• Nicola (9/5): Great relaxing week - Beautiful cottage, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Hosts super friendly. We had a great week exploring the surrounding area, a couple of little village pubs and lots of wonderful scenery. Took my dogs who loved it too , would definitely book again. There was nothing to dislike about this property. Maybe the emergency torches going off was a small bug to bare. Fully equipped kitchen, log burner for chilly nights, fully enclosed garden.

• Michael (10/5): A beautiful thatched cottage in a beautiful location with excellent hosts. - Simon and Kim are very friendly, available if required and excellent hosts. Cobb Cottage is tastefully restored and decorated, and because of the stone flooring throughout the ground floor, it is very dog friendly. Oscar loved his sleeping den under the wooden, open tread staircase. The property was spotlessly clean on arrival with everything available for those that like to self cater, and a bottle of prosecco and provisions for a first morning breakfast were very welcome, though unexpected. But having the unrestricted use of an EV home charger saved so much time sitting in a local supermarket carpark whenever my electric car required charging, and in addition, was far less expensive. If you have an electric vehicle, you will understand how beneficial this is, so thank-you for installing two. There are some great walks after immediately leaving the cottage, or if you prefer the coast or local places of interest, these are also easily accessible, just be mindful that many of the roads are single carriageway so a few miles in distance can take longer than you may normally expect and you may meet tractors or other vehicles heading in the opposite direction to you. I can’t praise the cottage and the owners enough, both get an A* from us, and I would unquestionably recommend staying at Cobb Cottage If ever we are in this beautiful part of the world again, we would most definitely see if it was available. I have no negative comments, all was good

• Dacre (10/5): Exactly what we needed to spend quality time together. Devin is a beautiful place and has so many areas around it to enj - Everything, from start to finish we could not fault the holiday. It was perfect for my partner and me and our two Cocker Spaniels. Nothing. My fault entirely not the cottages, but I forgot about low ceilings and door frames and walked into the wall. (Ouch)
• Peter (10/5): Welcoming, comfortable and relaxing. - I was given a warm welcome with some basic information which was appreciated. The cottage was very clean, well-equipped and confortable. The location was quiet and rural but did seem isolated. I took a pleasant walk to the local village and then beyond to a nature reserve. It's was an easy drive from the cottage to RHS Rosemoor, Bideford, various other towns and great walks. Nothing

• Malcolm (10/5): Cob Cottage fantastic rural cottage - Kim & Simon are fantastic hosts, they made our stay really pleasant. The cottage has been renovated to a very high spec, with super attention to detail. It's a great place for piece & quiet and lovely countryside all around. Also, some lovely thoughtful things left for our stay to start our holiday off, very nice touch & very much appreciated, thank you. We will definitely be booking again.

It is the most beautiful cottage surrounded by stunning countryside, with plenty of walks around the farm. The cottage has everything you need, it is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Kim and Simon are lovely owners/hosts and are there to help you if needed. We literally booked the cottage to stay again in September as soon as we got here. nothing
