- Valeriya (8/5): - Spotless clean, nice and comfortable room at a very good location - near a park, restaurants and cafes and at a walking distance from the center. The additional city tax payable on site wasn't correctly indicated on booking.com and was separately communicated in the message for check-in. The expectation was to pay 5 eur per person per stay, while in reality the city tax was 5.8 eur per person per night (in total for 3 persons x 3 nights 15 eur Vs. over 50 eur - quite a difference!). This should be addressed and corrected. During our stay there were renovation works in the building and because of this there was a net in front of the window that was blocking the daylight. We could still open the window for fresh air, but there was no light. Not the property's fault, though.

- Katarzyna (7/5): Dobry nocleg - Proces dostania się do obiektu został bardzo dobrze opisany przez Ottavię, nie było w tym zakresie problemu. Przestronny pokój. Bardzo czysto. W holu można zrobić kawę i wodę (herbatę trzeba mieć swoją). W pokoju było ciepło (połowa października), dostępna była również klimatyzacja w razie potrzeby. Okno można było otworzyć. Lokalizacja obiektu jest w porządku. Piękny park w pobliżu i naprawdę miła okolica. Na pieszo dość daleko do stacji kolejowej (realnie ok.40 min marszu), jednak niedaleko (ok.3 min) jest przystanek autobusowy, z którego można dostać się do dworca. W pokoju były dwie filiżanki i jeden talerzyk. W pokoju dostępna była działająca lodówka oraz stabilne WiFi. - Niestety jest duża dezinformacja w zakresie spożywania jedzenia. W komunikacji z Zarządzającą oraz później w samym obiekcie można się dowiedzieć, że spożywanie jedzenia na obiekcie jest zabronione. Jest to szczególnie uciążliwe przy krótkich, budżetowych wyjazdach, tym bardziej z osobami starszymi lub chorującymi na cukrzycę gdzie regularność posiłków jest bardzo istotna. Tym bardziej, że obiekt niby oferuje, niby nie oferuje śniadań - komunikacja nie jest spójna. W FAQ dla podróżujących mamy: "Czy śniadanie jest serwowane? Opcja ze śniadaniem nie jest dostępna." A już poniżej: "Jaki rodzaj śniadania jest dostępny w obiekcie Il Tiro Rooms? Goście zatrzymujący się w obiekcie Il Tiro Rooms w trakcie pobytu docenią wysoko oceniane śniadanie (ocena gości: 5). Opcje śniadaniowe obejmują: kontynentalne, włoskie, wegańskie, bezglutenowe, w formie bufetu". Warto zaktualizować te informacje oraz dodać informację o zakazie jedzenia w "Niezbędnych informacjach dla gości tego obiektu". W przypadku ładnej pogody można skusić się na własny piknik w pobliskim parku. - Skuteczna komunikacja jest tylko przez Whatsapp, jesli ktoś nie korzysta nie wiem czy możliwy jest check-in nawet... Ja musiałam prosić innego uczestnika podróży o prowadzenie komunikacji z Zarządcą, ponieważ nie korzystam z tej aplikacji. Komunikacja przez Booking czy e-mail jest niezwykle trudna. - Proces check-in jest przesunięty na ostatnią chwilę. W 2-3 dni przed przyjazdem jest wysyłany odnośnik do portalu. Wymagane są wszystkie dowody osobiste, co czasem jest trudne na ostatnią chwilę. Nie mówiąc o bezpieczeństwie danych osobowych. - Pewnie to się zmienia, ale aktualnie (2025) podatek miejski to 5,8Euro za noc za osobę. Więcej niż w Rzymie... Płatne gotówką w obiekcie.

- Serena (9/5): Un soggiorno breve, ma in una posizione centrale e in una stanza molto confortevole - Struttura molto centrale, in una zona che ha tanti servizi intorno. La camera era pulita e la zona comune aveva una macchinata per il caffè, moto accogliente. Purtroppo, siamo rimaste fuori dal Portone perché ci eravamo dimenticate le chiavi e la ragazza è stata gentilissima ed è venuta poco dopo a darci una mano. Mancava qualche bottiglietta d’acqua che sarebbe stata gradevole, ma per il resto tutto perfetto!

