The breakfast was also great, as it gets served in the café that belongs to the hotel and you get to chose items from the regular menu. The staff was also really kind and helpful. Thank you !

The hotel itself is very cute, we had a terrace with our room with amazing views. No issues at all. It’s perhaps not for guests who likes a lobby but that wasn’t a problem for us.

• Nashir (10/5): Great 🙂 - Staff and breakfast were good. You get a two course breakfast including a savoury option to start with, followed by a sweet option. Staff at reception always happy to assist with whatever you need. The hotel architecture itself is very traditional with a stunning staircase. Its interior has been modernised very well but maintained character features. Sound proofing could be better, you could hear the conversations in the corridor at times. It was not very early but it will be noticeable for those who like a lie in. We had an internal room.

Fin tagterrrasse allerøverst og skøn, kæmpestor ‘næsten privat’ balkon uden for vores dør med udsigt over byen. Fin morgenmad, der bliver lavet på bestilling (man vælger to retter), dvs. der er ikke den klassiske buffet. Sørg for at få værelse øverst (5. sal er bedst, 4. sal også OK), for de øvrige har udsigt til en mur. På 4. og 5. sal skal man lige træde henimod vinduet (der er en lille karnap med en stol), men så han man til gengæld den flotteste udsigt ud over vandet. Jeg savnede en kaffemaskine på værelset.

Aunque prefiero desayuno bufett para elegir lo que me apetece, las opciones de un salado y un dulce a escoger de la carta, no está mal. Lo que probamos estaba bien elaborado y de calidad. There was construction ongoing on the street across the hotel which started early. Would recommend a Nespresso machine in the rooms for the luxurious feeling of enjoying a cup of coffee in bed.

Das Frühstück war lecker und das Personal sehr aufmerksam, kundenorientiert, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen. Leider hörte man die auf dem Dach angebrachte Klimaanlage permanent. Das wird wahrscheinlich bei den Zimmern vom 2. - 4. Stockwerk anders sein. Eine Möglichkeit, Kaffee und Tee auf dem Zimmer zuzubereiten wäre schön.

• Heini (8/5): Kiva ja rauhalllinen hotelli hyvällä paikalla - Hotellissa oli oikein mukava sänky, ihana aamupala ja se oli erittäin siisti. Lisäksi oli aivan hiljaista ja ei kuulunut edes liikenteen ääntä. Aamupala tarjottiin pöytään, mikä oli oikein kiva kokemus. Sijainnista pidimme, koska vanha kaupunki oli ihan äärellä, Trianan kävelykatu lähellä ja lentoasemalta bussilla pääsi parin sadan metrin päähän. Huone oli pieni ja hieman piti pohtia mihin sijoitamme matkalaukut, kun emme niitä lyhyellä vierailulla viitsineet purkaa. Mutta ei ylipääsemätön ongelma sentään.
• MIRABELA (10/5): A stylish hotel in a perfect historic location - The location is perfect, right in the heart of the historic center of Las Palmas, making it very easy to explore the area on foot. The interiors are very elegant and tasteful, with beautiful details that give the place a lot of character without feeling overdone. It feels stylish but also very comfortable at the same time. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast. It was absolutely exceptional, honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever experienced. Everything was fresh, delicious and beautifully prepared, with a great variety of options. The staff also deserve a special mention. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and always ready to help with recommendations or any information needed. Their attitude made the stay even more enjoyable. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to add a coffee machine in the rooms for those who enjoy a coffee early in the morning.

• Pascal (8/5): Fijn hotel voor een kort verblijf! - Het ontvangst was geweldig, het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het was helaas heel slecht weer (uiteraard kan het hotel daar niets aan doen) en dan biedt het hotel weinig tot geen vertier. Wij hadden een vrij kleine kamer dus moesten echt de deur uit. Het hotel biedt een goed ontbijt maar als je van een ontbijtbuffet houdt dan heb je hier pech want het is een a la carte menu. De locatie is geweldig maar wel gehorig als je aan de straatkant zit dus om de overlast qua geluid en licht te beperken liggen er een slaapmasker en oordopjes klaar. Prima hotel voor een kort verblijf. Was prima!

