• Azucena (5/5): Ubicación y precio - Buena situación y precio. Le hace falta una pintura. Las cortinas no quitan la luz y están sucias. Olor en el baño desagradable.

• Marzena (5/5): On the whole it was ok but not that clean. - The location was great. Close to busses, train station and main attractions. The bathroom was a bit unkept. The shower was very rusty.

• LAURA (8/5): Buena ubicación - Muy buena ubicación, se puede ir andando al centro y está al lado de la estación de tren. La cama es cómoda y el apartamento tiene lo necesario para estar unos días El baño tenía un poco de moho. Se podría renovar un poco el apartamento pero en general muy bien No se pueden subir más de 3 personas en el ascensor

• Hong (9/5): 基本满意，地点方便 - 距离罗马火车站7/8分钟，离圣母大教堂2条街。大楼的门面向繁华大街但房间面向侧面的街道，关上窗户后很安静。公寓面积大，4人住空间足够。厕所很大。咖啡机热水壶冰箱洗衣机很方便。床和沙发床也够舒服。暖气足。 淋浴间小，水温不稳定。 厕所味道很大，需要开窗放气。大楼是历史建筑，估计治理不容易。

• Marion (7/5): - L’emplacement était top même si c'était très bruyant. Il y avait une cafetière et des capsules cetait un vrai plus. Il y a de quoi cuisiner un peu. Les lits sont faits, les serviettes fournies c'est confortable. Emplacement top mais très bruyant. Gros point negatif: sonner a l’interphone de l’appartement ouvre automatiquement les deux portes de l’immeuble, pas besoin de sortir les clés. Sauf que les voisins l’ont bien compris. Résultats ça sonne à l’interphone quand les enfants dorment à 21h ou a 7h...impossible de le débrancher... Pas de rideaux occultant dans le salon, il fait jour toute la nuit pour ceux qui dorment sur le canapé.des rideaux simples dans la chambre, dommage il fait jour également. Appartement bien pour 2 personnes, moins pour 4. Il n'y a que 3 cuillères par exemple... la salle de bain sent vraiment mauvais meme en aérant toute la journee ça sent les égouts et le mur de la douche sent vraiment. Donc il ne manque pas grand chose pour que ce soit vraiment très bien.
• Sandra (9/5): Zentrale Lage und komfortables, günstiges Apartment. - Wahnsinnig gute Lage zwischen dem Hauptbahnhof und dem Kolosseum und dennoch recht ruhig zum schlafen (Fenster auf eine kleine Nebengasse. Bett als auch Schlafsofa waren relativ bequem und die Küche super zum Frühstück machen und ab und an Kochen. Ansonsten sind wir fast immer zum Restaurant "schwarzer Adler" gegangen der sehr preiswert, gut und nahe gelegen war :-) Es gab sogar einen kleinen Lift (maximal 3 Personen auf einmal) was für Italien eher selten ist. Übrigens hat er die Kurtaxe in den Preis mit einberechnet, somit ist das Apartment eigentlich um einiges günstiger als angegeben. Bei 4 Personen ist es mit dem Esstisch etwas eng da er normal an der Wand steht, dann aber keine 4 Personen essen können und wenn man ihn in die Mitte rückt kommt man von der Couch/Küche kaum mehr zur Haustür/ins Schlafzimmer.
• Jim (8/5): - Property was well maintained, easy instructions for access, and all amenities needed for our stay. The apartment was central and all attractions within walking distance or by public transport. Would book again!!
• Sonia (9/5): Estáncia centrica en Roma con lo más necesario. - Ubicación y aire acondicionado Nada solo habría que renovar la base de la ducha y el colchón de sofa cama no es muy cómodo. Básico pero bien.

