- Óscar Luis (10/5): Tranquilo, limpio y cerca de Madrid - Me encantó el alojamiento. Súper limpio, tranquilo y calidad precio inmejorable. Nos desplazamos a Madrid en transporte público. En 30 minutos estábamos en la Gran Vía. Repetiremos seguro.

- David (8/5): Tranquilo, con cocina compartida pero con el baño fuera de la habitación. - La verdad que el tiempo que estuvimos, aunque había otras habitaciones ocupadas, la casa era super tranquila y silenciosa. Estuvimos muy agusto. El baño, aunque de uso exclusivo, estaba fuera de la habitación. Es verdad que lo pone en la página de booking, simplemente es algo importante a tener en cuenta.

- Eugenia (5/5): mala experiencia - nada en especial la habiutacion sin ventana, no hay baño privado, baño es común para dos habitaciones , encima cerrado con llaves. la llave de mi habitación estaba rota. ho la he podido abrir. llame al anfitrión, no me correspondió. una chica de otra habitación me la pode ayudar. pero yo sin s¡cerrar la habitación ni para salir al baño, no por la noche. Tenia miedo de quedarme cerrada en una habitación con cerradura rota. trapos después de la limpieza tirados en el suelo olvidados. me provoco mucho ansiedad este sitio. Visino de al lado: un indio o no se de que nacionalidad, a las 23:30 tenia visita y gritaban como locos hablando. Como no hay aislamiento, los escuche todo el rato. G¡hasta que le he dado un toque para que hablan mas bajo. Después la visita se ha ido y si estaba bien. Pero entre la cerradura, ausencia de ventana, BAÑO NO PRIVADO, sino COMUN!!! y gritos, no descanse. No volver alli mas.
- Piotr (8/5): Obiekt oceniam bardzo dobry w stosunku do ceny - Bardzo czysto, okolica bardzo spokojna. Pozostali lokatorzy zachowywali się bardzo głośno, trzaskanie drzwiami w środku nocy, głośne rozmowy, ściany bardzo cienkie, wszystko słychać.

- Sergio (2/5): Leed las reseñas antes de reservar. - La habitación estaba limpia y tiene bomba de aire frío/calor. Las fotos engañan: pensábamos que alquilábamos un apartamento completo y, sorpresa, en realidad es solo una habitación, con las zonas comunes compartidas (incluso algunos baños están fuera de la habitación). Y ahora leyendo reseyas, he visto que no somos los únicos "sorprendidos". La habitación es diminuta (y no había tele... Aunque se anuncia con que sí la hay), baño diminuto también, y el colchón… terrible: de muelles y roto. Solo hay que verlo cuando cambias las sábanas. Es lamentable que se alquile eso por el precio que tiene, teniendo además que compartir el comedor-cocina con desconocidos. Lo peor fue que teníamos un examen de oposición al día siguiente y pasamos una noche horrible. Entre el colchón y las paredes de papel (se oye absolutamente todo), no pudimos descansar más de 4-5 horas. Hubo gente en la zona común hablando hasta tarde y tuvimos que pedirles varias veces que bajasen la voz, que les estábamos oyendo. Se pusieron a surrurar, pero se oía igual, además, que cada vez que iban al baño tienen que pasar por delante de nuestra puerta para ir a su baño, que está justo al otro lado de nuestra habitación. Si queréis descansar, como haya más gente alquilando no es vuestro sitio. No volveremos, desde luego. Espero que leáis esto antes de reservar y no os pase como a nosotros. Ah, y el congelador, por si fuera poco, estaba lleno: ni un hueco para guardar nada (siendo, además, ese el único motivo por el que necesitábamos un apartamento).

- Sorin (6/5): - Baia este in afara camerei. La camera numarul 3 se trece printr o curte mica pentru a ajunge la baie. Curte prin care trec si alti oameni ce sunt cazati la locatie. Baia nu poate fi incuiata desi este privata, astfel exista posibilitatea sa o foloseasca si altii. Bucataria este comuna ceea ce este neplacut pentru ca unii oaspeti stateau foarte mult pentru a se relaxa in acea bucatrie si nu am putut sa mergem sa gatim ceva. Patul foarte mic iar camera foarte prost izolata termic, fiind extrem extrem de cald fara aer conditionat. Aerul conditionat a trebuit sa fie pornit non stop pentru a putea sta in camera ceea ce e neplacut. Zona foarte incurcata. Parcare pe strazile din jur in fata caselor, destul de greu de gasit.. Cu siguranta nu as mai reveni la aceasta cazare.

- Mary (8/5): Short stay in the location I wanted. - Good value for money. There are steps to the attic room so would not be suitable for everyone. There were ants in the room. I pointed them to the cleaning lady and she hoovered them.

- Guglielmo (5/5): Passable for a few nights but won't be booking there again. - Easy and stress free check-in and check-out. Location was ok, centre easily reached. There is air conditioning in the room Humidity in the room was too excessive and therefore the smell was unpleasant. The room was presented as "with terrace" which is not just yours, whoever staying in the building can access it. Door is made of glass, with no curtains or blinds for darkness or privacy. The room was presented with a "mountain view". I would like to take the same thing whoever wrote that took when they hallucinated and saw those mountains.
