• Maxwell (4/5): - The location was ok just a little far from the shops etc It was very unclean carpet was heavily stained the same has the seating area. When we arrived there was lots of rubbish left outside from the previous people.

• Hazel (7/5): Will stay again. - For the cost of the caravan, we could not complain at all. It’s a saver caravan so we expected basic but it was spacious and equipped with all we needed. The location was 5 mins walk to Fantasy Island so very close. Plenty of beds for everyone and pet friendly even though we decided to leave the dog at home due to the heat. No linen provided but that wasn’t an issue to take our own. Carpet could do with a clean in the lounge area. Few toilet rolls for arrival would be great, as after travelling hours we had to pop back out to get loo roll before we could go.
• Mark (1/5): - No contact from the owner about how to gain access. Friends to phone e the numbers provided and couldn't get through. Spoke to the caravan site owners who explained booking.com is for private owners. They looked up the location and they believe this could be a scam by a phantom owner. In the end I had to fi d alternative accommodation. At my own expense. Everything. .mainly the fact it was a scam.
• Kelly (1/5): Shocking - Nothing Van was awful, mould in kitchen, mould on blinds, mould in bowls. Couldn’t use heating as wasn’t explained. Stayed one night and came home. Quilts had stains all over them. Communication with owner absolutely shocking. Caravan site is awful and staff weren’t interested as private booking

• Rachael (1/5): Don’t stay here, staff are a waste of time, not interested in your complaint - Nothing- disgusting, dirty pillows/ Duvets with who knows what on them, squashed bugs on kitchen blind ( whole bugs) , dirty bin lid, cigarette burns on carpet, bathroom floor dirty, same as toilet!! 🤮 Dirty pillows/ duvets, squashed bugs in kitchen blind ( whole bugs) dirty bin lid, cigarette burns on carpet, bathroom floor dirty, same as toilet!! 🤮 whole caravan was disgusting
• Lisa (8/5): Girl break - Van was cosy. Not easy to find site should be marked to show where to go The fire wasn't in working condition and could do with a new carpet

• Simone (1/5): Not great at all - It wasn't great . It was very very cold with no heating and and fire place wasn't working. We had this little heater which didn't do anything. It was damp everywhere. We had all had to sleep in the front room and didn't get much sleep 😴

• Jordan (3/5): Would never stay again and certainly wouldn’t recommend to friends and family. - No bedding provided so my children had to sleep on freezing cold plastic mattresses. The caravan had a horrible smell. There was no toilet roll and not even a single hand towel in the bathroom to dry hands. There was no information to say we had to provide our own bed sheets. The caravan was freezing and my children shivered all night! I was really disappointed as the children was so excited and after a long day at fantasy island they really needed to be able to rest well in a bed with bedding on🤦🏼‍♀️ We also found a dead flea on the sofa and 2 out of 4 children was covered in bites. We have come home and had to boil wash everything to make sure we haven’t brought anything home with us. I am not one to make bad reviews but this caravan is not fit for purpose.
