• Rahul (1/5): Nightmare! - Nothing Place was extremely shitty. Booking.com should remove the property from listing. Pictures online were fake. Ac was not working. We left the property at mid night as no one was there to address the issues.

Wall.. paper thin can hear next door neighbors talking...

• Leslie (10/5): - They were very friendly and helped us a lot! The places was very clean! This place is perfect if you need to stay for a night to go the island! Just be aware they don’t speak a lot of English but they send all the instruction very clear, so you won’t have problems :)

• Linda (8/5): Simple and lovely stay at this homestay - The stay was okay, the room was fine, the bed was okay and the ladies bathroom was alright. Yes, the rooms are a bit small, but I had enough space to put my backpack down. Two large fans, temperature was absolutely fine. Yes, the bathroom is not that big and the shower is close to the toilet but I had plenty of space between them. Also very nice hot water. The kitchen and living room area were basic. Besut is often for a quick night and then taking the boat. It’s perfectly for that. And also very close to the peer. The walls are a bit thin, so it can be noisy but I had no trouble with any noise. Also did not hear a morning call from the Mosk, even though it is Ramadan. Do not expect luxury, spotless cleaness or no bugs/insects. Book a hotel if you are looking for that, not a homestay. Pricewise it was very decent with what you get. You can lock your room from in and outside. The people from the homestay were the best. They really tried to help me with transport getting there at night.

• Aura Lucia (10/5): Very convenient - Clean, I needed a place to sleep before ferry to the islands. Sell check in, clear instructions given. The living space was very spacious. Kitchen useful if you stay for more days. Everything was spotless clean. Close walk to the ferry. 13 minutes walk to the bus station.

• Jasmine (1/5): Don’t book this! - Nothing!! When we arrived, we were stood outside waiting for ages as the owner had not sent any check-in details and the doors were locked. We called both numbers multiple times but they wouldn’t answer. They eventually sent a text message which included a code to the main door and a code to our room. But they wouldn’t answer the phone. When we entered room, it was not what we booked. We booked a double room but they had given us a much smaller room. We called them again multiple times and no answer so left a text message. They sent us to a different room (which was the one we booked). At this point, we realised all the codes to the rooms were just the room numbers which made us feel unsafe to stay or to leave our things. Poor organisation… luckily it was just us staying here (not surprised) and we didn’t unlock and walk into someone else’s room. Both rooms and the building in general stunk of damp and black mould. The worst thing was that the room was completely damp, even the mattress. The bed smelt of damp and sweat. I tried to call the owner again, but no answer. I left them multiple messages and pictures of the damp but they wouldn’t reply. I called and messaged them later on but still no response. Even the day after, they still haven’t replied. The toilet wouldn’t flush, the shower wouldn’t work and the light switch was broken in the toilet. Again, the toilet was damp and mouldy. It is just appalling as we were unable to use the facilities or sleep here. So not worth the money and poor communication from the owner.

Piccolissime, con SOLO il letto (nessuna sedia, armadio, attaccapanni). Il bagno, molto piccolo, era in comune tra 5 stanze. Nella prenotazione questo non era assolutamente chiaro.
• Izzat (1/5): This place is really not suitable for bringing family. - I like a spacious and comfortable living room, and with Google TV, it’s really great. I thought I booked a house with 3 rooms just for us, but it turned out to be only 1 room, while the other 2 rooms were shared with other people. Everyone else in the house also thought the same as me that the whole place was supposed to be ours. Please explain this clearly to customers so they can understand the situation better and avoid confusion. This is especially important for women guests to know, so they can be extra careful when sharing a house with strangers.

• Elisabete (6/5): It served me as well as it could. - It was very simple but clean and secure place. It is a self check in place, visible and straight forward instructions, just next to the Jetty, with nice food around the corner, it was a last minute booking and for a night it was good enough.

Precio excesivamente CARO para: no tener AC, solo hervidor en la cocina, dispensador de agua SOLO al natural y NO CAMBIAN EL BOTELLON. Solo lo rellenan, con que agua...? Al sentir sabor raro al agua, lo identifique y comprobé q no cambian la botella solo la rellenan. La separacion de cuartos son tabiques de madera que no llegan al techo...privacidad poca. La seguridad de la habitación: la foto habla por si sola Tomacorriente en dormitorio: localizado en lugar muy incómodo ( teléfono queda colgado o sobre la cama...)

• Georgiana (7/5): It does it's job - The hostel is meant to be a place to sleep while taking the ferry and it fulfills this function perfectly. The room had what I needed: a bed and a rack for clothes. Unfortunately no air conditioning but it wasn't really needed since it rained a lot the night I got there. The bathrooms were clean and the shower had hot water and soap. In the kitchen there was tea, water refills and a kettle. The instructions given for self check-in were very clear. A basic but functional place to stay for one night. No air conditioning
