- Azzam (5/5): can not feel safe due to the situation of the neglected basement - The apartment was the only occupied in the building which consisted of 6 or seven apartments, staircase reaching the rooftop was not covered, the basement was not finished, it is at skeleton phase, not closed, bad smell from the dark basement underneath, dogs may have used it as shelter, need to say that the apartment was spacious and contained brand new equipment such as air conditioning, fridge ,washing machine and TV, very good setting and dining area
