• Caria (10/5): Wonderful and beautiful - It was very clean and comfortable As beautiful as the inside was, the outside needs some work. I would recommend a great local landscaper.
• Angel (10/5): Lovely, relaxing and peaceful - My wife and I loved the Florida room and the kitchen was lovely. I was a little disappointed there was not hammock but the swing chair was a good replacement.

• Debbie (9/5): - The staff was very helpful. During my visit, the carbon dioxide alarm sounded off around 8/9pm. I messaged the hosts, and they got back to me in just a few minutes. Their handyman lives on the other side of the home, and he came right over. The alarm was stopped, and I could go back inside within a few minutes.
• Debbie (8/5): - The home is very quaint and wellkept. I have 3 or 4 favorites in the area, and I really felt relaxed here. Shopping is close by. Weeki Wachee State Park is less than 10 miles. My first night, I slept in the smaller room as it's so cute.

• Allison (3/5): Would not stay here again - It was clean Not a lot of kitchen ware back yard was overgrown and smelled bad like a bad septic field ..electric fixture on screen porch had water pouring thru it when it rained. Everyone had big dogs and was scared they were going to jump fences. Did not feel safe. The silky sheets in the master were very hot wound up changing them to the cotton ones. Killed a few cockroaches didn’t like that. House not well lit we came in at night it was hard to find couldn’t see the house numbers

• Gloria (7/5): It was the most economical stay for the weekend. It met our needs. - The Master Bathroom was excellent, the Kitchen was excellent. The rest was good. Very poorly lit.

• Amy (10/5): I would recommend to anyone looking to be in the area. - It is a pretty little house kept very clean, with everything a group could need for a vacation. The lanai and backyard are very pretty and great for gatherings. There were some lights out. Low water pressure in the shower.

• George (10/5): Perfect - Very nice and spacious, very affordable conveniently located within 45 minutes from multiple beaches and crystal river. 2 miles from a grocery store. Back yard is great has plenty of seating some in a screened in porch some more by the fire pit. Plus a excellent grill There's a hot tub, but doesn't work. Hopefully it will be working when I come back in January 2026

Safe neighborhood, very quiet. 10 minutes to weeki wachee. Grocery stores gas stations and restaurants all very close, great location. It would have been cool if we had a grill 😁
• Edgar (8/5): Comfortable stay - Cleanliness ( immaculate)and decor of the interior; great water pressure , being able to use the washing machine, spacious kitchen , and comfortable pillows and king size bed. The lighting in the dining room could be brighter, there is a strange odor in the small bedroom and the front yard could use some trimming and weeding for curb appeal and better first impression. May need to replace the sofa by the window.

• Tango (10/5): Fantastic location for Spring Hill House that is comfortable and well furnished - Nice quiet neighborhood. Nice house with two comfortable bedrooms. TV in living room and largest bedroom. Ceiling fans in each room. Beautiful screened in porch and fenced in backyard. Definitely a cooking kitchen with appliances, utensils, dishwasher. Laundry room. Location was really great regardless of where we were going. We definitely recommend it for a family or snow birds. We were super happy with everything! Livingroom furniture was not super supportive but it was fine for watching TV.
