• Kei Florida (10/5): Family-friendly, safe, and enjoyable stay in Palermo. Highly recommend! - Location - you cannot beat the location, prime area in Politeama facing the theatre abounding with shops and restaurants around with good transport connections and walkable to anywhere. Communication with host - Manuela was an outstanding host, very communicative, gracious and thoughtful. Apartment and Building - The apartment is modernized and styled amazingly You can feel a luxurious italian flair. The building is old but truly well maintained and super stylish, high ceilings and romantic design. :) It is also very clean and tidy. Room - room was spacious and the private toilet and shower were great, water pressure is amazing! Air conditioning is working well - just follow Manuela's guide. Soundproofing - At night, the area is very lively but the modern windows were amazingly soundproofed. Did not hear any noise at all and I am a light sleeper. Shared Facilities - We traveled with a small child and the modern kitchen and washing machine were a life saver. Thanks Manuela, will stay here again if we decide to visit Palermo again! nothing really but if we have to nitpick - the fancy light switches sometimes were not working properly. I would suggest to add a booster seat / high chair suitable for children in the dining room. I would also suggest some instructions to be printed out in advance , like how to manipulate the airconditioning etc. But really , these are very minor.

• Paolo (9/5): - Posizione fantastica, in 10 minuti si e' davanti al teatro Massimo. Manuela gentilissima e prodiga di consigli. Spettacolare colazione al bar sulla piazza. Volendo cercare il pelo nell'uovo suggerirei di avere la possibilita' di ridurre l'intensita' dell'illuminazione. Forse gia' fattibile ma non facile da capirsi. Unico neo la posizione del letto che risulta troppo vicino ad un muro.

• 4 (8/5): - Eneste minus jeg har er uflaks med sengetøy, det ødela for meg (men de var raske på å fikse det!), ellers var stedet rent og pent, og alt var over forventning.
• Andrea Omar (8/5): Buon soggiorno ma servono migliorie - La posizione, il palazzo dove risiede l’immobile, personale disponibile, stanza ampia e accessoriata, cucina ampia e accessoriata , La camera merita alcuni accorgimenti a mio avviso. Il letto andrebbe sostituto in quanto ad ogni movimento un po’ più brusco cigola da morire. Non ci sono delle prese vicino al comodino ( molto utili per chi come me vuole il telefono a portata di mano) . Le lampade del comodino non sono collegate ad una presa per come anticipato prima ( sono a luce solare o ricaricabili non ho appurato onestamente ) ed esaurita la carica si rimane senza luce. In bagno non ci sono supporti né per carta igienica né per il kit di tovaglie a disposizione. Utilizzare il termosifone a parete poteva essere una buona idea ma allo stato non lo perché troppo vicino al lavabo . Le imposte non si chiudono correttamente creando problemi per chi ama il buio quando dorme. Infine ,come purtroppo avviene quasi sempre , manca un asciugacapelli potente e di qualità.

• Susanne (10/5): Eine Perle in Palermo. Einfach wunderschön! - Ein Traum!! Einfach alles perfekt. Tolle Lage, schönes luxuriöses Zimmer mit Küche, Aufenthaltsraum etc. auf der Etage. Zentrale Lage, alles fussläufig. Gastgeberin ein Herzensmensch🌸 mit Liebe zum Detail. Parken in der Nähe in der Parkgarage (€) ganz in der Nähe. Eine Perle in Palermo👌 Grazie!!

The lady who cleans was also amazing, didn't catch her name. The apartment is stunning. The aircon was very efficient. The bed is not comfortable. Pillows were terrible. The shower was stuck on a very high pressure setting, it was almost unbearable & meant we were using up the hot water quickly. There is also no shelf in the shower for your toiletries. Fof quite an expensive stay these things should be fixed.

The apartment itselft is an artwork. Beautiful living room and common spaces The awful, unbearable smell coming out of the kitchen sink. Unfortunately, that ruined our stay there. It seems to be a known issue... If it wasn't for this, it would be a 10/10 stay
• Susanne (9/5): A classy, elegant accommodation with a beautiful view in a great location, close the main hub of Palermo. The rooms are - It was very clean, cool (air con), comfortable beds and a great location. The bathroom was especially stylish. There was no sign outside to identify the property. The light sensors were difficult to find in the communal spaces. There was no kettle to make a cup of tea, only a coffee machine and no sugar.

• Jeremy (8/5): The location by the piazza was perfect and it made for a fantastic peaceful base for our visit. - Absolutely perfect location to see the best of Palermo. Beatifiul appartment and very nice room, particularly the bathroom. Very helpful staff who assisted with finding the accomodation and also with the airport bus shuttle. The "cold floor" cooling system was OK but didn't cool the room as much as a traditional air conditioning system. To make the room absolutely perfect, a waste bin and a shower shelf would have been a good improvement. The Google Maps location of the apartment is incorrect and it would be useful to update this. We were guided about 100m too far beyond the piazza..
• Carmen's (9/5): Superb - Central location, 5 minutes walk from.the main shopping streets on the way to historical center. Beautiful view from the balcony, clean rooms, and nice decorations. Easy access by code to the front door. Even though it was central, it's quiet due to no traffic, and the street downstairs is with limited traffic for riverans only, mostly for parking. Extra pillows and blankets are available in the drawer. No breakfast is included in the price. We had to wait to check in due to other late check out before us, and the cleaning was done very late. Would be nice to keep your next guest informed about possible delays in advance.

• Denpag (10/5): Exceptional - LaDimora diDonna Claudia was in the heart of Palermo directly across form the Teatro Polteama. Surrounded by restaurants, stores and historic locations there was no need to have a car. The Hop-On, Hop-Off bus is next to the teatro. The room was newly renovated and very, very, clean. I'll will stay again the next time I visit Palermo. Don't overthink this.. there is no downside to staying at La Dimora di Donna Claudia!

• Marko (8/5): Good but not exact informations prior - Very clean and friendly staff. Be aware this is one big appartment thats modified into 4 smaller units, so you are basically having a small room and sharing a huge appartment hallway with 4 different rooms.

The room was so clean and well maintained. the location was so central to the shopping district and restraints. it was noisy at night from guests in the adjoining apartments. you could hear doors slamming and loud footsteps throughout the evening and night.
