• Ana Carolina (10/5): Inesquecível - Gostei de tudo. O lugar é muito bonito, o quarto é aconchegante e muito bem decorado, em um estilo mais rústico de muito bom gosto, espaçoso, com chaleira eletrica e chás disponíveis. O banheiro é grande e muito bonito também, seguindo a mesma proposta do quarto. Além de tudo isso, a gentileza e atenção da Ana, anfitriã da acomodação, fez a hospedagem ficar ainda mais especial. O café da manhã, preparando por ela, é maravilhos e tem todo um cuidado de variá-lo durante os dias. Só tenho a agradecer à Ana e espero retornar um dia. Arriivederci!
• Chris (10/5): Prachtig verblijf met fantastische gastvrouw! - De locatie is top. Heel rustig met mooie vergezichten en ideaal om de omgeving te verkennen. Een echte oase in Pienza. De gastvrouw Ana maakt de ervaring onvergetelijk. Zij zorgt elke morgen met heel veel toewijding voor een lekker ontbijt en kookt één keer per week een lekkere homemade maaltijd. • Craig (10/5): Piece of Heaven!! - Staying at Vento d’Orcia was the highlight of our 16 days in Italy! It is truly a piece of heaven!! Words cannot describe how beautiful and peaceful it is! The views are gorgeous! Our room was beautiful and so comfortable. Anna is a wonderful host! Every morning she cooked and baked us the most delicious breakfast! The location is 5 minutes from town and central to so many day trips. We did not want to leave but we will treasure our memories of our stay there! Thank you Anna!!

• Thomas (10/5): Toskana pur! - 1 Woche Toskana, 1 Woche war es wie "ein Zuhause". Nach einem Tag in dieser wundervollen Gegend konnten wir es fast schon nicht mehr erwarten den Sonnenuntergang im Garten/Pavillon mit einem Glas Rotwein zu genießen, begleitet von Vogelgesang und dem leichten Rauschen des Windes durch die angrenzenden Felder. Diese Aussicht in die Ferne hat uns schon bei der Ankunft den Atem geraubt. Das Frühstück, was JEDEN Morgen unserer Reise frisch von Anna zubereitet wurde, war der perfekte Einstieg des Tages. Lokale Produkte die JEDEN Morgen gewechselt haben wurden wirklich persönlich zubereitet und serviert. Mit dieser Aussicht, Fellnasen und frischem Cappuccino kann der Tag nur gut werden! Das Zimmer, was etwas "abgelegener" und privater am Haus angesetzt wurde als die anderen 2 Gästezimmer, war einfach nur gemütlich und wirkte perfekt eingerichtet. Makellos sauber, das Bett unfassbar bequem. Super auch der kleine Kühlschrank und der Luftentfeuchter im Bad. Da das Zimmer auch am angrenzenden "Aufenhaltszimmer" bzw. Frühstücksraum (falls das Wetter mal schlechter ist) grenzt, hat man nur ein paar Schritte um das unfassbar leckere Frühstück zu sich zu nehmen. Und wenn man bei sonnigen Morgenstunden die Vorhänge beiseite schiebt und aus dem Fenster die Aussicht genießen kann, kann es einem nur gut gehen. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist ein Traum! Einfach Toskana wie man es aus Filmen kennt. Die Lage ruhig, nur eine eher "Seitenstraße" führt direkt zum Eingangstor. Dort wird man auch schon vom liebevollen Haushund begrüßt und das Auto wird im Carport geparkt. Ein paar Meter Weg davon Richtung Haus verschlägt es einem dann wirklich die Sprache. Es begrüßen dich Anna und ihre süßen Katzen herzlich, während dieses Steinhaus mit den umliegenden grünen Feldern und der Weite auf die hügelige Landschaft fast schon kitschig verschmilzt. Selten etwas schöneres gesehen.

O hotel fica próxima três cidades turísticas da Toscana (Pienza, Montalcino e Montefiorale) qual fomo visitar. Ótima culinária, vinhos e tudo que a Itália pode oferecer. A dona do hotel, Ana, foi muito prestativa e educada, forneceu um café da manhã excelente! No dia de ir embora, tínhamos que ir embora antes do café, ela deixou uma sacolinha com frutas e bolinhos frescos para podemos comer durante a viagem. Um cuidado de quem se preocupa com os hóspedes! A acomodação é linda, visual incrível para tirar quantos fotos puder!! Voltarei com certeza! Recomendo!