- Agata (9/5): Clean room in a very good location - Very good and convenient location, very clean and big room. I was happy to have air-condition in the room, as it was very hot outside. Safe neighbourhood, close to many places where you can eat or have a drink. Very close to a nice park, walking distance to all city attractions and a bus stop. I did not need to open the window, but it would be very hard to sleep with the window open in my room due to the traffic noise outside.

Pokój bardzo skromnie wyposażony i z dziwnymi restrykcjami (np takimi: wode wypić wolno ale wina już nie, nie mówiąc o calkowitym zakazie jedzenia w pokoju), o ktorych nie ma mowy podczas rezerwacji i w opisie obiektu. Podczas trzydniowego pobytu z łazienki nieustannie podśmiardywało kanalizacją. Za pobyt właściciel zarządał od nas 50 euro oplaty klimatycznej gdzie podczas rezerwacji na stronie booking byla informacja o 5euro /os.

- Vera (9/5): Superb - The rooms are well located near the main monuments in the center. Grocery and pizzeria just downstairs. Easily reachable by city buses. Accomodation offers free coffee and tea.
- Aha_berlin (9/5): Charming, quiet and calm - Charming little room with comfy bed. Really quiet and calm: no sounds from the street ( room to the backyard) or neighbours/ other guests. Everything can easily be reached by bus or bike. Would definitely come again.
- Sumeyye (8/5): Nice stay - The room was good for the money, the property was closed to bus stop and markets/restaurants etc We stayed three nights but never got room service. The first day the house keeper came into the room while we were sleeping🥶 at 10 AM! And then unfortunately she never cleaned our room; which was unfortunate and uncomfortable. It was very difficult to get an Uber to and from the central station in the evening.

They dont change sheets or clean the roomm even after 3 days. Small room not well lit. I would say if you only want a good location then this place is OK. If want anything more, beware.

- Robert (6/5): Pleasant - It's spacious, well equiped with towels Noisy - it's located on a bussy road with public transportation going day and night. You are not allowed to eat on the premises. Not sure why, but this is stated on the house rules. I am not a fun of eating in the room but it's strange not to be able to take a pizza and eat it in the common area where you have tables and chairs.
- Ivan (10/5): Long and wonderful stay at Il Tiro Rooms - Communication about the check-in and whole that process was pretty straightforward with the host, everything on time, easy to handle. Location quite good, neighborhood is nice and enjoyable and it allows to walk to first part of the city center in some 10 minutes or so. Although it seems a little bit far from for example train station it is well connected with the public transport via bus. Room itself had enough space, clean, good facilities, after a few days also a regular clean up and new set of towels. If trying to be picky in this for sure pleasant stay there are few things. Free toiletries in the room did not include shampoo, maybe this can be improved. Rarely bathroom ventilation in the room had bad smell. Otherwise keep up the good work.

- Min (5/5): Would not stay here again. - Room is clean. Host is friendly, but could have been more proactive and more helpful. For example, when I asked for help to book a taxi, only provided phone numbers, but language is an issue for me. Rooms are on the 1st floor, and there is no elevator. Therefore, need to drag our heavy bags all the way to the first floor! Also, since I was driving there, there is no parking in front of the building, so need to park and drag our bags to the building, and then up to our room. Wifi is crap - can hardly move! Though coffee machine and capsules are provided, there is no water. We need to refill our own water to prepare coffee. Location is a bit too far from the centro.
- Yin (8/5): Loved the location and very helpful host! - Location, this street has amazing little shops from cafes, patteseries, cremarie, other speciality shops. Being on the edge of the center you’re around more locals than tourists, I loved that. Host was superb and very responsive once you’ve checked in. She was super helpful with restaurant and event bookings, recommendations were great too, and really tried her best to meet every request. I appreciated her a lot. The room smelled of smoke that never went away through my 3 nights stay, I’m not sure if it’s an Italian thing but 3 out of 6 Italian b&b I stayed in on this trip smelled of smoke, I did notice a strong smoking culture in the country. The drainage system smelled and they keep sending the plumber but it remained till the very end. A large part of the building is still under restoration works and an elevator is being installed. I see great potential in the building but for now there’s construction dust in the air that for those who are sensitive may suffer mildly.

Clean and big bathroom. Maybe the keyless system can be confusing for someone, but it is not that hard. All good 😊
