- mgseen (8/5): Top location-comfortable apartment. - The accommodation is located in a prime location, walking distance to Plaza Mayor, metro stations, cercanías trains, supermarkets and more. The apartment itself is very comfortable, well equipped and with everything you might need for a comfortable stay in Madrid. The apartment mentions a "balcony" but is just a french balcony, so its a bit misleading. Wasn't a problem for us but to keep in mind. I appreciate that they gave me a call to ask how everything was and to confirm the security deposit was reimbursed. We didn't like that there was not enough toilet paper and detergent, and when we asked if they could provide more they replied that its only "a welcome kit" and they don't give additional. Since in the description of the apartment it says that these things are provided, this was an unpleasant response. Another thing that we would have like to have is some cooking essentials as oil and pepper/salt, maybe some courtesy tea and/or coffee. We usually stay in this type of apartments and is usual practice to be provided with these things.
- Lucia (9/5): Lovely flat in a nice neighborhood - The flat is in a great location, close to a metro station and with plenty of bus options nearby, making it easy to get around. Also, there are many grocery stores around. It was clean and came with a well-equipped kitchen, including a large fridge and a washing machine, which was very convenient. The Wi-Fi worked well. Flat needs small fixes: radiators didnt work but there is an AC which heats well. Bathroom door needs fixing
