kitchen. The toilet is another story-you shouldn't throw toilet paper, otherwise probably gonna get stuck. The flushing water is low and takes time until the next round. The warm water in the shower also takes ages until comes out and the drainage isn't functioning properly, so when you shower, your feet constantly are into slow draining water collected in the shower. The bad in the bedroom makes sounds when you move during your sleep, cos its made of old wooden frame and additional mattress on top of it. We could enter the apartment at 10.00 because obviously was empty, but unfortunately we had to leave it st 10.00, which was supposed to be "normal" check out time.. The cleaning lady was already 9 45 at the door, ready to enter the apartment.

• Dixie (7/5): Great apartment, poor host - Location was perfect. Close to lots of landmarks and plenty of cafes, bars etc. There is no lift and the apartment is on the 3rd floor, so 6 flights of stairs to climb everytime so bear that in mind. Wifi issues when we arrived that we reported and ended up 2 days later sorting ourselves. As we were travelling through various countries and cities we booked all our apartments to ensure we had the ammenities we needed, washing machines, ironing facilities, aircon etc. We discovered after washing our clothes that there was no iron. We reported and were asked to ourchase one and be re-embursed or that we could use a local laundry to get them to iron them. To some it may not be a major issue but as it came at the last stop on our tour it caused a major issue for us.

• Franco (10/5): A very enjoyable stay in a lovely apartment. I hope it is available next time I am in Rome. - The owner was very helpful and patient. She communicated well how to access the property and get the keys, as well as allowing me an early checkin due to the time of my arrival. The apartment itself was lovely. Well laid out, great facilities and location. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot and everything freshly cleaned. All amenities were available too. The only negative was the shower must be getting blocked. It did not take too long before the water was rising up towards overflowing out of the cubicle.
• Emma (10/5): Charming apartment in a terrific location - Well equipped and very beautiful apartment with lots of character. It felt bigger than it looked on the photographs and was a fabulous base for my family (2 adults, 2 teens) whilst in Rome. It is really well located so you can go in and out during the day if needed. It is in a very pretty square which is very noisy with people around but that is part of the charm.

• Karolina (6/5): Overall the stay was quite good though entering the apartment was a mess. - The location was perfect, there was a hairdryer and washing machine which is a great addition to the apartment. Two portable ACs which was enough to cool down the rooms when it was 36-39 degrees outside though if you are someone who needs a cold room to sleep, it might not be enough (in the big room, the bedroom has a powerful newer AC which is more than enough). During the booking, I let the host know that we have a really late flight so our check-in will be around 1:30-2:00 am. I was assured that it's okay. Then our flight was delayed so I let the host know and she said that's quite late so she gave me access to the outside door and said that the door to the apartment will open when I will call a specific number. So far so good, we landed 20mins later than expected but we still arrived to the property at 2am. We got into the building fine but could not open the door no matter how many times I tried calling the mentioned number. At first I thought it was an issue with service but even when calling from outside, the door did not open. So we were stuck outside for almost an hour trying to get in and after trying to call the host, she opened the door around 2:40am. But our relief ended soon as we saw that the apartment was not cleaned at all - the beds were slept in, towels used and dirty. As a gift we even found a t-shirt in one of the beds and underwear in another bed. I reached out to the host again if there are any clean sheets and towels because the apartment has not been prepared for our stay and she apologised and let us know where to find the clean sheets and towels. So around 3am after a long trip we had to change the sheets and what not. Next morning the host asked when the cleaner can come, apologised again and said that there was a mistake in the schedule sent to the cleaners so that's why that happened. But I have read more reviews after that happened and see that it happened to others as well. Though the cleaners cleaned the apartment and prepared everything for us next morning so that's a plus and after that the stay was fine. Very few forks, missing dishwashing things like tea towel/paper towel, maybe some dishwashing liquid.
• Jaime (10/5): Exceptional - The location was amazing! About a 10-minute walk to the colosseum and the little Plaza in front of the apartment was very cute. Busy, but not loud. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean, comfortable, and charming to make us feel like we were in a home in Rome! The host was very helpful with any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.
• Nicoleta (3/5): Poor - the location -very poor quality windows, very loud noise through them, the wind blew through them, it was the same whether the windows were closed or open - the unwelcoming hostess from the beginning, she was upset that the plane arrived at 9 pm - she continuously insisted that I send my data, photo with ID and photo of everyone's faces, on an untrustworthy website - there are no lights inside except 2 small lamps - the wardrobes were very old and could not be used, there were the lady's things inside - the coffee machine had mold inside, the coffee pills could no longer fit inside, it had not been cleaned for a very long time - the cleaning lady came in the morning at 9.30AM to take us out, although it was clearly written that check-out was at 10AM - the entrance door was broken around the lock, you could actually see through the door to the hallway - the beds made noises at the slightest movement, the blankets were dirty - the water had no flow at all, you couldn't take a shower - pieces of the window were missing in the kitchen, it was raining inside

• Xin (9/5): Great location and spacious. - It was a very good location, walking distance to main attractions and city center, view of colosseum right around the corner, surrounded by bars, restaurants. Equipped with good kitchen facilities and (very basic) bathroom supplies. There's some noise at night but that is to be expected given the location. It's great for our group of 4, comfortable and spacious. Host was also transparent about some small damage on the flooring from water leaks. We had a slight issue with the water heater at first because we didn't know where was the controls until host replied next morning (freezing shower first night).

• Nancy (7/5): The apartment is a lovely place to stay at, I just recommend you replace the individuals cleaning up your place. It woul - The inside of the apartment has a nice layout, it is spacious and has a plug in air conditioner. The apartment included several reading books and maps of the city and is located in the city centre. It is walking distance to all tourist attractions including restaurants and grocery stores. Unfortunately the apartment was not clean. Everything was put in place but floors were not clean, you can see dust and foot prints everywhere. Dishes in cabinets were not clean. Bath towels were all stained and used. Bed sheets had not been clearly changed, I will not go into detail about that.

My stay at the 3rd floor apartment was marred by shortcomings. No elevator caused inconvenience, and the absence of basic amenities like soap and toilet paper towels was frustrating. The mobile app's reliance proved problematic due to unreliable internet, leaving me stranded. Consider alternatives for a smoother experience.

The bed was old, not uncomfortable but noisy when sleeping. The windows didn’t close perfectly so it was noisy during the evening and night. We thought gel shower and champú was included and there wasn’t any.

• Anonymous (6/5): Great location, but a lot to improve on. - Great location and good amenities When we arroved the property was not cleaned yet and the previous guest was still there. Communicatiom with host was difficult and not clear, as she forgot to mention this, even though I was on the phone with her minutes before arriving. Flat is noisy (due to the location probably) but the windows don’t help at blocking out any of the noise. All the beds were uncomfortable and loud, making a squeaking noise to the slightest movement.
