- Gemma (8/5): Clean, comfortable, quiet stay in Cumbria - Very well placed for exploring Cumbria and the Yorkshire Dales. We stayed here as a stop on the way up to the Scottish Highlands.
Clean and comfortable, peaceful, good value.
Good facilities for the space.
- Barza (10/5): - Very clean, secluded and quiet. The house was very responsive as well The kitchen lacked a stove or a hot plate, which would have been really handy
- amy (10/5): Nice and easy, really lovely touch with the biscuits after a very long drive! - Lovely and clean and cosy Nothing
- Maurice (9/5): -

- Neil (10/5): Perfect stop over has everything you need and very comfortable. - Clean, spacious, comfortable and all mod cons. Nothing
- sarah (10/5): Beautiful self catering accommodation, perfect for a stopover - Clean, comfortable with everything you need.
- Jwaltz (8/5): Lovely host and has everything you need - Lovely host, very welcoming. Accommodation had everything we needed for a short stay, including hair dryer and lots of nice little touches like towels, robes, biscuits and fresh milk. Location was ideal for us. Was generally clean but a few areas need more attention, microwave was dirty inside, hairs and stubble in shower from previous visitors. Mould around the window near the bed which is terrible if you suffer with asthma. The heating went off in the night so was pretty cold, although an electric heater was provided but I didn't think I was supposed to leave that on all night. Bedding was very clean and comfortable.
- Gareth (10/5): -
- Yvonne (10/5): - Very clean and a great location for us to stay over after a Spa day at the nearby (10 minutes away) Whinfell Centre Parcs. The Host Karen was very helpfull and answered our queries straight away. Nothing everything was perfect.
- VIVIEN (10/5): -
- Elizabeth (10/5): Perfectly splendid little annex!! - Easy access with key code, host confirmation before arrival. Warm, cosy, clean, everything was thought out for a perfectly comfortable stay. Host kept in contact answering quickly. Hot shower, clean towels. Great bed to sink into after a long journey. We loved our stay so much we booked on the way back. Definitely stay again 10/10!! Nothing to dislike!!
- Christine (10/5): Great halfway stopping point for a Norfolk to Scotland trip. - Very cozy and Had everything needed for an overnight stopover.
- Eirlys (10/5): - A welcome overnight stopover on our way home from Scotland. The annexe had everything we needed. A comfortable bed with soft linen and a quiet location. We wished we could have stayed longer. Our host was so friendly and accommodating. We would recommend a stay in Eden's annexe. Five stars. 🌟 Nothing to dislike.
- Denise (10/5): - The bed is SO comfortable .! .
Lovely accommodation. Perfect for my stay.
- Alan (10/5): -
- Alison (10/5): - Everything N/A
- Robert (9/5): Lovely hosts - very comfortable! - Really kind host! She didn't insist on us leaving by 10am. That was really important to us as we had arrived very late at night after a very long drive. Much appreciated. All good
- Theresa (10/5): Great for a stopover on the way to Scotland - Lovely annex at the side of the hosts house. Looks just as in the pictures - a comfortable bed, lounge area, good shower room, and separate kitchen. All very clean and nice. Kitchen seemed well equipped too and has an air fryer and microwave but no oven ( not an issue for us) It could use a shelf in the bathroom for make up and stuff but apart from that, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

- Samantha (10/5): Lovely place to stay. We also met the owner who is lovely too. - Very modern, clean and comfortable.
- John-paul (10/5): Luxury stay - Standout feature was the luxurious bedding and pillows. Nothing. But a clothes drying rack would be a great addition.
- Laura (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeanette (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the Annexe, it was immaculately clean and spacious. A nice sofa made a change from a small chair in hotel rooms and plenty of visitor info and magazines to read. The bed was so comfortable with great pillows. It was lovely and quiet and felt just like coming home at the end of the day. Lovely touches like milk in fridge and biscuits on bench in the kitchen made it very welcoming. Lovely powerful shower and plenty hot water and again bathroom, towels and robes were soft and immaculately clean. Couldn't fault it. Definately on my return list for future. I never met the host but hanks Karen, you should be very proud of Eden's Annexe♥️ Nothing
- Julia (10/5): Great place to stay - This is the second time we have stayed at Edens annexed and it won't be the last. Can't fault it. Would recommend to any of my friends or family No complaints
- Bencuth (9/5): Superb homely accommodation and ideal location for exploring the Lakes. - Ideal location and accommodation for exploring the Lakes! The Annexe is a modern in design, and has a real homely feel to it. The bed is incredibly comfy, and exactly what you need after a long day exploring. Lots of lovely touches on arrival as well. Would 100% return.
- Ian (9/5): Comfortable and convenient for the Lakes and Pennines/Dales. - Spacious room, comfortable bed, decent kitchen facilities given its smaller size. Microwave also acts as an oven, plus there's an air fryer available. Could have done with an ice box in the fridge to freeze blocks for cooler box.
- Alison (7/5): Good -
- Roger (9/5): Superb - Comfortable and clean. Exceptional value for money
- Janine (10/5): Top stay - Very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and couch to sit on. Met the host and was given some advice on what to do. We were greeted with some biscuits to enjoy. Lovely pottery crockery and in a super quiet location. I would have liked a microwave to use for an easy dinner. This is just my preference as I don’t use an air fryer.
- Life0bri (9/5): Superb -
- Denise (10/5): A Real Gem - Everything! Especially the bed which is SO comfortable.
Thank you for the biscuits, much appreciated. Nothing
- Darren (10/5): Fabulous stay. Lovely property. Great location. Super-friendly host. - Little touches such as jug of milk in the fridge, the super fluffy towels, an extra Toilet Roll, Artisan crockery set and spare Tea-towel made all the difference. Great to have an outside seating space in the sunshine. The coffee table lifts up to be the perfect height to do a Jigsaw! Fab Location to explore the Eden Valley. We brought our recycling home. There was nowhere obvious to put it, and we did not want to put it in the bin.
- Victoria (9/5): Nice, quiet and private space. Great relaxing few days ☺️ - Comfortable bed
Spotlessly clean
Lovely extras - milk in fridge and fully stocked kitchenette

- Lyn (10/5): Very comfortable and owner very welcoming - Not applicable
- Lynda (8/5): A lovely place in a small village. We enjoyed our stay. - All in all good and we enjoyed our stay, so all of the below are just small things.
We felt that privacy was compromised by no blinds at the front window.
Appreciated the supply of tea etc.
In our experience nowadays there is usually a supply of shower gel/shampoo in other establishments at the price charged.
The infuser had a very strong sickly smell which affected our stay and we had to move it. Smells are very personal to the individual.
- Alison (10/5): Perfect in every way. - Everything It could not have been better
- Penny (10/5): A total delight. - The whole place smelt lovely, clean and fresh. Nice biscuits left, fresh milk in fridge, tea, coffee, sugar also provided. Really well-equipped mini-kitchen; even a washing machine! Nothing! It was beautiful; I described it as “A little gem” in the visitors’ book. It was so well thought out, tastefully styled and well equipped that I couldn’t fault it.

- Linda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Barbara (9/5): Would like to stay again but I’ve no choice of date. - Better than the photo shows. Excellent! Nothing except that it’s a little off the M6 & I’d to drive through a rather deep flood on the road to get there.
It so happens that a hob would have helped me because I’d brought a ‘ready meal’ that couldn’t be prepared using the microwave or air fryer provided .. but that’s entirely my fault!
- Jasmine (10/5): Lovely place, great nights sleep in the world’s comfiest bed before our hike the next day! Thankyou! - Very well equipped and the comfiest bed I have ever slept in!!