• Alexander (8/5): - Great location literally half way between Termini (central station) and the Forum and Colosseum area. The apartment had all we needed like aircon and fully equipped kitchen. Very friendly contact and clear instructions on how to check in. Due to being close to a main street it can get a bit loud at night, so if you're a light sleeper, better bring earplugs.
• Santa (10/5): - The owner was very responsive and offered to leave luggage before check in time, when the apartment wasn't ready. Beg was comfortable. Great location - close to Colosseum and also to the station.
• Ac (4/5): Great location, however the apartment needs a thorough clean. - Location was great. The communication was very good. The apartment has an issue with mould that smells. The shower wall was covered with pink fungus that smelled bad. The smell in the apartment was not pleasant. The utensils were not cleaned properly. The cups stuck to the draw. The coffee machine was clearly not cleaned for a while, so we did not use it.

• Jana (8/5): Very good - Good communication from the host. Great location near Termini station, close to the Colosseum. In the flat everything needed for a short stay. Due to the location of the flat there was a lot of noise outside at night making it difficult to sleep.

• Agnieszka (5/5): Rome is Rome :) - mega close to tourist attractions, train station, shops and restaurants terrible smell from water pipes, it is very disturbing in the apartment. If it were not for this smell it would be a very nice apartment.
• Ipsa (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great. It was clean, spacious and had everything that we needed. The check in and check out was managed very smoothly. Definitely recommend it, and will stay here again
• Sophia (9/5): A good choice for a family - The location was great. The flat has a spacious bathroom . The air conditioning in the bedroom was noisy and sometimes the hot air was coming back in the room as the system of taking outside the hot air through a pump and through a window was not working.
• Happysoul74 (7/5): Good - Location was excellent, very close to Termini and the Colosseum are walking distance. Kitchen was small but ok. Apartment had a washing machine which was of great benefit. Very, very noisey late at night and early morning. Bins being emptied, people yelling, delivery trucks unloading, music blaring. No sheets for sofa bed or covers on duvet It may just be aged but the shower tiles looked unclean, needs an upgrade. Water pressure and temperature very inconsistent.

• Nguyen (10/5): Wonderful - The location of the apartment is excellent. Near the Roma Termini and most of the major attractions. So many restaurants next to and near the apartment. The a/c apartment is spacious, airy, and beautiful. The lift is an added bonus because most of the apartments I rented do not come with a lift. none
• Davit (10/5): Exceptional - My wife and I really love that property. The location is perfect. We never used taxis or public transport to reach any of the places we wanted to visit. The Coliseum is just a 5-minute walk away, and the Pantheon or Spanish Steps are 20 minutes away. In 30- 40 minutes, you are in front of the Vatican or Trastevere. We did not even use a taxi to reach the train station, which was just a 10-minute walk away. The AC worked well, and we could sleep in a quiet, cool place. It also helped us rest during very hot summer days. The place was clean and had everything we needed for daily life: washing machine, iron, nice bathroom and kitchen. There were many good places to eat nearby. For example, "Birreria Marconi" has the best lasagna and tiramisu I have ever tried. I want to say many thanks to the owner. Because of you, we had a lot of nice emotions in that beautiful city. I can 't say anything negative; that was perfect.

• Magdalena (8/5): Nice stay in Rome - Very good location. Most attractions are within walking distance (i.e. Colosseum). Close to metro and train station. Bus stop literally in front of the entrance, although the bus runs rarely, and the bus driver sometimes "forgets" to stop ;) 3rd floor. Elevator in the building. The apartment is spacious and well organized. There is a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, capsule coffee machine and washing machine. The beds are large and very comfortable. Bed linen and towels available in the apartment. A nice surprise was tea, coffee, cleaning products and even washing powder if needed. The combo gas boiler was not efficient at outdoor temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius. Temperature in the apartment was around 19-20 degrees. High humidity and unpleasant smell from the drains. Probably not a huge problem in summer, it was a bit unpleasant in winter. Despite the closed windows overlooking the narrow street, you could hear sounds from outside, so I recommend sleeping with earplugs. Additional table to have a meal would be a huge help, cause this kind of space was rather missing.
