Galina (10/5): Exceptional - Good location, very cosy. Terrace is a nice bonus.
Richard (7/5): Good - Free parking just up the road. Friendly efficient check-in. Well equipped, easy access, good location. Good bathroom. The mattress falls into the middle. Not comfortable. Needs replacing. It is called a loft...which means "top floor, under the roof", which is ok. But it is located on the street level, under the stairs next to the lift, opposite the entrance, so is noisy if you are not used to communal living. Inexpensive...so there you go.