• David (10/5): I recommend Vento Val d'Orcia without reservation. Grazie mille, Ana! - I spent 3 days at Vento Val d'Orcia in late February. The relaxed ambience of the beautiful location, the dwelling itself, the exceedingly comfortable, tastefully decorated room with an eclectic and esthetic mix of pleasing colors, textures, and furniture, and lastly the genuinely kind, gracious, and welcoming temperament of Ana with her guests is, in my experience, unmatched. Breakfast was a delicious organic, healthy, handcrafted visual and gustatory delight. Fruit, homemade yogurt, at least two different pastries (and the pastries varied day to day), fresh organic apple juice with no sugar added, delicious scrambled eggs made with olive oil and oat milk. I was lucky enough to have dinner one night. It was a “simple” multidimensional dinner that again reflected the same creativity and eye to health and sensory appeal. All of the homemade food was simply delicious and uniquely special. It was a quietly masterful display of Ana's creative mind at work. It was topped off by after dinner proprietary homemade arancello. Ana offers up the opportunity to experience something that is nourishing, comforting, delightful, fun, empathically attuned, and restorative. I think she is an artist in residence who creates small pleasing scenes from a few brush strokes to more sophisticated pieces of work that reflect a sophisticated understanding of tasteful complexity while also only combining just the essential ingredients without unnecessary additives or fillers to inflate, distract, or devalue. What is provided is elegantly and eloquently natural, unassuming, just like the natural Tuscan countryside, as well the owners. It is an impressive accomplishment, and a privilege to have experienced. The attitude is conveyed in the place, the decor, the food, and the genuine warmth and interpersonal ease freely offered by Ana. It is clear Ana loves doing what she does, and she does it gracefully and freely without reserve, as the creation and how it lands are more important. I wish I would have booked for a longer stay than 3 days.

The location, the facilities and especially the proprietor, Ana, surpassed expectations. A beautiful spot in the Tuscan countryside with a very relaxing atmosphere and homemade breakfast offerings from local farms. • Clarisse (10/5): - Vento D'orcia não é exatamente um agriturismo, mas um B&B incrivel perto de Pienza. Foi um dos lugares mais legais que nos hospedamos. Ficamos duas noites, mas teria facilmente ficado mais alguns dias se pudesse. É uma típica casa Toscana , onde a Anfitriã vive e administra 3 quartos para hóspedes. A casa em si é belíssima, rústica e sofisticada na medida certa, extremamente aconchegante. A área externa é maravilhosa, uma das vistas mais bonitas que tivemos na viagem, perfeito pra ver o por do sol, tomar um vinho, um chá, ler um livro, ou apenas sentir a paz do vale. Nós até dessitimos de sair no ultimo dia pra apenas ficar curtindo o local. O quarto é impecável, extremamanete limpo, com ammenities, chá, café e água a disposição. A cama é super confortável, o aquecedor funciona super bem, e o chuveiro também é ótimo, além do bonus de ser a única hospedagem em 20 dias na itália que tinha uma Smartv. Todos os detalhes são pensados pro conforto do hóspede. O café da manhã é na sala de jantar, junto com os outros hóspedes a depender do horário, e é preparado diariamente pela Anna com ingredientes locais, que sempre faz questão de oferecer uma opção salgada além dos doces, além de sucos e cafes feito na hora. Tudo delicioso, fresco. O acesso é bem fácil, nao precisa pegar estrada de chão. NA

Sus desayunos son increíbles, mejor que cualquier hotel de 5 estrellas. Un desayuno personalizado y único cada dia con algo nuevo! Ambiente intimo, aislado, y excelente ubicación para ir en auto a visitar la Toscana. Recomiendo 100%! No podia ser mejor!

• Carissa (8/5): Authentic, Italian hospitality in a beautifully designed space. - The location is beautiful. 3km from Pienza, on well kept land overlooking fields, easy parking. The warmth and hospitality of Ana and her family were exceptional. The design of the space and the room is charming and picture perfect. The breakfast, handmade and beautifully presented. The authenticity and care you'd want when travelling from home to home. We were warm, the shower is great, the light in the room and facilities are all you can ask for. There is nothing not to like. I might have preferred a buffet breakfast but that's a personal choice.
• HONGSHENG (10/5): - Such a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect, and you can feel the care Ana puts into every detail. The room was clean, cozy, and felt like home. The homemade breakfast was delicious (more generous than what I showed in the photo) and the garden has an amazing view — perfect for sunrise and sunset. We’d definitely stay here again when we come back to Tuscany.

