• Kate (10/5): A perfect start to our road trip up the coast, and a highlight for both of us. - Beautiful styled and the fit out is superb with a seriously comfy bed and bathrobes. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful and the common areas are a must hang out space. Nothing- loved it all.

• Susan (10/5): Lush - Staff were the best. The rooms were amazing and I felt like I was in Palm Springs The shower floods to the toilet. Possible a design issue other than that I loved the rooms
• Jennifer (7/5): Great idea in a great location but needs work - Great design, decor, location, friendly staff For the price I’d expect a basic coffee (pod) machine and some milk in the room. Coffee bags poor. Room wasn’t refreshed on 2nd day (and not rectified when pointed out to front desk). Music at the pool/ restaurant was good but too loud to read or talk. Kids were unsupervised (and loud) despite rules to contrary. Dinner was good quality and interesting but portion size small and we had to ask 3 times for additional food (staff friendly but appeared not very competent).

The design of the place is amazing, I loved the communal areas, the bar/restaurant area, the pool was lovely and we took out the e-bikes which was fun. Loved our room, great size, very cool design. Bed super comfy. We ate dinner here one night and food lovely too.

• Alexandra (10/5): - Absolutely fantastic stay- such a gem of a hotel. Sophisticated design, rock n’roll vibes, sexy vibes, and excellent staff service. The town is also charming and you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. The food at the hotel is also exceptional, had a blast staying there and chatting to the bartenders too. Would return in a heartbeat!

• Layne (10/5): - The place upon arrival left me and my partner with a feeling of excitement, suspense and anticipation. Even pulling up at reception we could tell that we were about to be lucky enough to be about to have an experience we would share for a moment and talk about for a lifetime. The staff were at all times warm, welcoming, accommodating, to me it seemed they were honestly happy to cultivate an environment that would lead to lasting memories. Even when I, in typical fashion got distracted and came and asked if we could be seated for dinner they warmly told us it was no problem at all. I found out after ordering 4 entrees and 2 mains the kitchen was due to close in 8 mins.... Yet even then never for a moment did I feel rushed or an inconvenience. Food was sublime of course. I'll end this here, because at this point even I'm beginning to question whether I was paid to write such a glowing endorsement. I wasn't, I just believe that the kind of effort put in to give this level of service, deserves to be acknowledged and admired. Credit where credit is due. Thank you so much to everyone involved. • Jocelyn (8/5): - For a start this is a great place new, creative, great staff, awesome rooms and we will definitely be back however our visit this time came with a significant BUT. The evening restaurant dinner would come close to one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Understand the excuse given was road closures from floods and therefore a limited menu but that was not what made it awful. We were only one of maybe 3 in house bookings and we had also booked the restaurant. We sat in the bar for an hour before dinner and saw others get the full menu on offer. But when we sat down there was no pizza (half the limited menu) ok but as we made choices about other items one by one they were no longer available either, even though all the tables around us had these items. Finally we ordered 12 oysters and only 11 came out no warning but turns out in enquiring they’d run out of those too. There was a nice looking seafood pasta which we found out about by looking at another table rather than being offered it didn’t matter though coz partner allergic to seafood. Maybe teething problems? But don’t charge me full freight for problems!! Floods were not the issue good old fashioned communication was the issue. Look forward to a better experience in the future

• John (10/5): Can't wait to go back! - We had such a amazing stay. The rooms and location is perfect, the main bar and restaurant is also amazing! The decor and the the pool was a absolute stand out.

Rooms exemplify style over substance- they look great but the shower floods the bathroom, the drawers are really hard to open, and there’s no info available in the room about the hotel or how anything works. The bed was extremely comfortable See above, but also I cannot see how this hotel, albeit very nice, can justify the outrageous room rate
• Tori (10/5): Beautiful family weekend away. Spent by the pool or at the beach just a few short minuet walk away. Staff were excellent - Good location, the aesthetics of the hotel were beautiful. Food was amazing! Service from staff was amazing! That outside guest would come to dine at night time/afternoon and bring their children to use the pool. This should be a luxury for guest that are staying at the hotel.

Excellent customer service with a really relaxed vibe. Couldn't recommend staying here enough! Look forwards to going back. The restaurant and bar being closed on the Monday night - with nothing matching its quality in the crescent head area.
