• PeterNorda (5/5): Goed van tevoren douchen, want hier kan het niet normaal 😬.... - Locatie is gewoon goed. Ook lekker rustig ondanks dat het pal naast het centrum ligt. Ziet er verder ook gewoon netjes uit. Om er te komen was al een uitdaging, wel goed uitgelegd verder, maar voor oudere mensen minder handig. Ophaal lokatie van de sleutel was best ver weg van het appartement. WC bril los. Ontbijt is gewoon brood, eieren en melk, verder niks. Dus laat die achterwege met de boeking... Zonde van het geld. En de douche: DRAMA!!! Niet eens een beetje een straal, schandalig gewoon. Hiervoor wil ik ook echt gewoon geld terug..3 dagen niet kunnen douchen. Niet te doen. De bedden in de slaapkamers 2 kleine 2 persoons. En de slaapbank in de woonkamer is gewoon op veren liggen. Nee.... Was niet volgens verwachting. Heeft potentie.... Maar er moet wel iets gebeuren daar.
• Radjes (5/5): Gelukkig waren we er op uit en was het verblijf maar voor twee dagen. - De ligging en de bedden De douches in beide badkamers functioneren niet goed. De zit bank was een grote deuk in. Dus niet comfortabel. Voor een 6 persoons appartement is een kleine eettafel met 2 stoelen veel te weinig. De uitzet in de keuken was te mager en onvoldoende om een maaltijd te bereiden. Ontbijt was heel minimalistisch. Ik heb nog nooit meegemaakt dat er een boete staat in een mail als je niet voor 10 uur een woning verlaat.

• Luke (6/5): The place was fine it just need to be warm. - Good location It was cold. There are thermostats on the walls but they don’t seem to control anything. There are no radiators is it supposed to be under floor heating? Luckily there was an old panel heater in a cupboard which helped but it’s not ideal.

• Putmans (9/5): Gewoon goed - Prima en netjes. Een echte aanrader Het enige echt slechte is dat je de sleutel op 10 minuten loopafstand afstand moet ophalen en terugbrengen in een supermarkt. En dat de locatie fout staat aangegeven op booking.com . Maar goed dat er bij staat dat het naast een winkel is en dat de winkel naam er bij staat. Anders is het appartement niet te vinden

• Alexandra (7/5): - Lovely cosy apartment, perfect size and great central location close to city centre and docks. Really nice to have an ensuite as well as a full bathroom. L shape sofa is maybe a bit tired and not the most comfortable! Hot water very patchy and most of the time had none which wasn't great for showers.

• Caroline (9/5): Great location, easily accessible. - Had everything we needed for a one night stay Beds - weren’t the comfiest. Key collection / check out time - should allow additional time due to key drop off location being a good walk away from the property. 10.30am would have been more reasonable

• Suzanne (7/5): Well equipped and clean and nice that we were left some breakfast options and drinks. - We were on foot so having to collect the keys from another location i.e the minimart was not ideal. Would be better if the keys were in a coded lock box outside the property door. (Showers in the bathrooms need replacing) There was only a trickle of hot water coming out of the shower in the main bathroom and when I added the cold water it was freezing as there was not enough hot water from the tap.

• Robyn (6/5): Lovely place, couldn't do it again. - I had a great sleep in the double bed, as did my mother in the other room. The apartment on itself is lovely and not too far from the centre. I had no idea how far away the key was from the apartment until the day and the man who had the key didn't know either. Fortunately my sister in law had WiFi so we managed to walk there in under an hour (I am disabled and wouldn't have chosen this had Ibeen alerted earlier). I think most assume a lock box is close to the property as that's 100% of the time what I've experienced in the past. My mother is from Liverpool and even with that and WiFi we struggled to find it. Another major negative which I've certainly never heard of and don't think is even allowed is you're informed only hours before your stay that you have to leave at 10am the next day (fine) but that you also have to drop off the keys a mile away by 10am too! If the shop beneath thy flat was the drop off that'd be fine but you can't ask guests to trape for half an hour with all your luggage to drop off some keys at 9.30am! In the end my mum went on her own while we walked into town with the bags as it was too much, especially for a 24 hour holiday. If booking just be aware of this and ideally drive. If not really think about if you want to trek around a City you don't know in search of and dropping off keys.
• Bayliffe (7/5): Great location, but the premises needed updating and maintenance. - The location and ease of access were a major plus for the city and visit to the Exhibition Centre. Great place as long as you aren't spending much time in the apartment. The venue was a little worn, grout in showers missing, shower heads not working. Bleached towels that were well worn. TV had a white spot towards the right-hand centre. Property stairwell and entrance door all very worn, and lock on the front of door was loose. View out of the balcony was straight onto a brick wall top to bottom, with a diisused area below balcony with rubbish, debris and moss al of the floor area.
• Alice (8/5): Very good - Good apartment and easily accessible to the Albert Docks and to get out in and out of the city. The car park they recommend is cheaper than others around and there is a Tesco very close by. The amenities are good for a short stay. The pricing seems a little steep.

Had all facilities you would require and was very - Its was spacious, clean and tidy and had all the facilities we needed. The shower in both the main bathroom and en-suite weren’t great, but it was ok for us as we only stayed for 1 night.

• Aoife (7/5): Lovely flat and host - Was very welcoming and modern. Perfect size for 6 people. Host was also very attentive and helpful with issues we had. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! When initially requesting the booking the price was increased. Having to collect and drop off the keys in a separate location was a big con but other than that everything was perfect.

• Craigb_uk (10/5): Fantastic apartment in a great location - Brilliant location, far enough out of the city centre to be quiet but close enough to the action a short walk away. It's especially good for the Baltic Triangle attractions. Key collection was easy enough despite being in another location. If you're travelling in via car you can pick them up en route to getting parked up. The apartment itself is great, impeccably clean and a really good size for our group. Easy to follow instructions for entry were provided by the host before arrival.
