• Raymond (3/5): Disappointing, booked another place to stay after the first night - Lack of Kitchen and accessories available. There was no kettle no coffee machine, no ironing facilities an odd mix of plates and glasses, no drying cloth. Black mould on certain areas of the wall in the corners and a strong musty smell. Very clinical and nothing welcoming about it.

• Giulio (7/5): Bell'appartamento. Ok ma servizio perfettibile - L'appartamento é davvero molto bello e pulito. Bagni puliti. Direi di recente ristrutturazione il che é un plus insieme al fatto che gli animali sono accettati. Purtroppo non avevo capito o non era chiaro che si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore. Mancavano: tovagliette x mangiare, considerato che uno non porta una tovaglia da casa e non vuole mangiare sul tavolo. Ok macchinetta del caffè tipo moka tradizionale ma non c'era il caffé. Ormai nel 90% gli appartamenti c'è una Nespresso perché la gente non si porta la polvere da casa. Ok bollitore ma manca il the. Considerando che manca una lavastoviglie non c'è uno strofinaccio per asciugare piatti. Non tralascio la procedura complicata per check in e l'apertura al contrario del frigo: piccole cose che denoterebbero maggiore attenzione al cliente.

• Antonio (4/5): Manca di servizi base - Pulizia Posizione: vicina agli stabilimenti produttivi di Porcari Giardino esterno: ma godibile nelle stagioni calde Ho prenotato la camera “suite” e devo dire che sono rimasto molto deluso. Nell’appartamento non c’erano più di 15 gradi al mio arrivo, termosifoni completamente spenti, cucina dotata di un mini fornello elettrico a dir poco terrificante. Assenza totale di prodotti bagno (tra i servizi vengono addirittura citati “prodotti omaggio” che immagino siano mono dosi di bagnoschiuma e shampoo), in realtà è presente solo carta igienica e un sapone mani sul lavandino messo in un dispenser, nemmeno uno shampoo. Internet completamente inesistente e rete mobile (Vodafone) quasi assente - prende poco e a tratti (solo per piccole cose come messaggi whatsapp ma sarebbe impensabile lavorare da lì). Sono entrato in casa alle 10 di sera e temevo che i termosifoni si accendessero la mattina presto, invece mi sono svegliato con una camera e un bagno gelido (per fortuna nella stanza è presente uno split aria calda, ma solo nella stanza non nell’ingresso/cucina e o bagno). Il proprietario mi ha detto che avrei dovuto chiedere prima (i.e. al mio arrivo). Errore mio, avevo dato più fiducia alla struttura di quella che meritava. Da una stanza pagata 100 euro (1 persona) mi sembra assurdo, a marzo, con 7 gradi all’esterno. Ps: struttura prenotata con Genius 2 e sconto extra struttura, altrimenti a listino sarebbe stata 145 EUR). Non mi sento di consigliarla e non ci tornerò.

• Thomas (7/5): War ok, werden aber nicht wiederkommen. - Das Anwesen Es war kalt und etwas ungemütlich. Die Heizung war angestellt und es gab keine Decken/Bezüge. Es riecht etwas alt und muffig. Er war sehr hellhörig. Man hat Schritte und Geräusche sehr laut aus der oberen Wohnung gehört.

• Daniele (2/5): - Spazi ampi La struttura è piuttosto trascurata, partendo dal prato con l'erba non curato fino alla nostra stanza che presenta umidità su tutte le superfici; persino le lenzuola al tatto erano umide, senza contare la doccia piena di muffa e l'odore sgradevole in tutta l'area.

• Alberto (1/5): Una pesadilla - El aparcamiento privado y gratuito Instalaciones nuevas. En 2 de las 3 habitaciones no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, y no lo arreglaron ni hicieron caso alguno(a 8 de agosto). Al segundo día dejamos de tener agua caliente y ni lo arreglaron ni hicieron caso alguno. Todos los dias nos quedábamos sin luz, pues no tenía potencia suficiente para todo el edificio. También nos cambiaron la clave de wifi para no poder acceder. Habían chinches en una habitación. Hay 2 baños y solo uno tiene ducha. El teléfono de contacto dejó de responder al segundo día de los 4 que estuvimos. Una experiencia totalmente desagradable.

• Inoka (10/5): Exceptional - I like the location of the apartment as well as the cleanliness of it. And also the parking facility in the villa itself. The rooms were well arranged.The whole apartment was tidy and clean. Kitchen utensils were very useful for us during our stay . Recommend for those who looking for a calm and quiet place.
• Doan (10/5): Clean - value - convenient - We arrived very late, what we gain the day that they welcome us with a big smile and warm after a long traffic and exhausted of driving on the road, thanks again of being flexible. Apartment is near the road, easy of parking, very clean and confinement. No elevator( we stay on the second floor, it's not easy for us of carrying on those luggages and kids) but it's ok
• Capitan (8/5): Very good - Very good location, very calm and clean place. The room was comfortable and big and with easy access. The personnel was on spot and our visit was very pleasant. The heaters were off and the air conditioner was working only for a few hours at time so we had a bit of cold during the night. Also there wasn't a lot of toilet paper
• Jázmin (1/5): Bad - Our stay at Villa Valente was a nightmare. We found bedbugs in our beds on the first morning, which was disgusting. Despite numerous calls and emails, management never responded. We ended up sleeping on the couch for two days without any apology or acknowledgment. Avoid Villa Valente at all costs. This place is a disaster with zero customer service. The pictures were taken after the second ‘’cleaning’’. 10/1

The owners had left the patio door open, so we had no difficulty parking the car. The apartment is a new construction completed with the necessary accessories for a short stay Nothing to complain

Central heating for the whole building was tricky, we had a cold night on the first day (I could have contacted the owner but it was too late in the night to ask for a higher temperature).

• Luuk (9/5): Great apartment to explore Tuscany by car - Great location to see a lot of Tuscany (if you travel by car). Quick responses from host and clear instructions for self check in. Great plus is that the apartment has air-conditioning. Besides that, it's comfy and spacious and has a good Smart-TV with possibilities to stream/cast. Dogs also wel welcome. Definitely recommend. Interior is a little basic/minimalistic and kitchen has a few basics (for example no water cooker and dishcloth). But all the basic needs are there, so this ain't a problem.