• Arno (9/5): Schön renoviertes Hotel in perfekter Lage - Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Direkt am Beginn der Altstadt und sehr nahe der Hauptfußgängerzone. In der Nähe des Hotels findet man eine große Auswahl an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Hinter der alten Fassade ist das Hotel modern renoviert. Wir hatten ein relativ kleines Zimmer zum innen liegenden Lichthof des Hotels. Von diesen Zimmern gibt es auf mehreren Etagen jeweils zwei Stück pro Etage. Sehr ruhig, allerdings ist der Lichthof nicht sehr groß. Die Fenster der beiden Lichthofzimmer liegen sich direkt gegenüber. Für Privatsphäre kann man den Vorhang schließen. Unser Zimmer lag im dritten Stock und war ausreichend hell. Wir nehmen aber an, dass die Lichthof-Zimmer im Parterre recht dunkel sind. Die größeren Zimmer des Hotels haben große Fenster zur Frontseite. Sehr schön anzusehen, aber etwas lauter als die Zimmer zum Lichthof. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war es abends in der direkt vor dem Hotel liegenden Fußgängerzone recht ruhig. Wer für guten Schlaf viel Ruhe braucht und auch mit einem kleineren Zimmer zufrieden ist, ist mit den Zimmern zum Lichthof eher auf der sicheren Seite. Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Rezeption war lange besetzt. Sehr gut war das À-la-carte-Frühstück. Das Frühstück besteht aus zwei "Gerichten" aus einer Auswahl von 5 herzhaften und 4 süßen Speisen und wird in zwei Gängen am Tisch serviert. Kaffee und Tee sind Self-Service. Für Urlauber, die mit dem Leihwagen anreisen, sendet das Hotel vorab umfangreiche Informationen zu den Parkmöglichkeiten per Mail. Wir hatten unseren PKW im ca. 300 Meter entfernten Parkhaus 1. Mayo abgestellt. Kosten 12,- Euro pro Tag. Ohne Koffer ganz entspannt vom Hotel zu erreichen. Mit Koffer etwas nervig. Die Anfahrt direkt vor das Hotel ist nicht möglich, da der Eingang in der Fußgängerzone liegt. Maximal ist ein Entladen direkt an der Hauptstraße möglich, von der es dann noch etwa 20 Meter bis zum Hoteleingang sind. Bei der Sauberkeit unseres Zimmers gab es noch Luft nach oben. Aber das ist Klagen auf recht hohem Niveau. Die Handtücher werden nur gewechselt, wenn sie auf den Boden gelegt werden. Das ist ok und gut für das Ökosystem. Es fehlte aber ein Hinweis auf diese Praxis. Der Frühstücksraum ist mit sehr großen Türen zur Fußgängerzone hin offen. Im Hochsommer ist das sicherlich eine feine Sache. Bei etwas kühleren Temperaturen wie wir sie bei unserem Aufenthalt hatten aber recht unangenehm. Eine Ausweichmöglichkeit gibt es hier leider nicht. Sehr unangenehm war die große Anzahl von Stechmücken, die uns bei geöffnetem Fenster im Zimmer besuchte. Wir wissen leider nicht, ob dies ein Dauerzustand vor Ort ist oder ob es an der Lage des Zimmers zum Innenhof liegt. Bei Bedarf hilft das Hotel hier mit einem elektrischen "Mückenstecker" für das Zimmer. Ein Fliegengitter würde zwar die schöne Optik der Zimmer verschlechtern, wäre aus unser Sicht aber ein sinnvolles Upgrade, dass die Übernachtungsqualität für Urlauber, die gerne mit offenem Fenster schlafen, erheblich erhöhen würde.

Re emphasised by the hospitality - Excellent choices for breakfast and the service was friendly and our food etc came quick and it was always delicious. Very helpful staff regarding advice on how to visit other parts of the island and organise pick ups for us. We wished there was a kettle in the room for late cuppas.

• Veasna (10/5): Amazing stay! - We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room had everything we needed and looked exactly like on the pictures - nicely renovated and no noise from outside (we had a view to the backyard) or neighboring rooms. The breakfast allowed us a perfect start into the day. The hotel offered a choice of one savory and one sweet dish every morning and there were plenty of choices available. They also offer gluten-free options easily. Good coffee is also available. Nice area to eat. Location was perfect. The hotel has no parking, but this was very clearly advertised and the staff advised us where we can park outside of the hotel property - easy to reach by foot. All staff members were extremely kind and helpful. They advised us what to visit, where we can try the best food in the area and the even supported us to get some bookings. We are thankful to the hotel and the staff for the lovely experience in Las Palmas! ☺️ Nothing

The breakfast was varied with great choices freshly cooked to order. Enjoyed the terraces for relaxing in the sunshine with great views .Also appreciated the bottled water being replaced every day . The noise from the cobbled street below our balcony . Got noisy with taxis etc pretty early and it did disturb our sleep but we would return and maybe choose a different room .

• Stephanie (10/5): - Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, unser Flug wurde annulliert, und wir mussten uns kurzfristig ein Hotel suchen. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, am nächsten Tag wurde uns ein Lunchpaket fertig gemacht. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

• Josette (9/5): Welcoming, great location, beautiful building, would stay again and definitely recommend - On arrival Gabby was friendly and helpful with information and a personal touch which I appreciated. The hotel is in a beautiful historic building with equally beautiful modern rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom beautiful with high quality fittings. My room was cleaned everyday to a high standard. I have to mention Beatrice who I had lovely conversations with...smiley face. Thank you for my very early morning breakfast when I was leaving, very kind and thoughtful. I had my birthday whilst I was staying and was surprised at breakfast with picture worthy pancakes and fruits, thank you. No dislikes. My room was small internal, it does not have tea/coffee making facilities but there is a coffee shop 1 minute walk away.

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Kylpyhuoneen ovea ei saanut lukkoon. Säilytystilaa /hyllyjä vaatteille ja kylpyhuoneessa tavaroille olisi voinut olla enemmän. Suihkussa kun kävi, vesi levisi laajalle kylpyhuoneen lattialle.