• martamunk (10/5): Charming nature stay - Vento Dorcia is a dream in Val Dorcia. Clean, spacious and with every detail well thought. Ana is a great host and she prepares an amazing breakfast. You have the ioption to have her cook you dinner too, which is a fab plus. The room is ample, comfy, modern but super charming. Views are stunning. An ideal place to relax and embrace the Val Dorcia atmosphere. Pienza and other towns are super close, so you have the best for both worlds: nature & tranquility wiith some urban optios close by. Given check in is 4pm and check out is 10:30 you dont really get to enjoy the place as much unless you stay 2 nights. In Autumn/Winter it gets dark at 5pm, so you also get little day light with these check in and out times. Another thing is that rooms are close to each other on a same house, so you need to be careful with noise not to disturb other guests.

Then the space itself - exceptionally well curated and thought through. We felt that a traveler’s needs had been anticipated and prepped accordingly. Oh and the breakfast! Wow! If you don’t have a car, it can be slightly tricky to get to - especially considering there are hardly any taxis as well. But Ana sorted that out for us by picking us up and dropping us off. So grateful for that

Tylko 5 min samochodem do Pienzy. Urocza gospodyni, wyjeżdżałam dużo wcześniej niż godzina śniadać więc dostałam ciepłe rogaliki i owoce na wynos. Nie ma czegoś takiego.

• Heidi (10/5): Lovely renovated house in the countryside. - A truly lovely agriturismo that has recently been beautifully renovated. In a stunning location just a short drive from Pienza. Incredibly lovely silence surrounded us as we relaxed in the beautiful courtyard. Cute cats also came to welcome us. We admired the colors of the sunset in the sky and were grateful that we had booked this particular place. Ana served a delicious breakfast and we enjoyed the beautiful courtyard at the same time. The hostess, Ana, is really friendly and we felt warmly welcomed. One of the most memorable places we have stayed. Absolutely 10 points.😍 Everything was great. Nothing to complain about.

• Paul (10/5): Great place to stay, comfortable rooms and good breakfast. A gem of a place. - The house is in a nice quiet place a few Km's from Pienza. Our room and bathroom was really nice. And the breakfast was really nice. We sat outside and enjoyed the views. Another bonus was Ana's home made cakes at Breakfast time. The onsite parking is also perfect.

• Mike (10/5): Fantastic, phenomenal, and wonderful!!! - One of the best Agriturismo stays we had during our three weeks in Italy. The place is ultra clean, with great bathroom and instant hot water. The location is excellent for day trips to Pienza, Montepulciano, Siena, Quirico D Orcia, and several other small towns. What really makes this place SO special is the owner and hostess ANA. She makes the BEST breakfast in Tuscany. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed 4 different delicious breakfasts. She bakes all the cakes and treats, not to mention the omelets, scrambled eggs, crepes, offered on certain days. She makes this place home. We hated to leave but will definitely be back…. BOOK this place now or you’ll regret it….

The location was very peaceful, surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan countryside, and just a few minutes' drive to Pienza. The room was elegant, charming, and warm, and it was also very clean. You could feel Ana's attention to detail everywhere. I highly recommend staying at Vento d'Orcia if you are visiting Val d'Orcia.👍👍👍

• Bethany (10/5): A picturesque and peaceful stay - a true Tuscan experience! - Ana was an incredibly friendly and helpful host. Her guesthouse (about 3km away from Pienza) is so picturesque and peaceful, and it has amazing views of the countryside! It is an authentic Tuscan house which has been beautifully renovated inside and the room was very comfortable. We loved just relaxing on the loungers on the front lawn, watching the sunset with a glass of wine. It is in an excellent location - there are plenty of quaint, small towns nearby to explore. Also, Ana's cooking was amazing! The breakfast was a solid 10/10. It was a true Tuscan experience. Thank you, Ana!

• Ayal (10/5): An unforgettable experience - Sitting at our breakfast table and eating a freshly picked plum outside overlooking the beautiful Tuscan countryside, I asked Ana, our host and owner, what amazing breakfast treats are in store for the next day. Ana looked at me and said “I haven’t decided yet”. Every breakfast item and dinner as well is sourced either at the property or at neighboring farms. We think that about sums up the experience of staying at this perfectly charming place. It was an unforgettable experience!!

The hostess Ana was lovely, friendly, helpful plus an amazing cook!!! We were served a wide range of delicious foods for breakfast each day – all homemade often from ingredients grown on site. Really this was a Gourmet experience -if you like your food you will love it here. The evening we had was the best meal we had during our stay in Italy and great value for money as well. We will definitely be returning to stay here again but for much longer next time. Had we realised how good the meals were going to be at the Vento d‘Orcia we would have eaten there every night. Unfortunately we didn’t find this out until we had made arrangements to eat elsewhere for one of the nights we stayed.
